The ambiance of the centre is fantastic. I understand they also have a yoga studio now. Absolutely a must go if you like spas and tranquility.

Loved it!! I'd never been to a spa so I didn't know what to expect. It was very relaxing and nicely decorated. There were salt lamps everywhere!! We had a couples massage and it was really nice. The two women were excellent! They got to know us a little bit and established a great comfort level, allowing us to enjoy the mellow music and the peace. I could've stayed for hours!!

Treat yourself, the salt cave and tub soak package is worth it. Very relaxing. Atmosphere is really nice, lots of wood and low lighting, can also have a glass of wine or beer while being pampered, good place for girls day or couple date night.

All the people at the GWC are very friendly. The beer soak is awesome, very unique and extremely relaxing! They also do a great job on your nails. I've been going to see the osteopath Holly for a few sessions and WOW what a difference. Without telling her, she knew I had broken my ankle in the past and could tell it didn't heal right. After a few sessions I can already feel a big difference in my ankle and my balance. The funny thing is, I went there with knee pain, and she hasn't even worked on my knee because she very quickly saw that the issues were originating from somewhere else. After years of knee pain, she's the first person to look beyond my knee, and the first specialist I've gone to where I actually am starting to see improvement!

Loved it! Staff was sweet and helpful. Just one suggestion though, certain time slots for kids in the salt caves should be put in place. There was a young boy teasing his sister that was quite distracting. Other than that, amazing! Will return. :)

"The spa that has it all!" I have been attending GW for well over a year now. Absolutely wonderful staff, that are kind courteous & Professional. Customer service is amazing here. The facility is so pretty, and has been restored Lovingly, it is also very clean! I have used the salt cave, sauna, reflexology, massage therapy, salt stones, and the spa part of GW. All services are exceptional. I will continue to recommend GW. BRAVO to the owners & Staff! & Thank You.

I always look forward to my visits at the Grand Wellness Centre. They have so much to offer and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I had a 60 minutes massage with Heidi which was incredibly relaxing. I was smart this time and pre-book my next massage in advance. They book up fast!

I love going here as it really relaxes me. I have enjoyed many services including the infrared sauna, the foot detox, the beer baths and the salt caves. If you are a first timer they always have amazing deals on Groupon for you to try. The beer bath is one of my favorites. They also off an array of other services such as massages and facials. Over all a great spa.

It's quite ironic that I've lived in this neibourhood for the past 5-6 years and have not noticed there's such a building here! If I put "line cook", "drummer", and "computer network student" together, and tell you find the similarity, you would only find "tensed up back" in common, and that's exactly what I am experiencing. And Grand Wellness solved the problem for me! The service is fantasitc, the therapists are friendly, professional, and have a great sense of humour. I've been with them since the beginning of the year pretty much right before the COVID-19 became pandemic, and I've recently just got a massage again, and I just gotta say there's no way I'm going anywhere else for massage!

Service is good once u pass the front desk as they seem irrelevant and careless. No eye contact no chemistry at all which makes one feels weird defeating the whole purpose of a spa to unwind and relax. U kinda get tensed more at front desk than u came. Good news the escorting staff after front desk helps forget the unpleasant encounters at front. That's why I gave 3 stars. Otherwise I would ranked 4 or 5."

Beautiful, relaxing atmosphere and the staff is excellent. The salt cave is a must if have any respiratory issues. I came in with a bit of a cold and a scratchy throat and after the session i could breathe everything was better and no more runny nose. Definitely recommend this place...

Friendly but not very informative staff. I told them this was my first time doing both the salt block foot detox (would not reccomend - waste of time and money) and the refresher facial. I had no idea what to expect, especially for the foot detox and the staff never really explained the purpose, what to do, etc.

Probably one of my favorite places to go to for relaxation. They have a number of different things you can do from a massage to soaking in a beer bath. They have body scrubs, wraps and an awesome salt cave to close your eyes and relax. I highly recommend you check them out. Best place in town.

I participated in a yoga class and a salt cave session. It is a beautiful building, historical I believe from the 1800s with exposed brick, beautiful wood and just good vibes. The yoga class was awesome, good energy, great instructor and the room was inviting. The massages were fully booked but would definitely try it if I'm out that way in the future.

THIS SPA WAS TO UNWIND, DE- STRESS AND ESCAPE. SO MUCH GOING ON, AND A LOT OF LOSS. SPA'S ARE TO BE TRANQUIL, SERENE LETS NOT FORGET HEALING. Walked into our soaks, OMG- stinky feet is not what you smell when you are to retreat into your soak, it was repulsive; then to walk into the Himalayan salt cave that was not working. Okay so then again to walk out to the ceiling leaking in the main area. If not running proper; refund or call your client's and ask to reschedule; obviously some maintenance has to be done. When I did try to book one month earlier, the salt cave was under maintenance. We come from out of town. I loved this place. Its definitely gone down hill. This Spa was excellent. The soaks were detoxifying; the rest of this review was for the first time we had went. The himalayan cave was tranquil, serene, ambient and also thru out the whole Spa! Historic and just amazing architecture! Rachael absolutely the greatest person I met in that industry! Not enough stars to rate her. It was a stressful morning and my best friend and I were both stressed, we needed it! Anyone into Natural healing, please it's a place you will not regret! The healing Poland Himalayan salts! There is so many benefits! Sinusitis, Bronchitis; really any problems with upper respiratory system; and much more! Make sure to schedule, they have a lot to offer! Schedule and make a day out it, so u can enjoy all!

ALWAYS request a RMT! Went with a friend, we booked our services three weeks in advance. We were each scheduled for a 50 min Hindi Head massage at 1pm. We arrived 10 mins early as requested and as it states on their website under FAQ- Spa Etiquette. OR it would shorten your spa experience. I sat unattended for 15 mins while my friend went for her RMT Hindi head massage. After 15 mins, I decide to inquire about my massage to find out the two girls ahead of me had a schedule change and had extra services completed on their nails. No one explained or again, acknowledged me until I asked about my massage that was scheduled for 1 pm. Then the anesthetic came over to do my Hindi massage that was a COMPLETE different massage then my friend got with her RMT. When asked when we both booked the services is there and will there be a difference between RMT and non. The answer was nothing, just that you get a receipt. HUGE difference! We both were to pay $88. My friend gets a receipt, an ACTUAL massage, oh and her money back. I got a 40 min; not 50 min, non massage by an nail technician! NEVER will I go Again! Also after our “massage” we went for soaks. Time to relax, unwind, feel good. Ahhh nope! Time to hear what a wonderful experience my friend had. Wish is great! Wish I could say the same... Very disappointing.

I had a Saturday late morning appointment for a manicure, pedicure, and massage a week ago. The massage was fantastic! The manicure and pedicure were not. Nail polish chipped the next day and have kept chipping all week long. My nails weren’t filed/shaped first, and I would have said something at the time but the appointment was a wedding anniversary gift from my husband and I didn’t want to spoil it. I would go back to see the massage therapist again (sorry I can’t recall her name) but would not recommend the nail services.

Had a salt cave and sauna Groupon. Glad I didn't pay full price! Salt cave is a small room with a group of ppl on lawn chairs ment to stay quiet for 45 minutes? Rather a bath at home. Sauna was in a 6x6 room with tiny towels, hot water with lemon and a sauna I could buy at Canadian Tire. Won't go back....waste of time.

What a great day of relaxation. Perfect couples spa day. Salt cave was very relaxing and the salt rocks foot rest was neat. The star of the show was the massage. Heidi sure does know what she's doing. I get a lot of massages from past sports injuries and she by far is the best. Congrats on a wonderful business. Highly recommend this place!

I have been here a few times and lately my experiences have been tarnished because of the rude receptionists. Sarah just ignores people waiting to pay and does not acknowledge customers when they come in or complains that the computer is slow and ends up in a side conversation with whoever is around (nevermind that a line-up has formed). Today I walked in and told Jaycee I was there for a massage with Deb at 730 and she replied sarcastically “but that’s not your name?!” I said no, provided my name. Next, I asked to be removed from reminder calls and she became defensive while spewing the 24 hour cancellation policy and became argumentative. I personally have never no-showed for an appointment so this was a little insulting. In addition, shouldn’t she be happy because it is one less call for her to make? The worst part is that as I walked to get a glass of (usually available) complimentary water, she yelled at me and said “your massage is upstairs!” I told her I was going to grab some water and she shouted “there is water upstairs!” So rude and actually inaccurate as little did I know that they get rid of all the complimentary water and beverages after 7pm. I guess they care less about the customers coming in the evening. The RMTs here are great so it is a shame that the service before and after is less than pleasant.

I went in for a lash lift and tent I wasn’t happy with the results my lashes looked no different from when I went in. I was left with glue on my eyelids in clumps of dye in my eyelashes, that I had to pick out. For $90 I was definitely expecting a better more drastic results than what I got, this is some thing I only do a couple times a year for special occasions to treat myself. I was not impressed and would not come back and get this treatment or recommend it to anyone.
