Absolutely love this place for eyebrows pedicure manicure and she give the best advice for skin and stuff need to get a facial done. She takes her time and love the work she does. She leaves me looking better than I feel and makes me feel welcome. Her work on waxing is amazing she doesn't leave you looking shapeless and weird she takes her time and waxes plucks to perfection. 11/10

I usually go to the place in the mall, today they were booked and I decided to look around for a new salon. I came across this lovely lady’s business, and thought I’d give it a shot. One of the best decisions I made. Upon calling, She immediately said “for sure, come anytime”. I worked my way over there in 20 mins. Upon arriving, she immediately made me a priority. She took her time. She was so dedicated, saved me money by preserving my nails instead of removing them (+$20). She gave great advice of nail care, and asked if I was okay ????. In addition, she gave me The BEST design. I asked for basic nails, and she gave me amazing nails. I am so happy. I will continue my service. As she walked me out, she opened the door, gave me a ethnic cookie and waved me goodbye. Highly recommend if you want customer service and a peaceful environment !! Thank you for my nails

The owner did a great job on my nails!! Very precise in her work! The only downside that may bother some is the time she takes. She is so meticulous that it becomes very time consuming. If you have a few hours, I highly recommend her!!

She did my nails for my wedding and they were amazing! I got so many compliments on them. She really knows what she's doing, and really takes the time to make sure your nails look great and almost natural. There's a fantastic selection of colours and nail decorations as well!

When I moved back to Brantford I looked for a good nail salon where I could feel comfortable and feel that I received the service I was paying for. Cindy exceeded all of my expectations. Cindy is a professional and she truly invests her time into every service she provides. Cindy truly cares about her clients and she goes far beyond to make sure that the time spent in her salon is enjoyable. She is by far the best manicurist I have ever been to. I leave Cindy’s salon every time very satisfied and looking forward to my next visit. I recommend Fantasy Nails to anyone that values one on one quality service

I went to go get my nails because we've been in lockdown and I wasn't able to then. Now when things opened I went to this place because they had a 4.9 star rating, this place did not live up to their ratings. It was not bad at first but the final product was absolutely horrendous! I paid $63 without a tip ($5 for shaping which I wanted coffin but they look nothing like a coffin nail, $18 just for the colour and $45 for bio gel acrylic) At first I saw nothing wrong with them until I looked more closely to see the shape was not what I paid for, there's dips within the nails, a bunch of nails are stubby, and the coffins aren't even straight. I asked for a refund and my nails to be taken off which she has a client coming so she had said for later but that's not the point of me wanting them off and a refund of at least half of my $63 without tip back. This was a horrible visit, will NEVER be coming back and not worth the time (almost 2 hours) nor the money. ( will write another review with my photos)

I have been to many salons. Cindy does the very best job. I have been cut at other salons but never with Cindy. She makes sure you are happy with her work when she is finished. She is a happy go lucky person at work and it is a very positive experience.

This place is fantastic. It is operated by the actual owner and it is the actual owner that does manicures and pedicures and from what I understand every other thing that a spa would do. The owner's name is Cindy.. I highly recommend you try it, I did for the first time today and that will be the only place I go to from now on.
