I went in to get my nails done for my sisters wedding, took over an hour to get them done and the woman cut me with a nail file because she did not push my skin back properly before filing. She did not offer any type of discount or reimbursement (can’t think of the words I want right now), just a timid sorry, and it almost happened a few more times. I will not be returning.

Service is always amazing! They stayed super late so that my daughter and I could finish a manicure ???? and pedicure. The cats eye shellac had a few imperfections but other than that I was happy to get in the day before I left for vacation (with out an appointment)

Worst experience I have ever had! Not only were my 5 year old and I rushed, we left and an hour later my daughter's shellac nails were peeling off.

Not going back there again yes they were gentle, but as I walked in there I went to go choose a colour but I didn’t have time they kept rushing me. They had also cut me 3 times with the drill around my nail when my friend was finished they began to rush and now my nails aren’t straight and the top is lumpy. I had nail polish drop on my finger. You can also see right through the colour on my nail.

If I could give no stars I would I was first told the acrylics where $40 but then I looked at their template and it said $28 I said to them this is false advertising this is horrible then they started to argue with me saying no 40$ this is old template I looked at them and said that's still false advertising you have to give me what you advertised in the template then I'm getting my nails done acrylics she looks at me and starts talking to me like a normal everyday experience then she asked why where you not like this at the front then she messed up my nails real bad I would send a picture but I got them fixed somewhere else! Horrible costumer service! !

Absolutely awful experience! Went for a pedicure and the lady was super aggressive with my legs leaving me with a sore knee when leaving. The pedicure itself was terrible and I asked to change the colour after she did one of my toes because I didn’t like the colour and she refused, the nail polish job was horrible (check out photos), and my nails weren’t even cut straight. I got my money back after going to a different nail salon and having her call the salon and complain about the service I received. When going back the owner fought tooth and nail to not give me the money back. Would suggest anywhere but this nail salon!

I will not be going bAck to this place again. The lady was rude, the nail polish was sticky long after I left the place. I had nail polish on my skin. The design wasn’t great. Other places in town charge the same but do a much much better job.

Went there to get UV gel nails done for vacation and one lady began my nails, and then sat me at a different spot to wait for another person to finish my nails, sat for over 30 minutes doing nothing. 2nd person to finish my nails did Acrylic instead of UV gel. 2 days later, 1 nail cracked, and then the rest began to break in the middle and polish chipped off. Will never return to this awful service again. Very disappointed in having to go to another salon and pay to have them done all over again

Absolute WORST experience and nail job I’ve ever had! Horrible service, nail polish was not smooth or even and i left with more around my finger tips then on my nails. I would never return to this salon. You have a lot of work to do in the customer service area as well as skill sets of your technician, “Yen” I believe her name was.

I’ve been going to crystal nail for quite some time. Typically I get acrylic anywhere I go and have sort of a meh view when I get them. Today Lynn did black tips for me with the new dip technique they use and I’m absolutely in love with my nails! They feel light and not thick like acrylic! Absolutely recommend giving it a try! They could pass for my real nails. Thank Lynn I love them! :)

The most pleasant nail experience I have had. The lady was very sweet and gentle with my hands. There was a bit of a wait to get my nails done, but the lady was very friendly, I said I wanted something different then what I actually wanted, and the lady was very happy and quick to change it. The nails are beautiful and it was a pain free exprince which is the first time I have had my nails done without it hurting.

Terrible! I got acrylic nails and they gave me gel. They are not what I asked for and the shape looks awful. Do not come here. I had an appointment at 530 and I got my nails done at 6!

Crappiest experience of life there. 3hrs and they had to redo my nails twice and they still look like garbage. Gonna have to go have someone else fix them cuz all it was was french tips. It was a simple fill and it looks like my nails are splattered with white paint all over. Tried to cover it up with pink the second time... $75 later and never again.
