This business doesn’t deserve 5*s. Ashely the owner is definitely not welcoming at all. I felt like a total inconvenience. My service was rushed and never lasted. I had Micro blading done which cost $500 it lasted 2 weeks max. We lost our deposit 3 times because she had to cancel because of COVID. That should have been her cost not mine. The only reason they have 5 stars is because you sign a waver to not leave a bad review. Absolutely terrible place. The only reason they are getting 1* is for cleanliness.

I saw Katie for the first time the other day for a brow wax + henna, and WOW is all I have to say. She did an excellent job of telling me along the way exactly everything that she was doing, and toward the end, explained in-depth how to take care of the henna, expectations of how long it would last, etc. Positives I want to point out: - they're located in a gorgeous building and the vibes and atmosphere are great - Katie didn't leave me waiting at all, nor did she run behind for the client following me - Quite possibly the least painful waxing of my life - Most importantly, my brows looked incredible afterward! I'll be a repeat customer for sure :)
