The prices said they were $60 and I was charged $85 for a set of plain gel nails. The shape is terrible, and the finish is bumpy not smooth how it should be. They look misshapen & overly thick. I don't recommend going here unless you want ugly nails, because that's what I got.

I got the permanent polish and I did like it but the girl that had done it wasn't very talkative so made me feel awkward and when I asked to do a decal on my figure it made me feel worse. And the price for that was insanely high. It's just polish!

I visited Alieshia's on August 27th as part of a wedding party. We had a fabulous time being pampered with "the works". It was a wonderful experience overall. But here I am TWO MONTHS later and I JUST had the manicure/pedicure redone yesterday! This was CRAZY! (in the best way) I had a French Manicure done with shilac and while that IS supposed to last much longer than regular polish, I have this done all the time and have never EVER had it last so long. It did not even chipping until last week and I simply filed it down until I could get in for another appointment. I am NOT easy on my nails and still cannot believe this manicure lasted so long. COVID-19 has impacted their customer service, but that's somewhat expected. I Tried to book, but nobody would answer emails or return calls, and I don't see any notices of closure so maybe I missed something?

Worst gel manicure I've ever gotten. I was there for over 2 hours and paid $85 for garbage. Within days my nails started chipping. Within 2 weeks I lost 3 nails, the ones that were still on started peeling from the bottom and got caught on everything. It was incredibly painful. 2 nails ripped. Seriously, save your time and money, go to Walmart, 100000% better!!!

Oak + Ivy has such an amazing atmosphere. Modern, welcoming, comfortable, and glam. Pedicures are unreal. Hairstylists are top notch. I love going to get my hair cut and coloured and always walk out feeling like a bombshell. Keep it up girlsssss!

Going to Oak + Ivy is one of my favourite things to do; it is such a treat to walk into this business and know you are going to be well-taken care of. I've had my hair done by Britt, Jill, and Jessie, my eyebrows done, and have had a pedicure and manicure by almost every technician there. It feels like Cheers when I go in there now because I just keep going back and everybody knows my name! They know how to take care of their clients and know how to have fun. I came to get my hair done, I stayed because of the experience.

The girls followed the best kind of protocol for the safety of everyone in the salon and the end result in terms of service was amazing. Jill is outgoing, fun and the fear of COVID went away right away. Forever a client now.

I’ve been seeing Jill (one of the co-owners of Oak + Ivy) for almost 4 years and love her to pieces! This is a wonderful local business in Brandon MB with innovative and progressive female entrepreneurs at the helm who are full of positivity and kindness. I always look forward to my appts with Jill and make sure I book far in advance because she is adored by so many, it is admittedly hard to get in with her. I think it’s just a testament to her skill, however. I have long fine but thick hair and have never had it cut and coloured so well consistently. If you’re looking for a balayage or natural colour, Jill is your girl. She’s also great at trims and not cutting too much off. I love Oak + Ivy— the service I receive, the staff, and perhaps most of all to see women so whole heartedly supporting one another. Their products are great too and you’ll enjoy having your hair done and not sharing the chair with anyone because they only book one client at a time. Oh and Jill has never once been late for an appt. Exceptional ????????
