I have had my hot tub for about 1 week and could not be happier. Wishing I had looked into this earlier. It may be a luxury but it's also great for the muscles. Working with Creasy's was about the easiest and convenient experience I have every had with purchasing a bigger item. I had walked into another hot tub place in town and was not even greeted nor talked to. I never felt pressured in anyway and received honest information. Devon was awesome and answered all my questions (numerous times). I had planned on waiting to install my tub so they stored it for me until I was ready. First off, my hot tub was affordable, (120 a month for 5 years and there are many options) payments process is simple, and delivery and setup was smooth and as promised. The warranty is also great. I would highly recommend Creasy's and will definitely purchase from them again in the future!

I wanted the best pool table that would fit into the space that I had to work with. Because my space was a little small to fit a standard table I was worried that the quality would not be as good. They put me into the best table and stayed within my budget. I thoroughly enjoy the table. The people came and set up the table did such a good job. I now have a table that I practice every day. Devin and staff have been amazing to work with over the years. We've been scouting hot tubs for a few years, and never felt pressured to purchase. He was extremely patient with our indecision and questions. He would respond to emails and calls in a timely manner. When we found our previously owned, Creasy's Jacuzzi from an independent seller, (because they bought a bigger Jacuzzi from Creasy's) they offered up help with the transfer of ownership, remaining warranty, and was quick to send over man power to help relocate the tub. Most impressive of all, is their reputation. I know many people who have purchased from them and yes, their family owned business has a well deserved, wonderful reputation.
