Had been going every few weeks for a while with my mom. Went in one morning a couple of weeks ago and a young gentleman was really rough with my mom’s nails and hurt her. Her nails are absolutely ruined right now and one of my nails was so rushed and shoddy that it began to separate from the actual nail, causing dirt and other stuff to get stuck between the shellac and the actual nail. I don’t think this is quality work.

The nails look great…just one little thing that my cuticles are bleeding some what after i came home and the are burning if i am washing my hands with soap. Otherwise great service

It was very rushed. The tec was hard to understand and gave me gel nails when I just wanted a regular pedicure. 66.00 for a not great pedicure is a little steep.

Went there with my friend to get her nails done and the manager said she had time to do her nails and made us wait more than 20 mins and then decided she doesn’t have time to do the nails that my friend wanted. Terrible customer service DONT GO THERE IF YOU DONT WANNA WASTE YOUR TIME !!!

Worst nail salon in Canada!! Went in to get my nails done before my wedding and all of them were crooked. I will be talking with the manager, my maid of honnor's nails were even worse! We were there for 3 and a half hours.. if I could give them zero stars I would!! Never go here

Poor quality! Went in for a manicure this weekend. Store owner/manicurist does not take pride in her work! I’m sure she did at one point but pushes people through...all the while $$ in her eyes. I don’t get my nails done much, she did not do any cuticle work. Only polish for $39??? What a joke!

Horrible service. They don't charge exactly what is displayed on their board. Although I came exactly at my appointed time, I was left unattended for about 30-45 minutes. My nails were done hurriedly and turned out very horrible. Do better y'all. You guys ARE NEVER seeing me. Keep up with this behaviour, and you'll lose more customers. To that particular racist worker, I hope you get what you deserve!!!

I had gel nails put on less then two weeks ago and they are already coming off. I do not chew my nails so the constant pulling on them has nothing to do with why they came off so soon. I paid over $70 for them and they didn't last at all. I am very upset that I paid good money for these nails and they cant even last me two weeks. I will NOT be returning to their business as I am NOT impressed.

They did the totally wrong color, did the totally wrong details, and after i had asked the girl several times for clarity during my time she kept saying i would get what i was asking for then suddenly was like "ok done" and i said no thats not what you said youd do, and they all teamed up on me saying "no thats what you said" to which it definitely was NOT what i had asked for they said to fix THEIR MISTAKE it would cost me even more money. This place is horrid do not go there. Cost me 75 dollars to get something i did not want and am entirely unhappy with. Also was blamed for the mix up instead of them taking accountability. Very unprofessional business. How they made their client feel is totally unacceptable. Do NOT go here, just trust me.

Went today and got a regular pedicure...was a little hesitant but so glad I did!! I got in pretty quick, with no app't, which was a big plus!!! Another big plus was, When you are getting the pedicure, you sit in a comfy massager chair which massages your whole back... The foot massage you get is also good, they didn't seem to rush through it like most places I have been too!! Very friendly and funny staff. Will definitely be back!! Oh and I forgot to mention the best part... It came up to just under 40$!!!!! I give this place a 4.5 star

Extremely unfriendly staff. Outrageous prices -$40 for 5 minutes in total to complete their service. Not even looking at my feet while "working". My nails are not even filed, but the tops of my toes are. Staff didnt even talk to my friend and I, on my to each other. We felt very unwelcome. Also, we were quoted $35, taxes included but then charged us $40.

i was disappointed. i spent 62 dollars on a new set of nails and i still had glue around my cuticles and they were not shaped properly. the nail polish was applied from midway my nail bed. the only 2 staff are very friendly though however service is a no for me. Definitely wouldn't waste my time writing a bad review if it wasn't one.

the nail tech practically ripped my acrylic nails off when I decided to go there for a refill, he was very rough with my nails, no filing at all and did a terrible job with the new acrylics, nail polish wasn't fully cured it was still very rubbery and clipped within a day. I wouldn't recommend to anyone going here. Ever.

Went for pedicure and the shellac started to peel the next day. The bottoms of my feet weren't done right also they were so rough that it is like sand paper. Not worth the $70 that they charge

Good customer service from the man& his sister, not the wife though. They charge whatever they want. It was fine when I had no where else to go. Not the best quality or skill. But in brandon there aren’t many options. I travel to Winnipeg just for my nail fills now.

We booked mother/daughter pedicures and will NOT be back. Very litttle attention to filing nails or shaping - less than 10 seconds/foot. Water was cold. We were in and out in less than 35 minutes. Only took cash. Terrible experience.

I went in with a friend and the girls were still in the back room, the one curled up with a blanket and looked to be having a nap. Then came out and sat on a chair while her customer soaked her hands for a nail removal. And the whole time they were on there cellphones most unprofessional place I have seen so far.

Had my set of nails filled here on the weekend and they are soooo thick, not looking forward to when they grow as they will definitely be noticeable from 5 feet’s away!!! Little to no shaping was done, had to file and even out my nails once I got home so they were even and all one length. And the top coat that was applied was old product that was thick and didn’t go on evenly. I had an appointment and I felt the man who did my nails rushed it. Very disappointed in my nails!
