Sophia is a wonderful hair stylist. I've been to her a couple of times and I've never been disappointed. She listens carefully before beginning the service and gives every client the time and attention they need. The salon is neat and clean and follows all covid protocols. I highly recommend Sophia's salon and I promise you won't be disappointed.

She doesn’t have a debit machine she will tell you to take out cash from the ATM within the salon and its gonna charge you $1. BUT dont use that ATM machine because it will charges 2.5$ plus your bank charges 2$, how is it possible that she doesn’t know how much the ATM machine charges a customer that is “inside your salon”? Haircut was just OK! She have good talking skills though, sorry but i wont go to this salon ever again.

Sophia and her team is very very professional. I generally do my hair cut and hair massage with them. They use special hair oil for massaging the head. Very relaxing. She always returns your call including Sundays as well.

I went here for the waxing. Some Indian lady does this job. Very bad at what she does plus zero professionalism. She had a client waiting for facial which I was unaware of until she finished half of my first leg and asked me to come back in 30 mins for arms waxing. I will not recommend this place for waxing at all. Not only she wasted my time with only half the job done but she did not even do waxing properly. She left a lot of patches not waxed.

Sophia is a new Salon that open in west of Brampton. Her service was impeccable. I needed a root touch up and usually my previous hair dresser needed to correct the color on two steps. With Sophia from the first time she matched the color and did it no correction needed. She listen to you and do exactly what you are looking for. Price was fair and service was great. the worst ever hair cut I have had. This woman does not know what she's doing. She hold a big bunch of my hair and cut it. the scissor even couldn't cut such big batch but yet she tried hard to force the cutting. she cut my hair in chunks...my hair looked so weird...all my friends noticed and tried to console me...i have nothing but disrespect for her....she is a cheater She's noting but the worst ever hairdresser....the reviews are written by her and her family and friends. she's in wrong business.
