I have been to a number of spa's but Serene Beauty and Spa is the best one! Immediately upon meeting Pavnit I felt comfortable and in good hands. Her work is consistent and I have had great results! I also really appreciated how raw she is with her explanations because not many aestheticians will tell you the truth. At the end of the day she discloses what is best for you but leaves it up to you to decide what you would like it do. I’ve been getting laser hair removal here for a few months and i am absolutely in love with the results! In all honesty I saw a significant difference just after the first session. I’ve been really happy with the results so far - so much so I bought another laser package ???? Pavnit is incredible. She’s super knowledgeable and really helps you ease into it and informs you about the process as much as possible beforehand so you know what you’re walking into. I’d totally recommend her! (Ps. Her laser prices are insanely affordable- you will not find a better price range for the quality of work she does!).

My first-time experience with laser hair removal with Pavnit was amazing!!! First of all - long before I became a client Pavnit spent so much time answering all of questions, helping me understand laser hair removal, as well as helping me figure out how to achieve results in the different areas I wanted and have it work for me financially. Once I went for my first appointment, I was only more impressed! She’s extremely friendly and professional (also taking a many precautions related to COVID). It was fast and painless - I had previously done at home IPL and it was painful so I was expecting some discomfort, but there was none! The spa room itself is very clean and relaxing. I’ve had no side-effects from treatment which is great, but when I followed up with some additional questions after treatment she was quick to respond and addressed every inquiry with so much care and patience, even when I had what I consider too many questions! ???? I’m so excited to continue treatment with Serene Beauty and Spa and see my results!!

This was my first time getting laser hair removal and Pav made the process so easy! She is extremely knowledgeable and has never hesitated to answer any of my questions about how it works, when it’s most effective, the machine, etc - I’ve learned so much from her! The machine she uses inflicts very minimal pain and I already saw noticeable results after the first session. I originally came across her business on an Instagram post and I’m very impressed with her professionalism and service :) Would highly recommend to anyone!

I had a deep hydrating facial done here and it was amazing! Pavnit really took her time and explained each step and the products that she used. The room was exceptionally inviting and clean. Also, the spa music was a great touch to aid in relaxation. Afterwards, my skin felt (and still feels) super smooth and hydrated. I can't wait to book my next appointment!

Pavnit was very welcoming on my first visit and continues to be at every visit. I went in, told her what I was interested in and she LISTENED! Unlike past aesthetics I’ve been to who often force other services on you. Pavnit actually talks to you about her product, service, and what she recommends, and ultimately leaves it up to you to decide what you would like. This is honestly the main reason I’ve committed and love going back. Her quality and care shows through her service. She truly values her clients. Her website is also great, the information on her variety of services is very informative and helpful in deciding what you like.

Pavnit is amazing! She make me feel extremely comfortable while laser-ing away hair from more private areas. The laser hair removal machine she has is top notch! I've tried laser hair removal at other salons in the past and it was always too painful to go back for a second visit. Pavnits laser hair removal machine makes the process 10 times faster than other methods and less painful. Would recommend! 10/10

Pavnit makes you feel very comfortable throughout the appointment. She also explains the laser process so well and gives great post aftercare advice.
