Bad customer service. I had my acrylic nails done which was really bad, size is uneven. When I called them for appointment, they could have given me the appointment for the next day as they were buzy. But they gave me the appointment on the same day and messed up my nails as they were buzy and it was closing time. I would never go to this place again!

UNPROFESSIONAL! Aside from the fact that they have UNDERAGE workers offering service here, the work done is UNACCEPTABLE and NOT SKILLED. After I told the underage nail technician that she was adding too many layers of Shellac on my manicured nails as it was getting thick and LUMPY (6 LAYERS) she got frustrated and behaved like a child (which she was) got up and left me at the table when I told her the job was not done properly. She then came out YELLED AT ME and stormed out the salon. The owner saw the work she did and offered to redo my Shellac manicure. They STILL CHARGED ME! I paid without complaining, but WOW! 1 week later...my Shellac manicure is cracking. This is NOT a luxury spa.

I have visited several places over the past year in Brampton. This place is by far the best yet. Price is good, friendly service, a perfect job done on my nails by Vivian and they have a large selection of rhinestones which I love. This will be my go to spot from now on.

This place is so bad and over priced when it comes to acrylics. I paid $120 for a set that broke the exact same day. They rush and don’t file the nail properly. My nails were crooked and when I asked if they can fix it they said extra money. They’re okay at doing toes. But DONT waste your hard earned money on their acrylic.

Had a refil biogel done. 1. No base coat applied. Excuse: it makes my nails too thick. 2. Lacks creativity, totally not artistic, placed tear drop upsidedown. 3. Decals are raising up four days later. 4. Gel under my nail is uncomfortable and annoying. 5. No plastic barriers anywhere, no social distance, over all dirty, this salon is 10 years old. Needs a visit from health inspectors. Lesson learned : when you find a clean and covid restrictions applied Salon STICK WITH IT. Sorry but people need to know. First and last time for me, thats why I only left 15 % tip.

I am leaving it at 4 stars for now. When I get certain people there great. My fav is Henry, Ken is awesome as well and funny you can also request Vivian or Jessica. I made an appt for any of them and unfortunately for someone different I have it s try and I must say it was awful I feel like my nails have little bricks and it's lumpy. But because I have been going there for months in a few days I will go back to correct it. I still can not believe I paid full price for it. Let's see what happens in about a week and I will either revise my review or change my rating. Wish me luck.

The service here is hit or miss. Either it's fast and really good or you wait forever and it's ok. The staff talk way too much which causes them to be super slow with their work. Pedicure plan to sit an hour. They tell everyone walking in the door 20 minutes but plan to sit an hour.

Love, Love, Love Jessica! She always does my nails perfectly, never skips steps or does a half-way job, and is honest about how a new colour looks on my hands. Nobody else is allowed to even touch my nails! Very happy with her skill!

The manager Helen and her sister were incredible. went there last night for a fill, ended up removing my existing set, put a new full set on and did a pedicure. I cannot remember the girls name who did my pedicure but it was amazing so relaxing!!!! She was Helens sister. And Helen did my full set of nails and they are beautiful. The girls are so professional and seem to know what they are doing. found my nail salon!!!!

Been there once but yep, I'd go back . They do good work. Owners are warm and welcoming.. Just be there as soon as they open cause they're crazy busy and you'll be waiting lol.. but they're busy for a reason, cause they're good... regular prices. Not cheap or expensive.. you get your money's worth for sure . I reccomend it:)

This was the WORST manicure I’ve ever had! My 2 aunts and my 7 year old cousin came in to get my jel nails off, and the rest of them to get pedicures. They got my nails off but we ask for a pedicure after and they literally did nothing! All my nails were different shapes and we all cane in looking better than when we came out! Worst of all one of my aunts came out with a bleeding toe. This Solon is actually dangerous and when my aunt tried to tell her that we are not paying full price she started yelling at us! I would never recommend this to anyone!!

The wait time can be ridiculous at times, especially if you are a busy person. Although Vi is really good at what she does, I have not had a good experience otherwise. My shellac peels off within 6 days, and I honestly dont see the point in having to fix my manicure every 7 days.

I love this shop. Both owners, Ken and Leanne are wonderful individuals, friendly, and flexible with their abilities. I have not only had these two do my nails, but I had formerly Helen, Vivian, and a newer employee Andy work on my nails. Every visit is a good visit with me and I always leave the salon feeling welcome and satisfied with my nails. I recommend them wholeheartedly and will continue going to them until their store closes.

I usually go for a pedi and sometimes mani with nail polish. I am consistently happy with my nails leaving there. Ya so sometimes it's not the worlds best hellos and welcome when you walk in, but that's not what I go for. Everyone is nice and they don't tend to talk to each other in a different language in front of you the whole time. They work quickly once you're in the chair and they take appointments even if it's in an hour. And I usually get a lovely hand/foot massage too. I've been going there for about 3 years irregularly.

My second time came here spent me one and a half hour to wait. And the only guy help me to do my nails. I show him the picture I want to do and ask what kind I should do. He told me Uv gel would be better,and I said ok. How come the guy using the power not the gel do my nails, it's completely Acrylic. And he still charging me uv gel price. Secondly he did my nails so bad, it's totally different with the picture I show him. Won't come again!!

This place is a joke and not worth the money. Me and my daughter went for pedicures didnt listen to my daughter at all didnt believe something hurt when she was crying. Also got a full set of "gel" nails and a week to the day they are falling off. Went in to complain and was told they would fix it for me but there would be a charge. No way will i spend anymore more when they did a horrible job. Find somewhere better dont waste your time.

This place deserves no rating because there customer service is so poor. Yesterday was my first time there and will surely be my last. I went to get my nails done and the lady told me it's a 15 minutes wait after 20 minutes of waiting I asked her how long more I have to wait she told me 35 minutes. I waited for roughly 33 minutes the design I wanted on my nails the lady at the front said they can do it for me. After my nail was finish it wasn't even the same colour as the colour I wanted. I was not happy with my nails and I told them I wasn't; I still paid. I went back in a hour a worker there by the name of Ken shouted at me infront all the workers and customers because I asked for a redo. I read really good review of this place but it's by far one of the worst place I ever went too. I still didn't get a redo. Ken is very rude and selfish people like this doesn't deserve to work in a practice.

Worst place i have ever been to for nails. I never rate a place but dont want anyone else to go through the same thing as me. I went to get a shellac done in august before a trip out West. The husbad said no gel is better and started doing gel. He sanded my nails down very low. The next day after we landed one of my nails had already peeled. 4 days later upon return 4 nails were damaged. I went back the next day and told the wife. She resanded and did the nails again and billed me again full fee. My nails were so sore and did not fully heal until December. I will not ever return there.

Never have I ever had a complaint about my nails and this would be the first time. Definitely poor customer service. Will not return! I get my nails done regularly with shellac and my nails will last at least a month without breaking. I have strong nails. Second time returning to this place and she used the drill to shave away first layer of shellac then wrapped with foil. What a mistake. First nail broke the day after. A week and a half later four of my nails are now broken and I have an ingrown that's been infected for a week. This has never happened before. I should have known when I left because I could see that my nails felt very thin and the layer of shellac was thin when usually they're thicker with the shellac. Called to complain to ken the manager and asked if they can fix this and at least make them all the same length and he said it was my fault. Ridiculous! I was willing to return if they fixed the issue but obviously they don't care. Will never reccommend this place to anyone.

I appreciated the customer service. But I am very, very disappointed with the quality. I usually go to a local competitor biweekly for a full set acrilic (sorry for any misspelling) with shellac. I've been doing this for over a year. Unfortunately they were busy and I was in need! So I tried the closest available location, which happened to be this location. Everything looked good as I left with my regular do plus a pedicure. Within 3 days, My nails had started ripping. I have never seen this before. Sometimes you would be too hard with a very long nail and it would completely tear off, but this time it was bending at the sides of the acriliyic nail where it connected with my finger. The material was very weak it bent backwards and broke off right down the middle horizontally. This happened with 3 nails before I had even had it on for a week. Will not be returning.

I went there last year when they did an awesome job. But when I went there in April- they made a mess and Shellac didn't last for a week. Now when I went again on saturday to get acrylics done, the lady spent 2 hours to do those because there were bubbles in there and I could see the scratches in the shellac paint, and now I can really feel I have some bumps in my nails. WONT EVER RECOMMEND THEM. SUPER BAD. I WANTED TO GIVE THEM ZERO.

Today I saw Ken and got UV gel nails. Excellent customer service. Some of the best shaping work I've had done on my hands. No tool burns to the cuticle, no scratching, perfectly gentle with the tools and your hands. He saw a photo of nails I've had previously and put his own twist on it and I'm very happy with the result. Highly recommend

I experienced the worst form of customer service from the get-go.I believe in giving people second chances as we are all not perfect.On my second visit,i met an Angel by name Nancy who was very nice&tried her best after i had explained my first experience(though my shellac started peeling off within 6days).I went there a 3rd time(in the space of 6weeks)yea u read right,a third time&this was the straw that broke the camel's back.I guess the clientele is huge enough&a newcomer can be treated with a lack of professionalism&disdain,even though i mentioned my dissatisfaction to Ken on my first visit,he was unapologetic and all knowing.I will advise you not to waste your time going there.

As with every business when they get to big and known the service becomes watered down. I brought a friend here because of their pedicure service and was completely disappointed. This is not the first time I have been at this salon. I have not done any manicures after my last visit as they break very quickly. We waited for 45 mins without any knowledge they will not take us. They stated next time make an appointment- if this is the type of service you wish to provide then you should mention on your website AND google BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. In addition, telling customers it would be a long wait is a standard business ethic. Customers have a life and things to do, there are many other salons who actually offer better service and do a much better job. A smiling face and happy attitude is what customers want to see, this salon does not offer that in my years of coming here. If we hadn’t asked we would have been sitting there until 5pm. Take your money elsewhere to a salon who actually values your money.

I got a pedicure from them for the first time. The lady made my feet smooth and looked great. I did notice the lady cut and removed a lot of nail and skin from the sides of my nails. I figured she knew what she was doing so I didn’t say anything. I now have many ingrown toenails that are very painful and swollen that I’ve never had before. After talking to a foot specialist I’ve realized that my nails were cut too short causing several ingrown toenails. I won’t be going back there again.
