I have been going to Salon Safari & Spa for almost 2 years now and I highly recommend. The staff is very friendly and they know how to make you feel comfortable. They have several stylists and each of them seem to be specialized in something different, my stylist is Domenic and he is fantastic, he has been in the business for a long time. It's the kind of salon where you will get great service, competitive prices and the environment is relax, not pretentious. There is also a spa in the salon and the owner and estetician is excellent! Very nice lady, super friendly so every time I get my waxing done we end up laughing a lot. The salon has a very diverse clientele and they truly do a good job, especially in north brampton where it's hard to find the type of salon that will rise up to the quality and style that you can get downtown Toronto or in fancier salons.

I have been going to Arti from Dec 2018. I had found her through salon Safari website. I went to her for eyebrow threading but ended up with Deep cleansing Facial. Honestly, I was skeptical at the beginning because I have very sensitive skin, so I am picky about product and quality of service. I am happy that I gave Arti a try for Facial. So now I am her regular customer for Facial since 11 months. I go there every month, not for the products she is using because I don’t have any idea about the product and I use No 1 Skin care product in the market. I go to her because of her behaviour and massage she gives. Arti is a very sincere, honest aesthetician . I feel heavenly with her message. Her price is reasonable. She does her job with passion. CONCLUSION, I WOULD LIKE TO RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO GO AND TRY HER MASSAGE.

Nothing against the way they do hair, Diane has done my hair over the years and has always done a good job. In terms of customer service, SUPER disappointed today. Called to see if Diane could fit me in her schedule today, the man who answered the phone said “we will have her call you as soon as she gets in at 11”. She didn’t call. So i called back and asked again if she could squeeze me in and the woman who answered said that she’s fully booked (why couldnt the first guy tell me that rather than wasting my time). She said that she would put me on hold to check if Diane might have room. Problem is that she didn’t put me on hold, she just put the phone down. I therefore heard her whole conversation with Diana where they complained about not wanting to squeeze and appointment in and how I need to wait like everyone else. They spoke rudely and talked about me as if i wasn’t a customer but some bum. If they can’t fit me in i TOTALLY understand but to speak of a customer that way and for me to hear it… makes me never want to get my hair done there ever again. Turned me off for life and i certainly won’t be returning, it’s sad cause they are pretty good at doing hair.

Someone from another salon in Brampton went crazy with black highlights when asked to put in "a couple". My hair was disaster of black stripes that would have taken me two years to grow out. DeeDee came to the rescue, she patiently and creatively worked for hours to get rid of the black, bringing the colour back as close as possible to my own colour. She made an amazing job, she saved me from a buzz cut which I thought might be my only other option. You can see the before and after pictures here - she's my hero

Hello, I have shortlisted this Salon based on google reviews for my Hair , facial , body massage , manicure and pedicure services. I already had two visits which was serviced by Aarti (for facial , body massage , manicure and pedicure) and Salon safari owner (for my hair treatment) and it was satisfactory. I have long hair and i am always reluctant to go to hair salons as they don't seem to understand when i tell them to keep the length. But Michelle layered my hair beautifully while still making sure she didn't take more than 1 inch from the length!

So I visited almost a month ago for a haircut but I've been in a dilemma about reviewing because I wanted to confirm something. Mind you there was nothing wrong with my haircut. Jaqueline did a fab job. The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because I feel cheated. I was told the haircut was $32.99. I confirmed this several times. I was charged $34.99. Now if I can pay $33 I can pay $35 but why surreptitiously charge $2 more on the card machine? Even if you add taxes that number doesn't make sense. I was not sure if I had heard the price right so I called them again a few days ago and they said $32.99. It's not about the two extra bucks - it's about trust. You hand me the machine and I want to see the price you quoted earlier. When I came home and saw the message from my credit card company I realized this had happened. I'm not sure I want to visit again because this is absolutely unprofessional. In these covid times we all need to support each other - not doing these sneaky things. This is the equivalent of someone secretly taking one of your little combs or hair clips in their purse back home. Not much of a loss in value per say but it's just not right. Sorry just being honest here.

I absolutely love this place! Today was my first visit and now it will be my permanent place for my all of my hair needs. Everyone is very nice and friendly. Christina did an excellent job on my hair. I went for a root touch up and she was very thorough and efficient. My hair was shining after the blowout and flat iron. Such a hidden gem in brampton. Very affordable and reasonably priced. I absolutely loved how healthy my hair looked afterwards. Jacqueline is amazing as well- God gifted talent, she did a head massage on me and pure relaxation. The owner of the salon is also very friendly and hardworking. I will most definitely recommend this amazing salon to friends and family. Beautiful people and service.

I usually don't write reviews, but I couldn't pass on this one. I used to have short hair for a long time then l let it grow long for three years and I always managed my hair in a pony tail until yesterday that I got fortunate enough to have Dominic cut and colour my hair . He is very professional and I am more than pleased with the result. Dominic's work made me feel so confident in my look that I let down my hair for the first time in three years. I am very happy that l finally found my go-to hair stylist here. I wish Dominic and his wonderful team continued success!

I have resided in the Brampton area for over 40 years and have seen this salon many times, but never went in. Well, I finally decided to pay it a visit on Friday afternoon. I did not have an appointment, but I was willing to make one for another day if they did not have time to fit me in for a cut and highlights. Staff were all so very friendly and nice, and seemed to enjoy each other's company as well as the customer's. Elaina did my hair from a picture I printed off the internet, and I couldn't be happier!! The cut was exactly what I wanted (I rarely get that!), and the highlights were excellent. She took the time to assess my hair, ask me what I wanted done and I just left the rest to her. She rates a 10+ in my books! Will I go back there for a haircut or anything else? Absolutely! I have a gem of a place right in my own neighbourhood, and I am so happy I found it :) Thank you, Elaina! One star because at least the hairdresser tried to fix her mistake and was very polite and friendly. Not happy with the haircut skills she had. The owner saw that i was not happy still asked me to pay more because of the length of my hair. Will not recommend to any friends or family. Reply for your response Hello Dominic, first of all i would like to correct you that it was not the hairstyle i asked for. That was not a haircut but a disaster. Sorry to say but Jacqueline has very poor skills or maybe just not enough experience. The mess she made on my hair cannot be called a haircut at all. Hair on the left side was longer than the right. She couldn't even achieve equal length on both sides. I had to repeatedly ask her to fix it so it looks equal on both sides. Please don't even get me started on how it looks from the back. Just plain ugly to be honest. She has no sense of style that a hairstylist should have. People have been asking me where in the world did i go for such a terrible haircut. It looks so choppy. I'm very disappointed with your salon. I had to ask her for a v shape from the back because when she said she is done i was surprised to what terrible job she has done . It looked extremely choppy uneven and just a huge disaster.... so i asked her to fix it somehow and asked her to give it some shape from the back so at least it would look somewhat a haircut..just very very disappointed in trusting all these reviews here. Maybe you do have good hairdressers but somehow i got the worst one. I was cutting my hair after 3 years and was expecting a good job but its sad what you did. Will not recommend. the owner too who doesn't care. Never asked me once if I'm happy or satisfied with the service. Just wants your money that's all.
