It was easy to book an appointment and my questions were all answered regarding the service.Went to the Brampton location and Riddhi was on time with my appointment. The home based spa was clean. She had me fill up the form and explained how the service will be for the Spa Retreat Package which I booked for. I'm not going much into detail but she did take her time doing the facial and the body polish. The 30 minute massage felt so quick but I think 1 hour is better for any massage treatment.Suggesting to focus on 1 or 2 body parts than doing a whole body for 30 mins. It was a standing shower afterwards which is not rushed accompanied by a body moisturizer after the shower. I felt relaxed after my treatment.

I was told in how I can help treat ingrown hair and prevent it from happening in the future. Throughout the whole time, I felt comfortable and tranquil. Unprofessional staff. The lady thought that she is doing waxing on a dummy. She was doing it so hard to complete job asap so that she can take more customers. On the top of all this, the place was highly unhygienic with complementary flies hitting all over the body. I went here only because of high rating. I deleted this area from my google map.

Riddhi was amazing with me. I got the full body and brazilian and not only was she fast and efficient, but very gentle. She communicated with me and kept me in conversation the entire time, and her hygiene practices were amazing as well. She taught me a lot about the importance of not double-dipping in wax pots, using different wax rollers per client, and how this all contributes to health and safety of her clients. She puts concerns to rest and puts your needs first. I’d highly recommend either of her locations. The quality of her work is amazing, the prices are great, you won’t find an aesthetician like this anywhere else. I guarantee it.
