I had the best make over for my BIG day from hair services to getting a glowing face in just two weeks (the magic of green peel) I definitely recommend Revive for customers looking for an excellent service. I gave this place a go based on the google reviews. However, now it makes sense why people are writing good reviews. They bribe the customers with a free Tote for giving them a good review. There are signs everywhere in the studio pushing for good reviews in return for a free Tote. I have had balayage color treatment few years ago at a salon that was closed now due to covid, which led me to google to seek places in the area. Anyways, I asked for a Balayage treatment. The results were horrendous, I came home with ORANGE HAIR! She kept telling me that I can't get to the blonde that I want in one sitting, but I most definitely didn;t ask for orange. It took 6 hours for them to do balayage. The lady left the bleach on my hair for 3 hours. I kept asking her to check to see if my hair was okay because of the unusual long time of bleach being left in. It completely destroyed my hair. Cherry on top: they charged close to $300 (extra for blowdry or curls and extra for washing/drying hair?!) I told the owner that washing/styling is usually assumed to be included in the price. She argued, I didn't pay. I paid $200 still because of the time that the worker had spent on my hair, even though she ruined my hair. My hair fell so much after this sitting. I used purple shampoo at home to take all the brass/orange out, which it did but the balayage looked more like deep highlights instead of a nice blend. Absolutely disgusting. I have photos that I want to post of them doing such a nasty job, but I''ll save them the embarrassment. I waited 3 months to write this review only because I found an amazing hair artist who coloured and fixed my hair within 1.5 hour (fixed the balayage and took out all the orange) and gave me such a beautiful ashy blonde balayage with no difficulties!. When I told her that I had bleach left in my hair for 3 hours, she was shocked! I was very amazed at how easily my hair picked up colour and what amazing transformation I got. My hair feels healthy, no breakage, and falling has also reduced significantly. I would NEVER ever recommend this place to anyone especially when it comes to hair!

They are very sweet but I will not be going back unfortunately(at least for hair services) When coloring my hair they missed spots (yes more then one it was all over and it was VERY visible as I was going dark and my hair was bleached before). When I went back they told me if I just do the one spot it would be darker then the rest but that was complementary. The better idea was to re color the whole thing but I would have to pay. So I went somewhere else. They are reasonably priced for their services and they were polite. I just would not go back their for hair services. Their other services are great so far though!

I got my hair washed and trimmed. Excellent customer service. Amandeep paid details to small things. I was welcomed with a behest smile. I did not have to wait at all. Amandeep thoroughly washed my hair. She trimmed my hair just as I told her and best of all, she dried my hair with not too hot blow dryer, so it took her longer, but she gave her time. I really liked it as other places use burning hot blow dryer to dry hair, but small things like this mean a lot to me. Thank you guys. I’ll be back soon with my wife and siblings ❤️

Service was good from most of the staff. Can't recommend this place unfortunately because my scalp still hurts a lot, even after two days, from all the tugging and extreme heat during my blow-dry session. I've had salon blow-dry sessions, but never ones where I've been in pain.

I cannot and will not go anywhere else for my waxes! This salon is very clean, professional, and accommodating! I usually wax with Michelle and Manpreet and both of them truly make you feel so comfortable. Manpreet is very precise with her work, she wont even miss a spot, but is very gentle. It somehow is less painful when she’s taking care of me. I highly recommend this salon. The only sad thing is Manpreet doesn't work full time so it’s a bit challenging to catch her, and i don't feel comfortable going to a new person. However, she always squeezes me in her schedule when she is working. They are very accommodating and friendly! Even if i move away from across the street, my loyalty is with Revive!

After moving to Canada, for the first time I took both my kids for haircut in here. Since I didn't know what to expect I kept my expectation really low. When I entered the salon, I was impressed how neat and clean was the space. I don't know the name of the stylist, she did a good job with my son's hair (he had really long lock down hair LOL). The next day I went for a hair cut, I was pleased with my experience as well. Not too expensive either.

Love them and the owners are very caring and they make sure the clients when they leave are satisfied and take feedback positively....

I have been using Revive services offered since a year now. I have always had an amazing experience. Riddhi the owner of the salon has been very professional and so wonderful. I recently took Lazer treatment for my upper lips. I got my laser done at Revive spa and have seen amazing results. After only 3 sessions the hair on my legs has gone down to about 50%. The laser machine that is used made my experience nearly painless and enjoyable. I would highly recommended laser at revive spa the experience is both painless and worthwhile. This is the second time I get a facial by Ridhi and both times she has done an exceptional job. She is extremely professional and knows her craft well. During the facial I felt very good and afterwards I left with a clean, well moisturized and glowing skin. Ridhi is also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions clearly she did not try to push any products on me which I liked very much and so I felt comfortable purchasing skincare which I needed as I was running out of my own. I had breakouts and discoloration on my face and i tried so many treatments but nothing was working.but Ridhi solved my problem .She did herbal green peel facial and she taught me how to take care of my skin ,now i am so happy .She is such a amazing lady she is professional and very confident about her work. Now she is working on full body laser hair removal. And i just got two sessions and i can see so much difference.A big thanks to Ridhi.

I am thoroughly disappointed! I read such amazing reviews and heard such great things about this place. I booked an appointment yesterday for today, the girl confirmed it. She called yesterday night to REMIND me that my appointment is today. Then I got two calls again in the afternoon before my appointment to remind me again, with two more calls 10 minutes later. When I call back they told me they have been double booked and I would need to come in an hour later - blaming it on someone booking it wrong. Thoroughly disappointed I had an event to go to today, had to cancel!

Highly recommend this place, excellent experience. I was looking for good place for facial.I’m glad I found Revive. I got facial with Mishelle, she did excellent job.i recomment her for facial & massage. Paula hair stylist washed my hair blow dry, she was so gentle with my hair.
