Awesome massage! The best one I have tried in this area. Places are clean, receptionists are friendly, prices are right....hold on...right, attendants, the most important part:) They are more than a few attendants which I have not met all of them. So far the attendants I have met are great. Not like other ABC Health stores that have RMT just have a little experience, attendants here really know where my pain points are and massage the area I desperately want it be rubbed and pressed. Usually a pressure massage is followed by an oil massage to make me feel relaxed, which is fantastic! I feel re-charged the next morning and my pain seems disappeared after the treatment. I can't describe more how satisfied I am. Definitely recommend.

Great cheap massage here. The place could be a little cleaner but for a walk-in massage place its decent. Full 1 hour massage for your money and the whole massage left me satisfied. I will return. Thumbs up!!

This is the best massage I have ever had. I get regular massages from RMTs and this place does a way better job. They go right into the muscles and tissues. I had Iris and she did a fantastic job realigning me. I feel completely adjusted from head to toes. I’m not quite sure why they are getting bad reviews. I don’t know if they ask for tips because I always tip. They work very hard, nothing short of magical, why wouldn’t I tip them? Can’t imagine going anywhere else.

I am their regular customer, I lover the place because nice environment. room clean, bed paper disposal, people are friendly. Price is very reasonable, $50.00 per hr you can ask either Swedish or pressure points massage service. However, some Indian guys too cheap, they get service but don't give tips which make staff disappointed. Even some bad guy write down bad review, that's unfair. I heard a white guy finish massage and run away, didn't pay any penny. That's too awful. Some staff can't speak very fluently English, but it's not a big deal, they still work very hard. That's why I recommend my boss, my co-workers go there.

The massage is awesome.They are open all week and weekends.Ample staff so even if you just walk in, they take you in right away.All masseuse are very nice and they massage you so thoroughly.They may have the language barrier but the know their job and work very hard.They are also open on the stat holidays.

I came in here about 6 months ago. Pre booked an appointment. When my husband and I arrived the lady at the desk spoke absolutely no English and was unable to answer my questions. She just kept pointing to the back. She called someone who tried to facilitate a translation on speaker phone but we left without getting our massage because we could not communicate at all. It also leaves a bad taste for me that they seem to reply to the good reviews here but on any negative comment they simply state that they will investigate and delete the comment if malicious. That’s just bad business.

Horrible service and they ask for money and tip upfront. Do not go here or spend your money here!! All the staff is very rude. Chased me out for a tip. Definitely not malicious, just stop expecting tips before you provide the service. You told us to leave bad reviews so we are.

Drove my Aunt to her appointment to get a 90 minute massage and she was refused service (she has been a customer to the salon for a number of years now and has gone for countless massages). She had wanted a 30 minute reflexology foot massage followed by a 60 minute full body massage, when she arrived to her appointment she was asked to pay for the 90 minute massage upfront (which she did) and then was asked to wait in the room (undressed) for the masseuse. While waiting for 10 minutes my Aunt listened to the masseuse argue with her colleague right outside the room door in a foreign language for the entire 10 minutes until the masseuse entered the room. She said that she would begin the full body massage now, at which time my aunt then asked if they could start with the reflexology foot massage first (as that is what she has done numerous times before). The masseuse instructed her to change into her clothes, go to the next room and then undress again, all while the masseuse had begun to argue with her colleague again (in a foreign language), she returned after another 7-10 minutes to say that none of the ladies want to do her reflexology massage because she forgot to tip last time and did not tip when she paid for the massage. My aunt began to explain that her husband paid last time so she was unaware that he didn't cover the tip and apologized for that (especially because she has been coming for years and always tips the masseuse). They began to say that they do not want to do her reflexology massage because she didn't tip and the ladies refuse to do it, so she was refunded the cost of the reflexology massage and continued with the full body massage. The full body massage was poorly done, unnecessarily painful and rushed. This is unacceptable behaviour from a business, to treat a loyal customer in this manner is beyond disrespectful. A tip is reflective of the quality of service you provided to your client, you cannot demand it be paid beforehand, the manager did not resolve the issue when brought to their attention and was in agreeance with their employees. I would not recommend anyone to go here as they care more about money rather than providing quality and respectful services.

I have been a frequent visitor to this place. They are very professional. The masseuse has skills that can cure your back pain or neck pain. As a IT person that always sits long in front of screens, I suffered from neck and shoulder pain a lot so I always go there for a massage. And it really works to relieve the stress and pain. Highly recommended if someone is looking for a professional massage therapist.

My first visit today for a full body massage. Judy was fantastic. She was very friendly as asked if I like med or hard pressure (hard pressure all the way for me). She was very strong and thorough and was able to easily identify my problem areas (shoulders and hip). This will definitely be my weekly stop for massage. Super affordable and I got every dollars worth!

I am new to this spa，before I go, I called and the receptionist was very sweet and knowledgeable, So Wednesday I went there and I took 90mins services which includes 45mins foot massage and 45mins body massage. Is was very relaxed, the lady massage me who is very friendly . The spa plays smoothly Chinese music, I like it and will definitely come back .

I had a low quality massage but still was generous to give $10 tip. Here is the worse...the lady put back the same sheets which she used for me, disgusted i said that they supposed to change after each session, she lied and said they are washed...that is disgusting. Do yourself a favour. Avoid.

After they reopened, they keep records of who tips and who doesn't. Refused my aunt service because she didn't tip last time (was paid for by her husband). She apologized as she didn't know he didn't prepay a tip and reminded them that in the past she has never ever not tipped the masseseus. Mind you, before covid she never tipped less than 20%. Ridiculous. If you need the tip money it should be in your price. Tips are based on service. Made her feel super uncomfortable, lots of aggressive foreign language comments so unsure of what's being said (made her nervous) and manager is absolutely useless. Glad we were there to take her home as she was visibly upset. Dont go here. Lots of wonderful places to go and give tour loyalty to.

We use to come here when this was new. The massage is great and you feel the real massage. But now, the quality suddenly drops down from 8/10 to 3/10. The massages are not that great anymore. I am a regular so I can tell the difference. No more deep tissue massage but just regular massage to make time pass by.

The level of service and value are unmatched. My Wife and I experienced Queen spa together for massage, both of us walked out like zombies, fully relaxed and refreshed. I had back and ankle issues from playing basketball and the therapist was able to find the pressure points and focus on them and I have not had any issues since. I am a returning customer and refer people whenever I can!
