It was Ok the spa was small only had two people working there my nails started to chip 24 hours after I got a full service done for both my hands and feet. But, I can say friendly service as they talked to me the entire time. But the price is too expense for what I received.

Lorraine and Nancy took care of us yesterday where we had a massage and mani/pedi. I was blown away by the intimate atmosphere, the intoxicating scents and sounds of the spa, as well as the chilled-relaxed yet highly professional service provided by Lorraine and Nancy. It's not just a spa, it's an intimate, cozy retreat away from reality. You will leave feeling lighter. I will happily make the drive from Guelph to Brampton to come to this hidden gem. I don't like it i went there for facial..she do nothing no any messages ..she only do it for 5 minutes..that's it..nd charge me 90$ no any results of facial because she didn't nothing just i hate it..very bad experience..wastage of money ????

Booked for the "Exhale" package and it was terrific! Lorraine took great care of me and was very knowledgeable and friendly. She has magic hands, and was lovely to spend the morning with. Had a tasty lunch and left feeling pampered and relaxed. I will be back!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who value and respect you as a person. Wide range of services: including manicure, pedicure, waxing etc. I only go there to get waxed as I trust her with my full legs and underarm. The lady is very good at her work. Although I moved from that city I still go back there.

My mom and I came in for pedicures together and loved the experience. The owner is friendly. She goes the extra mile to ensure cleanliness. The service was great - we loved our pedicures (especially the paraffin wax). The space is beautifully decorated. We both would go back.

This spa is a hidden gem located in downtown Brampton. I came here on the day before my wedding to get a mani/pedi, body massage and facial. I was treated to some fruit tea, a chicken salad, a smoothie and even a chocolate truffle. The esthetician spent a good 2 hours on pampering and relaxing me, something that was much needed after all of that wedding stress. It was intimate and I loved the one-on-one attention. It was an amazing experience overall and I recommend this spa to all those in need of some TLC and an overall good time. It was an amazing change from the mainstream spas that function like an assembly line and want you out asap. I will definitely be going back!

This spa is everything I went to get a well nedded body massage and it was everything and then some and then ended up getting natural facial that has given my face extra glow will definitely be returning back to the spa and planning on buying a few different seeds for Xmas gifts

I won't recommended any one to go this place if you care about your time and money.. I went for facial thr and booked the appointment in 4 days advance . When I reached there they said, they don't have any appointment on my name. When I asked her what to do now. She said it's ok I will give you the service which you have booked before. I went for facial and she did cleaning that I can do at home..and the lady charged me for facial saying that she is giving discount and took 60 dollar...waste of my time and money.

I came to this spa because of all the good reviews I read online but I have to say I was really disappointed with my experience. I had a pedicure done and although the staff were friendly it was very over priced for the level of service received. For over $50 a pedicure they could at least provide disposable clean slippers that no one else has worn. Even lower end nail places that charge $35 for a pedicure provide you with that. I was offered slippers from a basket full of well worn, black stained dirty slippers that had probably been worn by 100 other people. Gross! Have more respect for your clients than that. I could have done a better job with my nail polish, not satisfactory. And after touching my toes and shoes, the girl that worked on me went into the massage room to work on someone else and I did not see her wash her hands. I really hope she sanitized at least! Would not ever go back here!

*Waxing Service Below Satisfactory* I had my first experience and last experience at this salon. When I was driving back home from a waxing service, I realized there were patches still left on my arm. I called the salon and they apologized for the lighting and said I can come back. I drove 15 minutes back to the salon and they re-waxed my arm. After the service they apologized again for the bad lighting and I left without partial reimbursement, a voucher or any incentive to have me come back after the inconvenience and less than satisfactory first time experience. *Spa-Like Feel Below Satisfactory* In addition, I was offered white cotton spa slippers upon my arrival, which were brown on the inside and tattered. I immediately felt this was not the spa-like experience I had hoped for-- I opted to wear my socks instead. Lastly, there was a loud, noisy washer and dryer unit next to the room, which again did not create a zen like spa experience. Very disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Best in a long time. Incredibly thorough waxing. You can tell the employees here take pride in their work and want you to be satisfied and continue to return. This is definitely my new go-to place.

I went to the Purple Rain Spa for my first Brazillian wax, and I couldn't have picked a better place! The woman was extremely friendly and the environment was warm and relaxing. She took great care of me and the results were amazing! You'll be in great hands when getting waxed here!

Absolute waste of money. It's too pricey and the service is pretty mediocre. This is never a luxury spa contrary to their advertisement. Me and my fiance did couples facial and we got pimples the very next day. The worst spa experience ever

It was a great experience. I went with my husband and we did the couples package. The spa was very clean and comforting as well as decorated with great taste. During our services we were offered a light healthy lunch and even offered gifts when were leaving. The staff was amazing and made sure we were very comfortable. The technicians were very knowledgeable and experienced. I would definitely recommend this spa to my friends and family and we will definitely be retuning in the future.

I was there a week ago getting a pedi/mani and that was the worse experience of my life. I thought a spa treatment was a better place to unwind and get pampered and was I wrong. The place is a run down, piece falling where you put your feet messed up my nail polish and my finger nails wasn't even done properly missing polish on each side of my nails. Once She was done with the service as I put my sandals the polish wasn't even dry so messed it all up and she just put more nail polish on top instead of fixing it. The cost I was shock $90 dollars I was flooded thank god I had a gift card cz I would never paid for the horrible service. Shellac came off a week later. Will NOT recommend. Very disappointed customer

I have been going to see Lauraine at Purple Rain Spa for 8 months now. I have searched everywhere to get a mans Brazilian, and that’s when I found Purple Rain. She is very friendly, easy to talk to, makes you feel super comfortable, knows exactly what she is doing, and will never allow you to leave unless the job is done right. She will tell you what you need to do to improve your skin , or where there is ingrown hairs. I was going somewhere else for my Full Leg, but My skin and the hair were looking awful two to three weeks after (which I never actually noticed), but she has totally helped my skin and my hairs on my legs where this is minimal ingrown hairs!! I have since moved to the Falls and I will still take the drive to Brampton to go and see her. She now does my Brazilian, Full Legs, and Underarms. I have been super pleased with her, and I would recommend anyone to go and see her. Lauraine is Fantastic.

Terrible expensive service.... $150 for a 30 min massage and a crappie pedicure.(my feet are full of scabs due to her filing my shellac off my toe nails)Didn't receive my manicure after I even called to make sure my shellac nails were good...get there & change of mind....and still charges me fully!!!Sorry ladies ...but the conversation wasn't worth that much!

I've been going to Lorraine for just over 3 months now and my skin has improved tremendously. I have less acne outbreaks and my pores are no longer constantly clogged. She is very knowledgable and chose a facial treatment that best suited and benefited my skin type. I would highly recommend Lorraine and the Purple Rain Spa.

Waxing service: I only just started going here for waxing because it was close to home, and even though it's a bit pricier, I like being able to have a nice conversation with the friendly staff so I don't mind paying a bit more. I do like getting my waxes done by Lorraine the most, of course she is the owner but she is the fastest and always seems to double check that she didn't miss a spot after I mentioned them missing spots on my first visit. Lorraine and Nancy were absolutely AWESOME!! I surprised my hubby for his birthday with the Hot Stone massage, manicure and pedicure couples package and I felt like it was my birthday too! We were both extremely satisfied and felt truly pampered for the day!
