Best place ever to get your eyebrows threaded!! The owner was very sweet. She threaded mine very smoothly. My skin is very sensitive so I get a lot of pain while threading but she did them very gently. I would recommend getting your eyebrows threaded by her!!!

I often go to Canada to visit my Uncle every time I go I visit Pinki's Laser Spa to get my Brazilian and full legs ..because they are super fast and friendly with such warm welcome ,they make me laugh and you don't even realize that much pain cause the ladies there make me laugh. I’ve been coming to pinkies for over 2 years. I receive Brazilian waxing and eyebrows services. The service is wonderful always. I love how I’m always addressed by my first name. From I call to make my appointment and when I walk in the doors. It’s always greatly conversation and she always informs me of what she is doing. I always get tips and how to treat ingrown hair, and how to help my eyebrows grow for the length and fullness I am trying to achieve. After every service they clean down the area to ensure cleanliness. I highly recommend this place for all your selfcare needs !

second time going here and I was not pleased. After I showed the eyebrow lady a pic and explained what i wanted, she completely screwed my brows. She refused to fix what I wanted and added a tip for herself. She charged 10 dollars for eyebrows and for waxing upper lip. Will never step foot in this place again.

I come here to get my waxes done all the time and they are good dont get me wrong but an irritating issue is that every time i go different people do my wax and i get charged different prices all the time and it would be a big jump from the price i would pay say a week ago. i did a wax and the lady took off the whole side of my hair line.. i knew something didn't feel right when she ripped the wax off and she didn't say anything if you do something wrong you need to speak up and tell your customers and not let them look and the mirror after and noticed you mess up.. i will not be going back here

My third and last time going here. Went in for a full wax (legs, Brazilian, underarm) and it wasn't bad, they used regular wax from the melting pot and the pain was bearable. I have been waxing a long time. Figured this would be my new go to place since it's close to home. Took my daughter there for her grade 8 grad updo and she was very upset. Said the stylist all talked in another language and didn't even talk to her. Went in a third time for waxing and this time they pulled out the roller stick and proceeded to wax me as if I wasn't even human. It was all about speed. One lady started my wax and another came in and didn't even introduce herself and just started taking over. Waxing is personal and sensitive at least have some chatter with me. I told her I didn't like the roller stick and she used the melting pot wax for my Brazilian (which was perfect and hardly painful) but then went back to the roller wax for the back of my legs. I was squirming in agony over the speed and type of waxed used. Felt like getting my skin ripped off. Low and behold I ended up with a huge blister on my skin which I took pictures of. Not impressed. Will never go back and wouldn't recommend. Service is much to unreliable and it's all about getting you in and out rather than customer care.

When I arrived I was I was told "Oh, if you're in a hurry, we can have two people waxing you at the same time." I said, "It's okay, I'm not in a hurry." The employee replied with "Yeah, but we're in a hurry and we need to do it quickly because we have other clients." I didn't think too much of the conversation, but this was the precursor to the type of service I received. The job was done very hastily and unprofessionally. To begin with, one of the women waxing me was on her phone while she was doing my treatment. This was very uncomfortable because I don't know what she was doing on her phone in between calls. For all I know, she could've been taking picture of my body. When the job was done, there was still hair on my legs, arms and underarms. The wax gave me a SEVERE skin reaction. I have clusters of tiny red, pus-filled pimple all over my back, chest, shoulders, arms and the back of my legs. The wax and the waxing technique RUINED MY SKIN. I've been getting waxed for several years and have never had such a traumatic experience. The following Monday, I called the salon and explained my situation to one of the managers. She did not listen to me and just said "We will satisfy you, come in tomorrow and well remove any hair that is left." I told her I did not want to ruin my skin further, I do not want the service and I just wanted to speak about compensation. She asked me to come in the following day. I went in the same day and spoke to an employee named "Preet". Despite telling her my issue, she tried to shut me up with a $25 gift card. Mind you, I had paid $150. I tried to explain to her that I was too afraid to get take their services again so the $25 gift card is no good to me. This women kept interrupting me and speaking over me. I got fed up and asked for the manager's number and the salon's insurance number. She gave the the phone number of a man named "Dev". I called but he did not pick up my call, instead he texted me "Im Driving." So, I called again. I he was a bit more understand but I got the same treatment from him. He claimed there's no way the salon is at fault. There was no customer service, no customer first policy, no compensation for ruining my skin. It was the most horrible experience I have ever had. The salon was closing and the woman was just trying to get my out of the salon as quickly as possible. They did not listen to my need and I still have scarring from this traumatic experience. NOT TO FORGET, my skin between my inner thigh down to my knee was completely bruised from the waxing technique. This is a SHORT SUMMARY of my experience! I called Peel Health Organization and I have an appointment with my family doctor to clarify the reason for my bruising and rash was the beauticians- as the Health advised has said. This place is absolutely pathetic and needs to be shut down as soon as possible to ensure no one else has to go through what I did.

Walked in for threading to see the staff completing a ladies haircut with no mark on. The client also did not have a mask on. My friend and I were not comfortable being there so we left. Not impressed!!
