bought a groupon and have been calling and leaving msgs to book an appointment for the past 2 months, no reply whatsoever, unable to drive down and cause a scene as i live too far...what a WASTE of money, I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Used a groupon. Manicure and pedicure were sub-par. Pedicure chair sink bowl was filled with water from a nearby sink (chair didn’t have water hook up) so essentially, I felt like my feet were being soaked in a giant salad bowl. Minimal exfoliation, no pumice on heels. Sloppy and unprofessional polish application on fingers and toes. Just looked like I painted my nails at home. Would not recommend. I felt it was over-priced for the poor quality of service. I still tipped, but would never go back.

I came here looking to have a treatment down on my undereyes. Was told at the consultation I could pay instalments and receive an discount. When I came to have the treatment done, I was told I would have to pay in full and was quickly rushed in. I was told only one treatment was necessary, after it was done I was told I would need two. Being a 600$+ treatment this is not the kind of thing to say after it's already done. After the treatment I wasn't allowed any time to rest, and was rushed out with ice packs and bruised eyes. No difference was noticed, only bruises. I was told I would be contacted for a follow up, never contacted. Complete waste of time and money. I was called the other day, 2 months after the treatment to be told about promotions. After telling them about my experience, I was told "sorry about that. Bye!". I do not recommend this spa due to the lack to client care.

DO NOT GO HERE. I went here with my mom (our usual nurse was on vacation). My mom noticed right away that the nurse was amateur, nonetheless we waited a few days until the Botox and filler set in. My mom was NOT Satisfied with her results. her face twitched for the next few months, until the product dissolved on its own. I have 10 units of Botox left here and they have NOT called to remind me or even attempt at making me an appointment, but when we owed them $20 (miscalculation from the receptionist) they chased us for that. I will not go back. i wish it stopped there, the place looked sketchy from the outside and even more dark and dull on the inside.

Can’t rave enough about this spa. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly staff. The spa was impeccable. I have been to many spas and this by far is my favourite. I went in for a vampire facial and the results are amazing. Can’t wait to go back for my second one. Struggled with my skin my whole life and finally I found a place who is not just in it for the money they take your concerns seriously and really want to help you. They really care and Michelle is absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable about products, and services. Will be a lifetime customer for sure. Highly recommend this spa. Parking is great you will NOT be disappointed. U will love this place.

I was particularly impressed with their education and execution of the emsculpt procedure. I was fully educated in all the procedures I was exploring and it was overseen by Michelle. Michelle attended to the procedures and was very caring and understanding to my needs and questions … and the results were incredible too. After researching coolsculpting for the better half of the year I called a few places and got a consult. Most spas I went to were very direct in selling me coolsculpting and I felt very pressured to buy with them. I didn't like to atmosphere at all. I just more like a dollar sign than an actual person. I called Phoenix and I asked the same set of questions I asked other spas. To my surprise the girl on the phone actually answered my questions. I spent about 15 minutes on the phone with her and she didn't mind at all, she mentioned she'd rather educate me than leave me feeling like I wasn't completely informed; I appreciated this so much. I went into Phoenix Medical Spa (located across Shoppers and in IDA Pharmacy). The spa is large and nice. I was greeted by Michelle and Nadine. I filled out the intake form and Nadine did my assessment. She went over my diet and exercise routine. She explained how Coolsculpting worked and that since I was active and ate well I was a good candidate. I decided to take the leap with Phoenix and I booked in! I felt so safe with them since they treated me like a person who they truly wanted to help. I did my treatment about a month ago and even though they said to wait 3 months before seeing anything major I can tell you I see results!!!!!! I am so happy I called Phoenix. While I was having my treatment they connected me to their netflixs and I watched Friends during the treatment. They even gave me the menu fort he restaurant next door and asked if I wanted anything from there to eat. Like who does that?! Their customer service is beyond amazing and they need to be recognized for it!!

I went to see Dr. Goel for my shoulder. I was in an accident and had limited range of motion. My friend who also saw Dr. Goel for his knee recommended him. When I got to the clinic Michelle took my blood and went over the whole procedure in detail. Dr Goel did the injection and my shoulder has much better range. I was a bit tender and stiff after the injection. I called the clinic to make sure I was okay and Michelle picked up and reassured me. Such a warm and friend group! Amazing positive vibes from not only the staff but the doctor too!

After my regular girl moved who did my lips I tried this place out. The girls are friendly. We take photos and numb you before you see the doctor. They even give arnica for bruising and swelling which I never experienced before! They really take care of you here! Excited for my botox next week!

I googled who had the emsella chair after i saw it on the doctors. I suffer from a combination of stress and urge urinary incontinence. My next step was surgery but i am scared of getting the mesh. Pheonix was the nearest loctation. I have about a 30% reduction after my 6 treatments and thinking about getting more as maintenance. Happy I tried this so I can postpone surgery

Do not go here! The worst experience ever! I showed up for my appointment and the business what closed and they did not answer my calls. It's very unprofessional and disappointing. I waited at the business for over an hour and nobody showed up.

OKAY so I had to share my experience with this clinic because I was so amazed with her services! I initially thought Phoenix was just a basic medical spa that does botox, fillers, peels etc. I suffer from adult acne and have scarring and dark marks on my face and I just wanted them removed by a peel or something. I spoke to a lady named Michelle when I called. She asked me a lot of questions I wasn't expecting like how long have I had my acne, if I had allergies, when was the last time I got my hormone levels checked. I was confused with all the questions, I mean I just wanted a consult to clear up my skin. She said they aren't just a cosmetic clinic they have a team or docs and they do functional medicine as well. She said their focus is to target the main cause of conditions to help long term. I was so surprised by how above and beyond they sounded. SO the day of my appointment I go in not sure what to really expect. The same girl was there and she remembered everything we spoke about (shes actually the manager but is involved in everything). I met with the medical aesthetician Nadine and the doc Dr. Goal? not sure how it is spelled. Due to my age he wrote up a bloodtest to get my hormones checked and I did a food sensitivity test since I do suffer from IBS. Nadine took a look at my skin and came up with a plan for me. She said to wait for all my results to come back in before treatment so I can make a lifestyle change. The way this clinic is run is outstanding. No intense heavy sales pressure. You can feel like they genuinely care and want to help you. 3 weeks after my tests were done I saw the doctor again. He reviewed my results with me and told me what I am sensitive too. He also recommeneded a bio identical hormone cream? I think thats what it is called. He called Nadine in the room and she discussed her treatment for my face and he said I could start. I had my first round of treatment with her and I can see a different. My outbreaks are less and my scars are getting lighter. I also feel so much better, my mood my energy everything feels balanced! If your wondering what I am doing for my skin she said its a combination of facial with extractions and a oxygen facial? they a peel and venus viva? I dont know the names properly but I'll ask again hhahahaha I don't know what more to say. If you are doing research you HAVE TO see these girls. They honestly restored my faith in people. I have been to my share of spas and they are all so cold and sales driven. This place is a breath of fresh air

This could have been a 4 star review, except for the fact that the staff turned out to be deceptive and by the third day my manicured nails were completely chipped. I made a purchase From groupon and when the appointment was booked I specifically requested RMT services. The assured me after initially cancelling my appointment, because their RMT was in a car accident, that they would have another RMT there to take care of my services. It turns out the RMT who is Nadine and was originally booked for my scheduled Appointment, was there after all but could only did my facial. And the person who did my massage was not an RMT, which after everything was already done was told to me. Apparently this spa doesn't use RMT's for spa packages. But they don't tell you until your asking for the reciept. It honesty appears that the girl they used to do my services had the least amount of experience and they gave her to me because I booked with groupon. It was obvious that the real reason I was not given the requested service was because I did not book directly with them. They are unprofessional and dishonest. I called to speak to the manager and was not provided a return phone call. The funny thing is I'd seen the reviews and was hesitant but because a few good ones were given I decided to have an open mind, as not everyone will be satisfied. I would not return here. Everything was alright until I discovered they had lied about the service being provided to me and came up with the unacceptable excuse that spa packages don't use RMT's. This is the first time I'd heard that. I've been looking for a spa and unfortunately my search continues. I'd highly recommend getting everything confirmed, requesting licenses for whoever is providing your service before hand with this spa,if you plan to use them. Otherwise use another spa. They are moving so be sure not to be duped by them.

Totally run down place. The exterior looks haunting. Very amateur staff, unprofessional, on their Instagrams while you are waiting to be helped. Prices are decent but the quality of service is certainly not there. Save your money, spend it elsewhere

Located in the Chucks Roadhouse plaza. Where it says IDA PHARMACY. Go to the other side there’s double doors there. There isn’t an actual sign that says Phoenix Medical Spa at the top. There should be, to avoid confusion. The spa misled us on the phone call that the doctor is somehow related to the spa. He is not. The doctors walk ins are in the same location but they are both separate. The doctor is just walk in, they misled us to believe the doctor is a dermatologist or deals more with skin patients, but he is not related to the spa at all. He gave a terrible cream anyway which the pharmacist said it has many terrible side effects, our pharmacist strongly recommended not to. I would AVOID this place. Spa itself was very pushy in getting a treatment they did not know would help with the skin concern. It was more of a guess.

I was introduced to this place after my girlfriend couldn't stop talking about them. She got a massage and facial package and said it was the most through facial she had and the best massage. I haven't really been doing much for my skin and I haven't had a massage in ages so I decided to try them out. From what I gathered the main 2 girls you would be dealing with are either Michelle or Nadine; both of which are so friendly and nice! I called and told them I had an event over the weekend. Michelle mentioned they were booked up but put me on hold to see if there is anything that could be done. She came back on the line and said she was able to move somethings around in order to see me. Right off the bat I thought that was amazing. When I got there Michelle gave me a form to fill out and she asked if I wanted water or tea (I've been to a few spas before and I was never offered a beverage while I fill documentation so that was nice). The atmosphere was relaxing. I went in with Nadine and I had the massage first. I am one not to like the 'fluffy' massages (the ones where it feels like they are just gently rubbing your back) I told Nadine I haven't had a massage in awhile and I never told her where I have tension. She took her time and applied pressure over my knots. She also mentioned she was going to use a all natural essential oil for pain during the massage. I appreciated that they have this option! I wasn't even aware this was possible. She explained there was a blend of peppermint and clove for cooling and inflammation. I try to avoid chemicals as much as possible so I loved this! It was a relaxing but beneficial massage. This girl definitely knows her stuff! After the hour I didn't even want to get up. I think I could have fallen asleep there for the night! Before my facial Nadine asked what my concerns were. I thought I was just going to get a basic facial but she spoke to me about what I can be doing on a regular basis. She even did a skin analysis with what looked like a illuminated magnifier. All in all I had a fabulous experience. The girls give off the feeling that they truly care (I can see based on looking at other reviews a lot of people feel the same way). I will definitely be coming back!

I don't recommend. Went for a facial and it wasn't relaxing at all! Squeaky doors when aesthetician goes in and out of the room which is often because the room doesn't have a sink and the house is facing the road so it's really noisy. Online pictures try to portray a professional atmosphere but this isn't the case here at all. Amateur service and will never go back or recommend

I recently visited Phoenix Med Spa for a chemical peel and have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience. First and foremost, the place is very clean and inviting. I was greeted by Michelle as soon as I walked in and did not have to wait past my scheduled appointment time. Nadine did my peel and was very attentive and asked several questions to make sure we were choosing the right peel for my skin type and desired outcome. Will definitely be back!

I suffer from Urinary Incontinence. I've seen my doctor who recommended me to a physiotherapist. The physiotherapist told me to do kegels but I found it hard to maintain the at home exercises with 3 kids. I saw something called the emcella? on the doctors and looked up who did it. This clinic recently got the machine. I booked in and Nadine and Michelle went over how it works and how often I should do it. I am currently in the middle of treatment 3/6 and after the second treatment I noticed a difference already. I no longer pee a little when I cough or laugh. This is such a life changing treatment. I wanted to share my story because I was embarrassed to talk about this but everyone should know that there is a treatment available

I got a PRP injection here. Michelle called me after I submitted an inquiry. She informed me of how the procedure works and was very kind. I tried a few places and no one got back to me expect her. Her and Dr. Goel accommodated me on a Sunday Morning when they were normally closed which was very nice. Michelle also gave me a complimentary laser treatment because she said it would help. I have been back for 3 treatments and notice a difference on my belly. I would recommended trying it out if you have stubborn fat that won't go away
