I was recommended by a family friend to come here for laser hair removal. I can say I am very pleased with the service here and started seeing results immediately. I tried laser removal somewhere else before but I wasn't seeing results at all. Pearl wellness & Spa are a business with very highly trained individuals working here who provide great customer service and always put the customer first.

I have been seeing Jasmine for over a year now, at her home studio and now at her new space. I have always had a great experience. The space is clean and comfortable. Jasmine is knowledgeable and always ensures you are ok with the heat/laser setting during. I would highly recommend Pearl Wellness for laser hair removal!

I’ve been going here for ages now. The laser hair removal works pretty fast to be honest. When I first started I came back after every month, and then every month became 2 months, to 4 months and I just came back the other day after 6 months. The treatment they provide is exceptional! The ladies work super hard to ensure you’re happy. Previous laser hair removal shops I’ve been to charge more, don’t care about how they treat you and burn your skin! But over here they ask questions if everything’s okay, how you’re feeling and just overall make the experience 10 times better. I’ve never been burned here and my skin feels amazing! 10/10 would recommend them. Plus the eyebrows they do here is amazing I only get them done here.

My mom has been coming here for the past 2 years and has never experienced burns or any type of discomfort besides the usually redness on the first day. She has experienced amazing results and recieved excellent customer service here and are the reasons why she keeps coming back again and again.

I have been a loyal customer to Jasmine (referred to by my other family members) for the past 3-4 years. I struggle with deep cystic acne and hormonal hair growth - both of which she has managed flawlessly. I went from having extremely thick, uncomfortable body hair to smooth and clear skin. She has played an active role in helping my skin through painful acne and scarring, most of which has been eliminated. I also love the way she prioritizes cleanliness at the clinic, I have been to way too many salons in the past that did not have the same ethics in maintaining a clean, comfortable space for clients. Moreover, Pearl has been the only spa I have been to that has extremely competitive prices while NOT compromising service and quality. Yes - she is busy, but I would much rather wait for the service and safety of my skin/health than trust anyone else. She is extremely knowledgeable and I've trusted her with my skin for a very long time. The results speak for themselves - thank you Jasmine and the team at Pearl!

Love the service they provide. I've tried various laser spas in the past, however the results and professionalism of Pearl Wellness cannot be matched. I have been getting my laser done from here for the past 2 years and cannot be happier. The technicians are very nice and always listen to the customers concerns. I have never been burned and the pain in minimal. The results are outstanding.I have recommended this spa to my family and friends and they are all very happy. Highly recommend this laser spa to anyone who wants high quality service and amazing results. The prices are very reasonable too.

I got my face lasered by Kim - she also did a great job (i was a bit anxious trying someone new for laser - but she made me feel so comfortable). Would highly recommended this place. I've been going to Jasmine for more than 5 years now and she's great! I've never experienced any burns or had any issues with the service, which is why I've referred many family and friends to her. For people with sensitive skin, I would recommend using aloe vera gel for a few days after treatment over polysporin. I found that polysporin caused me to break out, whereas, aloe vera gel cools my skin and leaves it soothed.

After reading the negative reviews I realized I am not the only girl who has experienced the skin reaction as a result of poor training and utilization of the laser machine by the employee. The exact thing happen to me 2 months ago !!! Owner also told me that she has trained all her people and that if it’s not her who can do my laser hair removal, one of her people will do it and they are just as good !!! Omg it was bad I had cystic acne because of this laser treatment and the owner didnt even bother to reach out to me after her worker ruined my skin too !!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THE ONLY 4-5 STARS REVIEWS SEEM TO BE FROM FRIENDS OR FAM.

The owner doesn’t reply once they ruin your skin. Unprofessional untrained staff who doesn’t know what they’re doing. I wouldn’t even give 1 star if i had the option. They burned my skin!!! Shame on the owner to get all the good reviews from her family/friends after she found out that I posted a bad review. I wish I could post pictures. GO HERE ONLY IF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR SKIN BURNED!!

I went there 3-4 times to get laser done. I was not treated like a client. Girls were more worried about getting bed dirty than making sure I am comfortable. I was moved 2 times from one room to other. No privacy. Unprofessional and rushing staff.

I went did my eyebrows, what I saw is the owner was talking in her own language, I was waiting to done my eyebrows, owner decided to do my eyebrows, customer started to come she said wait a second I’m coming, she never come, I was waiting latter on other girl come and did my eyebrows. If you decide to do service, don’t go middle of it or find someone to handle the front desk. We are paying you are not doing it for free.

I am going to jasmine for laser for last few years since she was working from her basement.. and not only me my sister and our friends are going too ..no issues in last four years . After reading few negative review which I think everyone is entitled to give as long as it’s true and not out of personal agenda or rivalry . Like someone said she was working in basement and now outside at nice location so that itself tells you the whole story .. they must be doing good job that they are out from the basement and made this beautiful salon .. people with bad job and bad service can not survive in any business specially in beauty related...so jasmine keep it up you guys are doing wonderful job. so anyone who wants to get the laser done this is the place to go and please do not trust me or negative reviewer plz go yourself and judge yourself .STRONGLY RECOMMENDED...

Worst customer service ever! No matter what time you walk in to this place, theres always a 30 -1 hour wait time! They should definitely hire more people! I came to do just my eyebrows, i was told i have to wait until she finishes doing 2 haircuts.... its the same exact problem everytime!!! Do i have to call Just to make an appointment for simple eyebrow threading? I dont recommend this place at all!

I was there last week and one of her employee (Kuldeep) did a great job for me. I have few other friends who go there too and never one of them experienced anything bad. I have now been going to Pearl Wellness for a little over two years and there is a reason I keep going back. The service here is amazing and you really do see the results! The employees are extremely friendly and caring, constantly asking if the heat of the machine is okay for you and if you feel comfortable . I really do always feel comfortable in in this environment as they are always adapting to your needs. With my two years of going I haven't gotten burnt or had a negative reaction form the laser, hence why I have been going to this place for so long. This place truly is great and I would recommend it for everyone !!!
