Along with the amazing service, the environment is very welcoming with great staff. Definitely recommend!

Nancy was supposed to do my hair but barely touched it. she just put the colour in and let all the inexperienced girls take over. of course, my hair turned out to be a disaster- it was 3 different shades of blonde and looked absolutely ridiculous. I went back to get it fixed and Nancy tried to justify what she had done but ended up being proven wrong because she could see the disaster. she re did some parts of my hair but it was far from the colour I asked for. the second time I came In, I felt very unwelcomed by the receptionist/manager; she barely acknowledged my presence. Overall, horrible experience and I would absolutely not recommend to anyone.

Went in for a Men's hair cut. - Barber was pushy, and could not cut my side-burns properly despite explicit instructions. I left with asymmetrical side-burns. He kept telling me that he is a hair "stylist" and has been doing it for "many" years, and yet he could not even do a simple task as cutting side-burns. - Management responded rudely when asked if they would honor First-Choice coupons. I would have appreciated if they would have just politely said no. I do not understand this attitude. They have a competitor across the street, and First-Choice hair cutters are only 5m drive from them. I am not going there again!

Huge shoutout to Ekam for my balayage! She was super friendly, professional, answered my questions and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. I have thick curly hair (we counted ~50 foils lol), but she did not rush the process. Truly happy that I got my hair done here! Definitely coming back :)

I went to get my hair done here. Horrible time management skills. Everyone at this salon is very unprofessional, they way they speak to one another and gossip about clients to each other. I waited 40 mins to get the most simple toning done and took over 4 hours overall. If you looking to waste your whole day and then end up with bad hair i suggest you look elsewhere!! Don't go here!

This is the WORST WAXING PLACE EVER!!! Don't waste your time and money going here! The owner herself doesn't know what she is doing! And she is really rude and has way too much attitude. I paid the full price for a job not even half done! Also she didn't even help cleaning up after! I had to point out the undone spots so many times so that she does it. Completely inexperienced and hopeless !!!

I was scared initially because it was my first time getting my hair dyed but Ravneet did such an amazing job and all of the staff were so kind as well! My hair came out exactly how I wanted according to the pictures I showed, and I loved it. She didn't just rush or anything, she took as much time as I needed and was very sweet. I will be back for touch-ups and more. Cannot recommend this place enough! They're all great, talented people!

Hopeless place!! DO NOT GO HERE! Extremely rude people. The owner herself was extremely rude to me. She kept on yelling at us telling us that she is the boss there so there is no point of us complaining again and again. She was constantly rude when we were talking to her nicely and professionally.

AMAZING SERVICE!!! I have been a regular customer for several years and I've always had a good experience. I get my eyebrows threaded by the ladies there and they're all amazing. I've also gotten my hair dyed and trimmed too and the lady did a great job, especially with my bangs. More recently, I started full body waxing including Brazilian waxing at this spa. The ladies are very professional and I felt comfortable. They never double dip the sticks used to apply wax, the waxing room is private and very clean, and there were two ladies working to wax me so I was done within half an hour! The prices are super affordable, I paid $75 for a full body wax including Brazilian. I highly recommend this salon for all your beauty needs!!

Garbage salon ever. No one knows how to deal with customers. Booked an appointment and no one was knowing that why i am there. Salon ladies were gossiping with each other about clients and specialy nancy she was full on attitude. I came back with horror hair color and lady was not even knowing how to do hair color as she was asking nancy all the steps. I showed them the photo of hair color which i want and got something else by saying that its in trend. Other lady said mostly her friends come here , so then why you guys booked appointment for other people. Dont even deserve one star.

Good balayage, but terrible haircut and overbooking people. I'm writing this review after months of getting my haircut here but it's been on my mind so here goes.. This was my second time at this location and I loved the way Sammie did my balayage, it really looks great once you're done. However many things didn't go well during my visit. 1. The cut - I was genuinely confused when she started blowdrying my hair because my hair was extremely choppy (very short at front and long at the back). When I pointed it out, she asked me if I usually curl my hair (which I guess is meant to cover the imperfections of the cut?). She fixed it a bit and curled it which I thought looked better but once I got home, it honestly looked very terrible and uneven. I had to get a haircut at another place the following week since I wear my hair straight and many people pointed out that it looks very odd. :( 2. I was left in the hair washing station for an extremely long period of time without a towel (my head in the washing sink with hair wet). It made my neck hurt and on top of that every time someone opened the door, I had a gush of cold wind go on my head. I remained patient until I couldn't take it anymore and told one of the women there that my hands were blue from how cold I was so they got me out of there. 3. There were way too many customers booked at the same time so I spent way too much time just waiting around... VERDICT: As much as I loved the colour of my hair and Sammie is a great person, I was extremely disappointed with my nonexistent haircut considering the price I paid. This salon should consider not overbooking people and providing more care to customers that are there.

They're pretty biased, and I had to wait up to 3-5 hours there because the service was pretty sloppy and some employees didn't even show up that day! It was a pretty frustrating and exhausting experience instead of relaxing! But the lady with a daughter and son was pretty nice and cool

I made an appointment for a haircut a few weeks ago. When I went in, I was made to wait for close to 45 minutes. They were all aware I was waiting, but even then, the girl (Sammie I believe) took her time taking videos/photos on her phone for social media content, and didn't care that I had been waiting for over 40 minutes. When I finally went in, I was asked if I wanted a wash (how are you going to cut my hair when it's dry?!)- it isn't my fault that you're behind schedule, so of course I'd want a service I am paying for. Then in the middle of my haircut, she kept leaving to go find things, and took forever to return. Then her friend showed up and she and her co-worker were just chatting away with them, in the middle of my haircut! After she had cut, dried and styled my hair, I thought it looked good, but when I got home and washed it, the layers were uneven and the ends of my hair looked so choppy. I'm now in the middle of booking another appointment somewhere else to fix the damage. This place really needs to work on their professionalism and quality. That was my first and last visit.

I’ve gotten a balayage done by Sammie a few times now and every time I walk out this salon, I am amazed! This is now my go to hair salon! Sammie does an incredible job at making sure you are receiving exactly what you want. Only until I took a class from her did I realize how intricately well executed her methods are and I grew and even greater appreciation for her as an artist. She is truly a magician & one of the best in the business. The cherry on top is that her teaching style is unlike any other hair Educator. She teaches from her heart and shares everything without any hesitation. She makes you feel that your success is her success and truly means it. I definitely learned more in one class than I did being in a salon for a whole year. I Visit this place every couple of months when the wait is not too long. I've had my haircut by 4 different male barbers. They all are fairly good...especially Love and Kabul. Two very good barbers. Pros: - nice looking facility - friendly customer service - pricing is fair Cons: - Wait time can be very long, especially if there is only 1 barber working. Always call ahead to find out how many people are in queue. General Comments: - If you are picky about how your hair is cut, be very very clear about what you want before the barber starts cutting. I typically show the barber a picture of a past cut that I like. This will avoid any disappointment.

This place was amazing! I was super hesitant about getting my hair done for the first time. But Ruby answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time! I originally had virgin dark brown hair so we weren't entirely sure about how the colour would lift. But I was genuinely happy with the end result! And can't wait too go back in February! I would 10/10 recommend going here, especially if it's your first time!

I got my hair coloured by Ruby. She was so kind and friendly. I had previously had my hair coloured black which is not ideal when trying to go lighter and Ruby was really knowledgable and helpful with explaining what was realistically possible in one session but still trying to get my hair as light as she could. She also gave me the idea to slowly transition to a lighter root colour to help my hair lift better in the future. I completely trust Ruby and will be going back to her for more sessions.

Why they didn't tell before we can't cut your hair. Why we sit for one and half hour. They don't have any manners. So poor service. Never go to oasis spa it's just waste of your time.

The lady who works at this spa is moron. When my wife asked her to change the bed sheet as their were lots of hair on the bedshhet, she got upset and she showed her anger by removing half of the eyebrow on one eye. During the removal of eyebrow , she also shout at her co-worker. My wife had no potion but to continue to get this done as she already finished the work on one eye. When the work finished, she said ,she can not handke it. Upon complaining to owner, he appologized but the worker didn't even said sorry. Don't go at this place. Cheap people.

I understand they were learning and couldn't do wonders but they should learn it properly under the supervision of someone first and then do haircuts especially of adults.

Absolute garbage. These guys do not know how to cut hair. I can cut my hair blindfolded by myself and I'll still be able to give myself a better lineup than those barbers do. I was tired of having a new barber every haircut and being charged a whole large pizza for it. Some other options are Luigi and Angelo from the Martin Grove mall although they may be 50 years older than oasis's barbers they can still do a better job .

I’ve been going to Sammie for a while now and I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else. Sammie and the entire team provides exceptional service and makes sure you are comfortable during your time at the salon. During hair consultations Sammie takes her time to explain the entire process and makes sure that you ultimately achieve the look you want. Also my dark hair tends to pull orange when bleached but Sammie uses colour correction and helps me achieve my dream hair every time. I’m grateful that I started going here and I would highly recommend Oasis Spa.

Waste of time. They said there was a 10 minute wait for eyebrows then started letting people in who weren't in line, extending the wait for everyone else for 30 minutes. They have one really great girl, Nancy, who can do eyebrows and hair but the other lady doesn't even speak basic English. Go to the salon at Gore and Ebenezer in Massi Corner instead.

Nothing I say will do justice to how exceptional the service is at Oasis. Everyone is so kind, friendly and professional. I came to Sammiee after a very bad experience with another stylist at a different salon but Sammiee helped me get over the stress and rescued my hair. This was my first time going to Oasis Spa and I’m not sure if I would go back. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was a very weird smell, it did not smell good. I wanted to get my legs waxed and the woman waxing me was very nice but kept burning me with the hot wax when I stated it was hot she said it was on low...she also missed many spots of hair on my legs so I’m going to have to wax those parts myself. The reception was nice that is why I have rated it three stars. Other than that, I don’t think I will be returning.

Worse experience. I visited this salon for hair rebonding but they ruin my hair. rebonding means hair should be straight permanently...they use chemicals on my hair after wash straight with hair straightener..when i wash my hair after 3 days am shocked to see the result.. no result of rebonding, my hairs are dull fluffy no shine ,more worse than before. I visit the salon again, they use another chemicals and say this is last try,we can't do anything..I regret that why i went this salon spend 320$ dollars..my friends making jokes on my hairs ,...i call to salon to give my money back. But they never call me back or refund my money..

I flew out from Edmonton for my wedding which was being held in Brampton. I needed a hair cut bad, but had no idea where to go. My aunt suggested Oasis and I decided to give them a try. I stopped by on a Sunday 30 minutes before closing time and even though they had 3 people waiting ahead of me they still took me in. I believe the name of my barber was Lovepreet. This guy definitely knows what he is doing.. took time to understand my needs and then executed the hair cut flawlessly. Would definitely visit again! Terrible service, rude employees. Have had to wait 30-40 minutes, even with an appointment. Up to 3 hours without appointment, because they've lied and said "won't be a long wait". There is no professionalism or discipline at this salon. Had waxing, eyebrows done by owner, she is sloppy and unhygienic. When I asked her to change the sheet, she said it's not worth it for the price they charge (!). Employees are always texting or chatting with friends while working on your hair. Or they leave you to go make personal calls in the back. The amount of disrespect is appalling. Being new to Brampton, it totally reduced the image for the whole city, at first. There are a few great salons nearby however, in massi corner and on Ebenezer. If you don't want to waste hours on bad service, stay away!!

i’m honestly surprised sammie has such good reviews, i went with my cousin so she could get a haircut/dye, and i could immediately tell this wouldn’t be a good experience by the way sammie looked at us. she kept giving her side eyes through the entire process and i originally thought it might be because she’s just had a bad day but then i saw how she acted with her “conventionally attractive” customers. did not try to make my cousin comfortable at all, and would throw subtle backhanded compliments here and there. honestly it was giving very much highschool mean girls vibes, but what can you expect in brampton? very unprofessional. by cousin was on the heavier side when this happened and sammie went as far as unfollowing her on IG after this, i figured that would happen after she threw a jab that insinuated my cousin looks different in her IG pictures. she was insanely nice before she saw how my cousin looked in person and when she did it was like a flip switched and the mean girls vibes were on. there’s a certain demeanour and poise you should have a professional no matter your personal biases and unfortunately i just do not see that in sammie. i’d only recommend going here if you’re a conventionally pretty girl. i’m giving her 2 stars simply because i know she’s good at balayages. but her cuts are honestly subpar and you can find much better elsewhere.

Professional clean attentive simply amazing! Highly recommended to anyone who wants a barber with substance! It's not easy finding a good barber nowadays and I just got lucky with ROBIN! This place is joke!!! the barbers are all lazy and has no regard for who is next in line. The owners are greedy, they give you back bills when paying for a service so you cannot tip with loonies or toonies. One time I asked for change and the guy said they are out of change so i ended up giving a $10 bill a tip for me and my wife. I have been there twice now and this is the last time i will be visiting there, a total waste of time and money!

I don't ever write reviews but this place really got to me. I've never seen an establishment run as well as I have today. My balayage was done by Sammie who was absolutely amazing. She entertained me greatly throughout the process and time flew by. The colour came out not exactly how I wanted- it came out even better. I'm never happy with any hair salon I go to because they always mess it up but I was ecstatic after I saw my hair because of how perfect it was done. Would 100% come back again Ps: balayage is usually extremely overpriced at other places but they charged me an amazingly reasonable price (wayy less ) what I paid at other places . This place is definitely a must try

Not a good place to get a haircut... for ladies atleast I explained how I wanted my cut and the opposite was done and my hair was longg and they cut it very short when I asked for long layers!!! I have long hair and am attached to it and like other dressers she cuts just as much I ask her to. The ambiance of this place is also very welcoming and relaxing. I got my hair dyed from Rav, and she did an amazing job! Although I have thick hair, she did not rush the process, made sure I was always comfortable, and created an amazing final result. My wife got her hair straightened from this salon a few days back. When we booked the appointment, they made a claim that the result would be good and that the process will give 85% straight hair. The staff member that was doing the process was very unprofessional and seemed like a novice. She was in a rush and wanted go get over with it. First, the hair were not washed before applying the product. Second, the product was applied for 15 mins and then hair were washed. She dried the hair with a dryer and there was not even 1% change in the hair. They were super frizzy and the curls were intact. My wife complained to her that the process was not done properly. She also complained to the staff sitting at the reception that its not the result that was promised. But instead of making the things right they started making her realise that the process was perfectly done and insisted that the proper effect will come out after 3 days when my wife was supposed to wash her hair for the first time after the process. But as expected the result is a big zero and her hair are now super damaged. Instead of providing a quality service, the staff members were just trying to dodge taking the responsibility of the damage already done. After giving them about $300 for the whole thing now we have to spend more money to restore her hair. The whole experience was disappointing and I would never recommend it to anyone.

I wish I can rate this place no stars, but this one star goes to the receptionist that works at the front who tried to compensate with my sister and I for our pushed/delayed appointments; she is kind. I went in for a haircut with Sammie for layers. She finished in about 15 MINUTES, which was super quick but I didn’t think too much of it, until I got home and saw how it looked when my hair was fully dried. It looked super choppy and just really bad. I tried straightening it, but the choppiness was extremely noticeable and every layer was uneven. I, myself, work at a salon so I asked a few of my coworkers (who are hair stylists) on their opinions on how my hair looked and they were in disbelief with how terrible my haircut looked. Luckily they were able to fix it within AN HOUR and now I’m finally happy with my hair. I’m an inch shorter than I wanted but that’s only because they had to cut off that much to fix the mess. I’m super disappointed because Sammie has done my hair the past two times (one was layers on my long hair which was fine, second was when I went short and she cut it shorter than I wanted, but luckily I ended up liking that on me) which is why I made sure to get my next appointment with her again. Unfortunately, I walked out with the worst haircut ever (should've learned from the mistake she made previously). I was already upset over the customer service my sister and I had received but to go through all that just to get a choppy, uneven, layered haircut was just not worth my time or MONEY. I’ll NEVER be coming back again. I even left a little tip, like come on. I'll definitely make sure my family or friends or friends of friends DON'T go here.

My mom used several shades of hair (box) colour at home which made her hair brittle, different patches of hair color and lackluster. We went to many salons and we were told that they have to undergo some hair treatments which required couple of days before they go onto fix her hair color. We had a very important family function to go to and we wanted to get her hair fixed ASAP. A friend of mine told me about this salon so we just thought of giving it a shot.One of their employees Nancy was very helpful, in 2 hours not only she fixed different patches of color but she also gave my mom some tips for nourishment and helped her to choose the right color for her hair. Tthey took very long time to do anythng my girlfriend went there for hair colour they give her an appointment when she reached they said she have to wait because the girl was busy with other client she waited for 45 minutes first then finally they started blexhing her hair but she is attending the other clients in middle of that so that girl wasted nearly 6 hours of my gf for colouring they are very unprofessional they donot care about other people time .they thnk people are free for whole day i dnt know why they book an appointment if they are overbooked thats insane .

I came in to get my waxing and keratin hair treatment I just moved to the area and my neighbour recommended me this local salon let me tell you I had a great experience with the keratin hair treatment. The lady kam was great. She explained the treatment as she did it and was very open and honest about what the result would be. The end result turned out great. My unmanageable, frizzy hair is now soft and wavy. I can get up in the morning, brush my hair and walk out of the house. Amazing! Will defiantly be returning. The waxing lady did a superb job as well.

I have been a customer at Oasis for the past three years, I have never been disappointed with the service that I get. My barber LOVE is amazing at his job his customer service is amazing. He takes his time on cuts doesn't rush and takes his time to personally know the customer sitting on his chair. When it comes to management they are well organized and know there customers from name. Everytime I walk in I am greeted with a big smile. NANCY/MANI/LOVE you guys are amazing, keep up the good service that you guys are always providing. I feel like a family member more than a customer. Awesome job.

I just got my hair done today and couldn’t wait and had to do a review. I got my hair done from Ruby it was my first time being with her. I was so happy with the results of my hair. She was such a gem she was super gentle with my hair unlike other salons who tug and pull it like it’s a wig. She was super caring always checking up on me. Overall I'm very happy with my hair and got exactly what I wanted. I wish there was more communication during my service for example when I went to the sink someone else just started washing my hair so I just had to go with with it. Just wish more talking was happening like "ok, now X is going to wash your hair and then we'll do X". Be careful, it was quite busy and a lot of asking questions back and forth between stylists which is scary because it leaves room for mistakes - honestly feel they're a bit overbooked. My stylist left me multiple times in tasks to do something else - I'm pretty understanding and patient but they wouldn't tell me they're walking away or even say "hold on give me 5 mins" they'd just leave and then come back to continue and then leave again. I think being so busy is impacting the quality of the experience and service and it doesn't help when there isn't enough communication going on. I like them but they need more help/organization

I had my hair done by Sammie twice now and I’m so happy with both of my experiences. She’s really talented and knows what she’s talking about. I’ve always had a specific colour in mind but I haven’t been able to explain or achieve that colour from any other hairstylist but Sammie understood and helped me achieve that colour which I’m so happy about! I got my hair done for the first time and I was extremely pleased with the results for what I was hoping for. Sammie was very clear on the process for me, I wanted to achieve a purple colour on virgin hair which is difficult but she did a very well job lifting the colour and making it turn out beautifully. She did not rush the process and made me feel safe, as I was scared for the results. The rest of the staff was very kind and made me feel welcome. Highly recommend this salon!!

The salon is home to talented Hair Colourist and Stylists. Some stylists are booked weeks and months in advance so be sure to book in advance. The front desk works hard to accommodate clients with last minute requests. Although, they are known for their hair services (especially balayage), you can find a range of services such as men's cuts, waxing, laser hair removal, facials, etc. I also like the ambiance of the salon - its got a modern touch. It's nice that theres a Starbucks in the plaza as well. I always grab a drink before my appointments! I also appreciate the fact that the lead Stylist and Colourist (Sammie) takes responsibility to train stylist under her - providing career and skill development opportunities for newer Stylists.

I got my hair colored and cut by Sammiiee today and I couldn't be happier! I had grown out blonde balayage and wanted to go much darker, and she delivered just the way I wanted. The lady (not sure her name) helping with the wash was super friendly as well. Highly recommend, and can't wait to go back once my hair grows out :)

Ladies I am telling you that Nancy is the only person there who knows how to cut hair. I walked in one time (without an appoitment) to see if they were available and i just went with who ever the owner pointed at to go to. I kept telling her that I want my hair short but she would got up inch by inch. I beieve that she intentionally messed up my hair because it is longer on one side the other. TERRIBLE service. I wish I looked at the review before coming here.
