Two generations of amazing work! The peels I received from Rose were truly a face saver! After years of trying to treat my adult acne, these treatments calmed my skin enough to bring the acne under control like nothing else. Now, after a series of facials and a couple of products, my teenage daughter was able to face her first year of high school with more confidence as well. Rose is an amazing technician, she really knows her work. The peel was amazing for my skin and the Vivier products are also wonderful. My skin has improved so much... I am currently using the medicated wash along with the Exfoliant Forte, Corrector 2 and Retinol 1% on a daily basis. I also supplement the regime by adding 5 drops of the Radiance Serum to my nightly routine.

If could give 0 stars I would. Rosemary or Rose is her name. You don't know good customer service. I called you to speak about a groupon deal and you told me that you would call me back the next day. Liar! I'm still waiting for this call. Thank God I didn't purchase the deal. I will take my business elsewhere.

I recently had a facial peel and was extremely happy with the results. Rose gave me excellent qualified advice on skin care and offered me options. I felt confident in using the products she suggested and I will continue to see her for my skincare needs. I also had an eyebrow shape and colour and it was also great.

Used a Groupon here a while ago and it was...interesting to say the least. You go to a spa to feel good, the owner does not do that. Very critical and too much focus on upselling services. Also asked for a purple manicure and it was blue lol not comfortable and not worth it

Rose and her staff are phenomenal!! Her facial treatments are the absolute best - I have been going to her for years and I must say that no other spa was able to produce the results she did leaving me with flawless skin! Her unique techniques and homecare routines differentiate her from any other spa! I have received other treatments including laser and eye brow shaping and can't say enough enough positive things! During COVID she has been very responsive and available via phone / email for any skincare questions!

This is truly a 1st class spa! The ambiance is soft and inviting. Rose is an exceptional and very knowledgeable esthetician! I had the medical peel, microdermabrasion and eyebrows done. I have had peels done in the past but this was truly a real peel. The result is fabulous with new, glowing skin after! Rose did her due diligence by following up with me every few days to ensure the peel is on schedule and what products to apply if there is any skin reaction. The microdermabrasion was very good and I saw nice results after of bright, smooth skin. Although my eyebrows have been microbladed at another spa, they were looking dull but Rose tidied them and fixed them up and they look beautiful again. I have and will continue to recommend La Vita Bella to friends and family!

*ADDING TO ALL THE OTHER NEGATIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE REVIEWS* I Would rate lower than 1 star if I could due to the HORRIBLE and fake customer service from Rose. I will not come back and will not recommend anyone here. I bought 2 Groupon packages online for a massage for my mother and I. I tried calling the spa over 5 times all on different days, and I had no answer. My mother called, no answer, so she left a voicemail. Still no call back, I e-mailed them TWICE. They finally told me they would call me back and when they did the lady on the phone explained we could have just booked online. We booked an appointment and had to cancel, so when we rebooked we did it online. The day of my appointment the lady refused 1 out of 2 Groupons because 1 was expired. I had an option on the Groupon App for a "10 day extension" and as I was trying to show her she would not listen to what I was saying and trying to show her on my phone, so I got upset and tried to leave the spa. She then tried to tell me it was "IMPOSSIBLE" that I'd called 5 times because she's always working and would have heard it, and still would not listen to anything we had to say about the extension on the Groupon. The customer service I received from Rose was ridiculous for an owner of a company.

I bought a Groupon for a Microdermabrasion, I booked my appointment online. On the day of the appointment (on my way to the appointment) I got a call from Rose to say that her tech was sick and offered me a free facial for the inconvenience so I accepted it and thanked her. I went in for my consultation for the Microderm and she didn't think it would make much of a difference for my skin since I had some discoloration. Anyway I was invited to an spa event in which they did giveaways and I could possibly win a top performing peel. So I agreed and attended. I didn't win anything. Three weeks to a month into trying to get my Microderm done I decided to just pay for a peel. I spent an additional $228 for the peel and facial (apart from the $40 for the Groupon). The peel didn't do anything but flake my skin very slightly. When I went back for my review Rose was surprised it didn't work and she was nice enough to try a different peel. I had to go back for her to see the results and I had an appointment for Saturday afternoon. I got to the spa and she told me she had sent me an email to tell me I didn't need to come in. I was a little annoyed because the email was sent when I was actually on my way there, thankfully I was getting a massage done around the corner so I was in the vicinity but I would've appreciated a phone call to cancel. Again a week later with the stronger peel there was no 'actual' peeling, infact less than the first time. I'm not sure if enough product was used on my skin or if it wasn't strong enough because my understanding is the effect of the peel is based on the layers used. Anyway long story short, my skin did get slightly brighter, the peel did not resolve my major complaints so I am going to have to look around Brampton for another Medical Spa. Don't get me wrong I saw before and after pictures of other people who got peels done and their skin looked amazing but I definitely didn't get the same effect. I feel like I wasted $250 to have to go and get the same thing redone elsewhere.
