Got eyelash extentions done today, they rushed the whole process and i am left with a very unsatisfied outcome. I have gotten my lashes done before and they looked amazing but i came here as i was recomended by a friend and regret spending my money here. Many of my eyelashes dont even have eyelashes on them. Do not recomend anyone to go here unless you want a horrible job done!!

Me and four of my friends went to this spa on a personal recommendation, safe to say I will never ask that person for a recommendation again. One of the four got a Mani/Pedi which took 2.5 hours to complete, the esthetician cut my friend's toe (yes she bled) and we saw how they clean the tools, no disinfectant used at that time (we all work in healthcare so we know how to clean). I booked a body scrub that was underwhelming, it was no different than the Walmart one I do at home and even my esthetician made the exact same remark (that I could do this at home if I really wanted to). The bathroom that was given to me to shower after the scrub was not clean. Sorry towels in the actual shower, wet/used wipes were on the floor near the toilet, the towels I was given to dry off with were covered in hair and there were lots of broken lights....my third friend paid for a massage and body scrub and only received the massage (my body scrub was an hour hers was only 10 mins at the end but the cost is still $65 each). All in all it was one of the worst spa experiences we have ever had. I don't know if it is just this location or the Hanh brand is bad but we will not be returning and we recommend you choose another place as well (Five senses spa on Queen and Torbram is excellent).

I was given a gift certificate from my sister for my birthday and with 2 kids under 3 I had a hard time coordinating a time to go in. I live in Newmarket and decided this weekend was it as it expires Nov 30. I booked a 5pm appoinment for a mud wrap and massage and even though my sister called to say I was late and going to be there they told her that she already left for the day after 15mins and that the gift certificate was voided. If you look at their website they have a late policy which states : What happens if I'm late for my appointment? Usually we give a 15 minute grace period, if you are more than 15 mintues late we will try our best to accomodate you. This will depend if there are scheduled appointments immediately following yours. If you are more than 30 minutes late you will have to reschedule your appointment for another time. Nothing there says if you have a gift certificate that it is void. And this is a direct quote from their website. Now the certificate has on its own a cancellation and rescheduling policy that states: 24 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy or ticket is void. No Late Policy. Now, they have lost my sister's business, mo mom's my neighbour's and how silly was that ? For a $40 gift certificate they lost potential double and triple that ! Bad Business practices ! They were reported to BBB

So disappointed. I was a loyal customer. The first time I came here to get acrylic nails done they were uneven, they were messy and they simply did not look they way they should have for that price. I decided to come back and give them a second try because they were close to my home at the time. I got a different lady. This lady did them extremely well and I made he my go to girl, I always made appointments with her and ALWAYS made sure to tip her excessively, because I liked her as a person (this is also the reason I kept coming back to her) Here’s where I got disappointed, life happens, things come up and getting my nails done is the last thing on my list of priorities. I made an appointment for Saturday. My nail lady cancelled and said Tuesday, to which I said okay whatever if she can’t make it she can’t make it I don’t mind it’s fine LIFE HAPPENS. On Tuesday, the same happened to me and I had to cancel. I called in advance and I was told “oh _________ said she’s not coming in anymore for you because you canceled.”... Really? The service is overpriced and I still stayed loyal to my technician and paid her huge tips, but she doesn’t wanna come in for me anymore.... because I have a life... Honestly I was a little relived to know that I won’t have to pay this overpriced salon again and I she will not have to worry about not coming in because I will not be making anymore appointments. I’m just appalled that they had the audacity to even say that to me. So all in all, if you are willing to overpay go here. If you are willing to be disrespected (as other people have said) go here. And if you’re willing to take a chance at getting a bad technician who will give you uneven, bulky nails, absolutely go here. But otherwise... avoid at all costs. **the only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because at some point in time, I was content with this place.

I went for permanent make up !! HORRIBLE experience. my face is MESSED up :( The lady, kept on answering her phone while she was working on my face on another language. All I could hear is she is tired tired and tired !!! The tool she was using kept on turning off during her work. I was changed in 3 rooms. Waited one hour even with an appt. Finally, my poor FACE !!! Lips are just screwed up. Don't know how will I fix it or if I ever will !! Eye liner I requested thick which you can barely see !! And places are missed. When I looked at my face, I freaked out now I have to go again thru this pain. No proper instruction, no suggestion, no explanation - on TOP you can barely understand what she was talking about !! The WORST place with I think must report to Business Bureau for their poor service. I think they all are over worked and over limit with customers. I can't regret enough :((((

Worst nail expierience of my life. Wish I could rate it 0 stars. Did not give me the proper length nor shape I asked for. Underneath the nails is rough. The paint job is bad, and my fingers got cut...twice. DO NOT GET ACRYLICS HERE !!!! TERRIBLE !!!! Nail ladies were nice, but front staff was rude. They told me 25$ flat rate, then when I gave them the money they told me 33$, and gave attitude when I asked why it's 33$ (the reason was tax..but I thought it was a flat rate? And other nail places don't charge tax when u pay cash fyi!) on top of that staff is very unprofessional . Wish I could post a pic of how terrible my nails are. Going back and getting a refund tomorrow HAHNS SUCKS

Booked a hot stone deep tissue massage for my birthday. Confirmed and was looking forward to it and was told upon arrival to my appointment that my RMT could not do hot stone I would need to see another. Would have been nice be told that when booking. Settled for the deep tissue but was very pleased. Arveen did a great job with the deep tissue felt very relaxed. Great job overall, will return for my hot stone.

I just got home from Hanh Salon & Spa located at Hurontario and Steeles. It was my first time at this new location since it move from 200 county court in Brampton. I wanted my eyebrows waxed. I walked in and did not have an appointment what-so-ever. I was quickly looked after. This location looked much better than the previous location but I was greeted by extremely rude receptionist, that was on the phone at the same time as she was taking down my information. I was not sure, if she was talking to me or the other person on the line. At that point, I was extremely irritated and confused. The receptionist hollered at a lady to assist me with waxing my eyebrows. This is extremely unprofessional. The aesthetician did not greet me or introduce herself and spoke very little English. She asked me to follow her to the side room which had four other ladies just cleaning and dusting. They were also aesthetician. Once again, a very unprofessional environment. The lady that did my wax, did a terrible job and I pointed out how I would like my eyebrows to be done. She then said if you want it to look cleaner, I will have to use thread. I did not want to use thread, nor did she ask if this was okay. She began to thread my eyebrows and it turnout horrific. - Terrible customer service - horrible workmanship - zero skills - lack of professionalism I am not sure how this company is open for business. Good prices but very poor service. Please do not waste your time and money. Very disappointing because this place could have great potential.

Very bad establishment. Called and booked an appointment 4 days prior. came there the day of and apparently we didn’t have an appointment booked ? Unacceptable. No one called us to remind us the appointment. I don’t know who it was that took that phone call but clearly their staff is not trained well. Waste of time and they were “booked all day”

Great customer service. Very nice location. Had my hair cut done by Marco I believe. Very sweet and friendly guy. However did cut it shorter than I initially indicated. Expect to be there for a while. Had a cut and blow dry done and it took approximately 2 hours.

Every time I go to Hanh Salon I leave happy and satisfied. The staff here are so good at what they do. I usually get waxing done but I even got my nails done once before. I would go nowhere else for my waxing and plan to get my laser removal done here. I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

My mom and I would always get our hair done from here by Danny. He was my moms stylist for about 15 years and he's very expensive for what you get, but he did a great job always on her hair. But when it came down to doing my hair he ruined it. I wanted something similar to Julianne Hough's blonde. It was over processed, and looked like a mop. It was silver at the bottom and bright yellow at the top. At the end of my appointment I asked if he can chop my hair to my shoulders because I was mortified and he said he has no time and that it would take an hour. So when I got home I got my brothers girlfriend to tone it darker and chop it for me as she's a hair stylist. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because their facials are really nice. BUT DO NOT get any pedicures or mani cures from them!! They don't have any swatches of nail polish and the all the polishes are crusty and dried up.

Very disappointing. Was there for the cupids package in February. First thing we noticed was a clutter of stuff piled up in the pedicure chair in the room. Worst relaxing massage ever, just left me irritated. Felt like they had a random person fill in for the regular massage therapist that no clue about relaxing massage or consideration for the clients comfort. She ignored my request to rest my hands on the stool saying it was better for circulation to let my arms dangle and when also ignored me I told her I had sensitive skin but the other therapist told her to skip the abrasion step of the facial . During the pedicure when a different girl was buffing my toes she scratched the cuticles of my toes so bad it stung every time I had a shower for about week after. Staff in general were focused on griping amongst themselves about taking one another's clients. Used to much higher caliber spas, disappointed because this had such a high rating. Suggest sending staff to a true high end spa so they know how to provide quality service.

Good job done on pedicure, staff wasnt too friendly and didn't initially listen to what i wanted but charged me for it anyways. they didn't clean the foot soaking tub well enough and my feet were soaking in someone elses foot skin shavings. yum. I ordered a spa pedicure for me and my sister and they gave me one but not her, simply saying she didnt need it at the end (if i want it and im paying, just do it for her. thanks, i dont need your opinion) but funnily enough charged me as if they gave her the spa pedicure anyway when they didn't... this was a long while ago but I thought I would leave a review since im not returning for a pedicure due to these issues I had. Still if you can bear all of that, they do a good job on your feet still.

My fiance broke out because of it, the dermatologist advised her that she has Perioral dermatitis due to the cleansers used and potentially un-sterile equipment. I do not recommended going to Hanh spa.

Over due pampering, wanted to go latest time in the evening, so came across this place, it was open until 12am! If you are ever in a jam, need a place to get nails done, hair done, you name it, they do it. Quality of service may be questionable but the service is rendered! With a smile and great conversation. Plus a language lesson for free! Met some wonderful ladies, with some exceptional stories, and had fun getting my nails done at 11:30pm! The plaza this place is in, was lit up like a Christmas tree, there were lights and cars everywhere, definitely did not feel it was super late out! The services were mediocre, pedicure had a simple rub instead of a in-depth massage, for the price I paid, it should have been more. But I’m not complaining! I got my pedicure when everything was closed for the day! Definitely a go to for last minute emergencies! Manicure pedicure or shallac, or chipped nail needs repair…. Check it out!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I booked an appointment a week prior to my visit and the receptionist said she'd call a night before to confirm my appointment. The staff are very disorganized and failed to call me. On the day of my appointment the ladies at the front desk said I did not have an appointment but luckily were not busy and were able to do my nails. More disappointment came after that; I paid for a service that I could have done better myself. My nails were terribly painted. Very unprofessional location. I will not return and I do not recommend visiting.

I have been here a few times over the years but yesterday I had a shellac application removed a new one applied the nail file was so sharp it sliced my finger as soon as I felt the pain I pulled away I sit here today as it keeps opening up I'm not sure who the girl was my first time with her but she nodded off a few times while my nails were in the process of the drying stage I'm definitely not coming back here

I really wanted to give this a place a chance. Unfortunately, I wasn't very happy with the incomplete service. I went for the vitamin C facial and yasmeen is a nice lady but I do feel cheated. Paid 75.00 for blackheads still left on my nose and the massage could have been better and longer. Felt like a few minutes and that's it. When I paid plus tip, I went back to my car and saw in the mirror and there were blackheads that were left..I went back and addressed to Yasmeen and she said it's "hair" I knew it wasn't. Not very happy at all with the overall experience. I went to my other place today and she said, these are blackheads and not hair. I won't be returning here anymore.

I was so disappointed! This was my first visit to the salon as I received a gift card for a mani pedi for my birthday. I was looking forward to going to a “nicer” salon. I booked the mani-pedi and also a bikini wax. I have never had such a terrible wax experience. The technician missed so many hairs, and burnt me on both sides, right in the crease between my legs wher underwear sits. It was so painful to even wear underwear for 3 days and now my skin is peeling. I’m not a newbie to waxing, this was terrible. On top of that I upgraded and paid extra on top of my gc to have shellac for my manicure and 3 days later half my nails are chipped and peeling. Never going back. Looking through the reviews on here I notice that most of the positive reviews are only for one person, yasmine. I guess if you don’t get her you don’t get good service.

Never going here again. A waste of money.

I booked an appointment there for both myself and my mother. When I went there they said they only have space for one. We thought about it for a few minutes and decided that I would just let my mom get the facial since they could only do one person. After deciding that I would just let my mom get the facial without me they told us it was too late now and the spot had been filled (about 5 minutes later)! They have absolutely no regard for Customer service and satisfaction. I would never support any of their locations because of their lack of customer service and basic manners; nor would I recommend any friends or family to go there.

ONE STAR IS BEING NICE.EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I have been going to Hanhs for many years now. I used to go there bi-weekly to get my eyebrows waxed. Ive had facials there, eye lash extensions, and even a massage, and all those services were amazing, and i had always left the spa extremely satisfied. WELL all of that has changed. Saturday i went there for a massage. When i booked they said they had no RMT available so i settled for just a simple massage. I had kinked my neck that morning and just needed some relief. The massage that i received made my neck 600 x worse. It was like the lady had no experience with any sort of massage. Like this was her first ever massage that she had given. AT one point she was KARATE CHOPPING MY BACK. And i don't blame her b.c Obviously she had no training by the staff there. The massage was horrible, along with the karate chopping she was punching my back, legs, arms, and just slapping me basically. AS WELL, AS STRETCHING MY NECK WHICH I CLEARLY STATED AT THE BEGGINING WAS KINKED AND I COULD NOT MOVE IT. She insisted on stretching it which later resulted in MASSIVE SPASMS, while i was home alone with my two babies. I was stuck in spasm in excruciating pain which led me to end up in emerge. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR MASSAGE TO ANYONE. Its not the workers fault at all. TRAIN YOUR WORKED PROPERLY.

I was very disappointment with my appointment today. I normally don’t do these type of things and write a review but I hope the manger does look at these reviews and try to make things better. I came to hanhs spa for the second time because I came a year ago I remember I had a good massage .. but I don’t know what change over the year but as soon as I walked in I felt so uncomfortable. The Lady at the front desk was back talking to another lady that was working there was very unprofessional. Then when my rmt came to get me for my massage I just got a hi with no smile or nothing. To me I felt like she didn’t want to be there and she was annoyed by being there. Like I work in customer service and even if your having a bad day you have to learn to put a smile on and go on with the day . I told her to go alittle harder and she just jump down my throat and said I’ll get to it after, but her pressure never change. I was just really shock with everyone’s attitude there and how unprofessional they where. You would think if a client was coming back to you for the second time you would be alittle more polite and make sure that the service I was getting I felt good to me. Since I am paying for this service. Anyways I am just looking for someone that really knows how to massage me and actually cares I don’t have benefits so this money comes out of my own pocket. I don’t mine paying extra for a rmt but really be more professional and make your client feel comfortable.

Biggest scam. They told me to dye my extensions which I'm using for my wedding would be a charge of 60. When i came to pick them up they tried to tell me that its 70 plus an extra 10 for having them straightened. I told her politely I never asked for them to be straightened and the guy who was here earlier told me it was 60. She said ok well I saw the hairstylest straighten the hair. I told her I never asked for it to be straightened shes like ok I won't charge you but it's still 70. I tried to explain that the guy in the morning told me it was 60 how come the process changed. She said he would never tell me that. I told them to call him and he also lied. I told them it's very upsetting that they are trying to make an extra 20 dollars by lying and cheating there customer. The owner decided to jump into the conversation and give me and my sisters attitude. Everyone was just super rude and unprofessional except the hairstylist. The hairstylist was very sweet. However due to front desk service I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone

Absolutely terrible service/cleanliness! Second time going to this location, thought I would give it another try and really wish I didn't. First off management has no idea what they are talking about, called to reserve a girls spa day for 3 and they stated that they could absolutely accommodate the 3 of us. To our surprise we were split up for facials, massages and both manicures and pedicures. They tell you over the phone you will be together just to book the appointment and get the sales but when you get there you are disappointed because you spend the 5 hour day ALONE! Also, the lunch included with the spa day was terrible. They give you the option of chicken Caesar wrap and when we get to the kitchen it is a chicken Caesar salad. Might I also add, my friend got her facial done and the lady completing her facial removed her nose ring without asking, put it aside on the table and at the end of the service the nose ring was gone, no where to be found. The lady did not own up to losing her nose ring or apologize simply placed the blame on my friend who had her eyes covered with a towel and had no idea what was going on! We went back into the room to look for the nose ring which we could not find ourselves. When I went into my room for the facial the floor was filthy, it felt disgusting walking around barefoot in there and after the service was completed we walked past the room and the sheets on the beds were pushed back within minutes, not even replaced or changed! Which brings me to my next disturbing factor I now have a RASH from my waist down to my knees on my backside probably because I was in dirty filthy sheets! This place is HORRENDOUS. SO unhygienic please take your business elsewhere. If you are planning a spa day do not cheap out and go here, pay a little bit more money and go somewhere more professional and hygienic.

All my experience at Hanh have been nothing but great ones. The staff is so incredibly friendly and they provide such great service whether it was a mani/pedi, hair cut or massage, I loved them all. My friend got married last year and I hosted a mani/pedi pre-wedding spa day for my friend's wedding party and everyone raved about what a great experience they had there. It's a great place to get all the ladies together as there's something there for everyone. I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone!

WORST MASSAGE ME AND MY FAMILY HAVE EVER HAD - 4 of us went in for a massage, had 4 different masseuse's and we still all walked out with the same experience. I went in with my family for their relaxation massage for one hour. This was our first time coming to this salon. I knew around my area it had a bad reputation, but still thought the price was good and how bad could a massage be. Plus the reviews for massages were decent. We had no expectation coming in as to what the massage would consist of, but of course wanted to leave feeling relaxed. The ladies we had were all lovely, but that's it. It seems as if they all had worked a double shift and had no energy left to apply any effort. We all left there with having someone just put oil on our body and that's it. NO PRESSURE whatsoever was applied. If it wasn't for the fact that I could feel where oil was being placed on my body, I would never have known someone was massaging me. I had to even look up several times to see if she was there. I thought I was the only one that experienced this, and that my other 3 family members must have had a decent massage. We left their in disbelief in laughter discussing our experiences and how awful it was. We all left there thinking we were the only ones who had a horrible experience. All four of us said the same thing, that we felt nothing. And I am someone who has always left a massage asking them to lower the pressure, this is the first time we all had to say please put more pressure and were ignored, forget ignored we thought no one was actually massaging us and had to look up several times. I really don't know how this place has been in business. Now for four people who had 4 different masseuse's to be complaining about the same thing. I mean I have had hundreds of massages and not all of them great, but never have I walked out thinking was there someone even there. Have I just spent an hour laying on a bed dripping in oil. I would typically be livid, but it was just so unreal, comical almost, my hubby, mom and dad all said at one point they did all feel a tickle around their ear. I didn't get to feel that. I did call today to speak to management really not expecting a refund or anything, new nothing would come out of it and nothing did. Was told they didn't believe me and that management does not come in. I would really just advise people from coming to this salon, we spent over $200 to be oiled up and sent away. Save your money and that fact that they completely disregarded what I said speaks volumes. This salon does have a horrible reputation and now I have witnessed it firsthand.

So one day I decided to book a Brazilian finally, but my regular aesthetician was no longer available. I was assigned someone else, I was sooo nervous lol. This REVIEW is NOT for 11495 Hurontario St. but rather the Hanh Spa on 200 COUNTRY COURT. I just want to say the beautician at 200 County Court works hard but when giving a facial, she applied and massaged the facial cream and covered my eyes completely. The cream seeped into my eyes stinging them. I was being polite and did not say anything but have never had a facial done this way before. They're suppose to apply the facial cream around the eyes, not over them . Also, when she was massaging my face, she literally was massaging the top of my actual eyeball. Not only did it hurt slightly but it felt as if my eyeballs were being bulged out of their sockets from the top. Horrible Experience! I know she did not mean to do this but AGAIN, never had this experience with a facial before. Threading my upper lip was also very painful and when I flinched several times, she just kept doing it with no comment. or comforting feedback. It was a weird experience. I was polite and tipped her but would NEVER go back there. She should be retrained on how to give a professional facial. I know they are a little cheaper then the other two Hanh Spas but come on ! T hey still have to do it proper. After all, a facial is suppose to be relaxing is it not?

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! My daughter and I wanted a relaxing massage and was looking to book with an RMT. However, an RMT was not available and we ended up with NON RMTs. The room was cold, the towel on one if the massage table not clean and the experience was totally horrible. The two NON RMTs Had no technique and were inexperienced. It was anything BUT relaxing. They do not know how to give massages! I AM SHOCKED that Hanh Salon & Spa has allowed these two to give massages. I will never go back to this location or Hanh's ever again! I've been going to Hanh's for years and have never had a bad experience. I usually go in for eyelash extensions and a few times for a mani/pedi. It is usually pretty busy but as long as you have an appointment they do see you as close as possible to your scheduled time. Book first and you won't have to worry!

I absolutely had the worst experience in my life, it was cringe worthy. First of all, I booked an appointment for a Brazilian sugaring. The lady who was providing the experience did not offer to leave the room in order for me to get changed, instead she just asked me to lie on the bed (which was not clean). I then told her I wanted her to step out so I would feel more comfortable. She then began the sugaring, which she obviously could not do. After noticing unusual pain I looked down and noticed that the job was barely getting done, but she wasn’t stopping. Instead she just kept on going and wasn’t even asking me if I was okay. After letting her try for a couple more minutes, (already hurting me) I told her to switch to wax, as it was clearly not working, I was already mad. When she went to wax, the wax was cold so I had to wait 10-15 minutes for it to heat up. Then she tried the wax on me when it was not hot enough, hurting me even more. Once the wax had heated up enough she began waxing, DOUBLE DIPPING and all. I told her the wax was too hot on my skin, since it was already hurting and sensitive and she said “no it is okay” and blew on the wax to cool it. (Disgusting) The lady clearly did not know what she was doing and I am still sore today. I will never go back and I've had the worst experience ever. I don’t know how someone like that can even be employed and Hanh Spa should be ashamed. If I could rank it less than one star then I would.

In experienced ladies hired for facials. My sister face had large bruises after her facial which the lady realized during her facial and still kept on going. In the end when my sister asked what caused the bruise she implied it was there from before. After some time when everyone in the salon confirmed it was not there from before she said she did not have enough light and did not see it. I am not sure how she can do a facial without "enough" lighting. Please don't let them touch your face.

I'm a regular client here and this place is great so I wont give it a 1 star and I love the staff but I was visiting on Thursday evening and over heard a receptionist bullying another receptionist saying the most awful things to her I was lost for words. Extremely disappointed. Did not give me proper length nor shape WHEN I CLEARLY STATED THAT I WANTED THIN MEDIUM LENGTH NAILS NOT BULKY. My nails are so thick, uneven and ugly. I cried immediately after I left because these nails were to be done for a birthday and this was a complete waste of time. I asked if they were able to somehow compensate or remove my nails before the birthday and they denied and said they could only offer 5$ off my service. They blamed everything on me when I clearly stated what i wanted. The polish job is also done very poorly I am able to see through my nails. They could have offered to remove my Nails but instead they told me to just go to the other salon, my gift card is only valid for their location. Very bad customer service at the front desk & management does not know how to put customer service !!!!!!!! Was not compensated accordingly and paying $120 for 2 pedis and 1 full set is incredibly overpriced for the type of low-quality services they offer. I will not be recommending this place to anybody unless you want to walk into an unsanitary place to receive half a** treatment, bulky, thick, uneven nails. I will continue to email this unprofessional business until I get a response in regards to my FULL REFUND.

I had partial highights done on my hair yesterday as I had grey hairs around my face. Because the lighting there was not great, I did not get to see my whole hair whether or not the grey was addressed. When I got home I noticed most of my grey hair were still there. I called the next day to see if they could do something to correct it or to make it disappear a bit more. They said highlights do not cover the grey hair. It has to be colored first and then do the highlights. That is a big BS as I have gone to Hudson's Bay in 2010 and they did a great job of covering ALL of the grey around my face without having to color and then do do the highlites. . They refused to do anything. Obviously, customer satisfaction is not their main concern. It was no cheaper than Fiorio.- they charge $85.00 plus taxes for partial. Same for Hanh's. So my experience there was not great and so please DO NOT go there for this type of service. Go to Fiorio instead for that price.

I went to get root touchup and this guy named David attended me. Throughout the time he was on phone and was not at all concentrating on his work. Later when he started washing my hair, all the shampoo and water was seeping in my ears. I tried to tell him to be careful but he was still busy on his phone. Later when he started drying my hair, I pointed him out that the color was all over my forehead and hairline to which he said that I should change my hairdresser in future. I complained to the owner but she took me very casually and rather wanted to brush me away. Later when I reached home, I saw rashes and blood as my skin had peeled off due to excess hardh rubbing of solution on my forehead by David in an attempt to lighten the color marks. When I called the owner she simply said that I should come to her office and she will give me cream to apply. I even sent her the pictures but she was not interested and banged the phone down. Such horrible service!

The services offered are great as are the prices, the staff working on the floor are great too! But I will only give a rating of 1 star as the front staff are awful. They randomly pick up the phone, when they due they are rude. They make you feel like we are hassling them and taking time away from their cell phones, or their conversations between each other while people are at the desk. So Hanh on Mayfield, please thank your front staff for your 1 star rating.

Absolutely terrible. Long story short: Warts, ingrown toe nail and rashes.... My first bad experience with Hanh was 10 years ago. After the facial I had a terrible rash and burn under my eyes. I was in horrible pain and had to go to the doctor where they prescribed me several different creams to remotely relieve the pain and get rid of the rash. 10 years later, after 2 of my friends suggested we have a spa day, I thought, perhaps, they'd start hiring professionals and I would have a bit better of an experience. Not to mention, the pedicure they gave me caused an ingrown toe nail, which is something I had surgery on years before and was corrected. When we arrived, we were informed that we could be together for everything but the massage, which is fine, I was planning to sleep through it anyway. Well, the 45 minute massage started at 1:15 (she gave me 15 minutes to get undressed and get into the bed), and ended at 1:45. If I know my math, which I think I do, thats only 30 minutes. She started the facial immediately, so I thought maybe she would massage my shoulders after the facial was complete but, no. During the facial, she took out my nose hoop, it was the hoop that I spent quite a bit of money on. After the facial, I asked for my ring back and the woman who took out said she left it on the table and I must have lost it. She was very rude about it. Didn't apologize, acted like it was my fault that it was lost. The mani and pedi was okay, aside from the fact that I was alone again, my friends and I were not together for the entire 5 hours, which defeats the purpose of a "spa day with the girls". Also, my toe is in terrible pain, I had the cut my nail and ruin the pedicure because the way it was cut was very sharp. As for my other friends who came, one acquired a wart on her toe and another has a terrible rash all over her lower body from the dirty, heated sheets. Thanks hanh, you're terrible and I really have NO IDEA how you remain in business.

My go-to, for all spa treatments. Place is beautiful, and staff is delightful. Only complaint, is that one of the people who was doing a facial for my daughter, did her own review, on my daughters cell phone. That was pretty cheeky, and I will not go to that person again...but, that is the only questionable experience I've had there, and I've been going for over 12 years now. So, I rate them 4.75 stars. If that's a thing.
