Can I please give 10 stars??? This was my second time having Thao do my hair. The first was just a cut but I was so impressed that I knew he was my forever hairdresser. Covid happened and I couldn't get back in to see him and at this point it's been 2 years since a cut. I decided to do a change and went with a balayage colour after months and months of box dye, and a much needed trim. Thao made my hair look exactly as I pictured it would and I'm literally OBSESSED with it. I look in the mirror and I love what I see. I will NEVER let anyone else cut or colour my hair again. On top of being a great hair stylist, he's a super nice person and there's always the guarantee of some laughs. Thank you again Thao. You'll be seeing me again soon!

Great massages but I find it extremely difficult to secure an appointment. They haven't ever answered the phone live form my numerous phone calls - seriously, not once. I always have to leave a message then get called back. It's been a week since my last message and still no response. I will start looking for another location. I'm disappointed because I really love their services when there, but it's like pulling teeth trying to get an appointment. It should not be so difficult.

Eyelashes Extensions: the girl glued my eye lids to the bottom of my eye then proceeded to pry my eye open with tweezers. My eyes were burning and there were tears causing some of the lashes to fall out. Then- they charge be more then the price listed. It has been 2 days and the lashes are twisting and look horrible.

I went about making random calls to schedule an impromptu massage session was pleasantly surprised when I was accommodated. This was 3 months ago. Since then I have gone back with family and friends. They know their stuff. Prices are reasonable. Love the fact that it is always clean and well maintained. Among the only places where they are not pushy about tips, this makes one want to tip.

NEVER get your lashes done here. The lady doesn’t even use proper individual lashes, they’re from Ardell (the ones you get at Walmart or any beauty supply) and chargers $70 for it!!!! Many of my lashes have fallen off I barely even have lashes left due to the clusters of lashes that she stacked weighed down my natural lash. So upset !!!!

Below you can see what a fantastic hair stylist Thao is. 2 sessions (due to the colour in my hair which was black) but he did it perfectly. Thao best best best for hair abs Lin sis awesome with my hands, Andy feet are soft like a babies butt (feet were put in this liquid wax with some booties) when she took it off I couldn’t believe how nice my feet actually looked. Any questions feel free but I’ll tell you I won’t be going anywhere else for any services other then Hanh heritage spa and salon. (They also have 3 locations). I went to the location shown. Before this I had dead, yellowish blonde hair but after leaving my appointment I fell in love with my hair. Absolutely horrible customer service. You book an appointment weeks early and when you get there your appointment has been cancelled. No explanation, no courtesy call prior to; nothing. But they call you the day before to confirm that you are still coming for your appointment. God forbid you don't show up, but they don't have to have someone there to fulfill their commitment when you do. This place is a joke.

I went to Hahn to get my hair bleached blonde. Their own hairdresser made the decision to bleach my hair twice in one day, absolutely frying it, and because it got so light, when they toned it instead of becoming the ashy blonde i wanted it became blue, green, and white. They played it off saying it’ll wash out in a couple washes and look good, it washed out to yellow. I made the mistake of going back to get my roots done, one again they bleached my roots twice, making it too damaged to take on the toner, (they tried to tone it twice to fix it) which just turned my roots yellow and the rest of my hair over toned and completely silver. And charged me way too much both times, i couldn’t tell you why it cost so much because no one told me. I went down the street to house of mann for them to fix it and they did an amazing job fixing my hair and were able to explain to me what was done wrong at hahn and how none of what happened should have happened if my hair was done right. hahn is good for hair cuts and styles, but never dye. even my mother has gone there twice to get her roots done and they did the colour wrong both times. when i got my hair cut there it looked great, but the dye job is such a deal breaker, i can never go back.

First off, great customer service by Natasha! She did so well accommodating me at such short notice. When I got to the salon, she asked what color I wanted for my shellac polish and she chose the exact shade that I wanted in less than a minute! Great set of eyes! Love my nail colour!!! I love my hair!!! Don’t be turned away by the humble look of this salon. The service is top notch :) Edit: I had a terrible experience today with the owner herself, Hanh. At first I was thrilled that they were willing to take me in at the Wellness location at such short notice, but then I got there and Hanh wanted to turn me away because my nails were not broken enough! They ended up fixing my cracking nails anyway after arguing with me for a few minutes, but I find my encounter with Hanh today extremely unacceptable. I am keeping 2 stars for Natasha and Thao for providing amazing customer service, but I will not be coming back to any Hanh locations any longer.
