I went to the spa with a friend today and we were pleasantly surprised by the level of service and professionalism. The staff members are welcoming and attend to your every need. Guests are offered a complimentary beverage (water, tea, coffee) as they wait for their appointment in the lounge, which is well decorated and comfortable. I will definitely be returning to this location again and highly recommend others to check it out. Excellent spa!

Went for an anniversary spa with my wife and they treated us like royalty. Everyone was very friendly, the staff was always making sure we were okay, whether it was food drink or atmosphere. With the new renovations they have a tiny eatery. It's not fresh made food but it's nice to have little bites available. And the massages felt incredible.

They are always so accommodating of my crazy schedule and I am so thankful for that. There are tons of places to get your spa treatments but this is my favourite because of the staff and the wonderful environment. I've gone for manicures, pedicures, massages, and laser. I have always had amazing experiences no matter what the treatment. Love you guys!

The place is huge and are mostly full which speaks a lot about their offerings. Due to COVID they've made changes to the layout and closed the cafe in their lounge however the facility is clean and well maintained. Service providers are genuinely nice and professional, you should try their massage and signature facial.

This is my first time here... ever. My very first spa treatment here. I must say I am a first impressions gal and I give Five Senses Sap & Wellness a 10 out of 10 hands down. The facility is amazing, it's clean, smells awesome and is very relaxing. Upon arrival I was offered water, coffee or tea, very professional ???? Parveer, who took care of me for almost 3 hours was amazing, friendly and courteous. She was very knowledgeable and gave me pointers on how to look after my skin after treatment. With my package I had lunch, it was simple, delicious and filling. I met one of the owners (I later found out) who was exceptional and a pleasure to speak with. I am glad a chose Five Senses Spa & Wellness for my Birthday spa day. I look forward to coming again I had a wonderful time ????. Definitely a five star ????????????????????

(Response) Thanks for your response team. Yes I did tell her not to do my back as I was already concerned and didn't want it to be done without proper experience. I did enjoy the conversation with the RMT and appreciate her kind communication. When it comes to the massage on the leg and shoulders (as I requested), I am not going to tell that am ???? satisfied. I wanted my shoulders to be done as I work 8 hours in computer (which I did mention) but we couldn't get to that fully and I didn't get any relief after the massage at all. I booked my prenatal massage and the staff were very friendly. But the therapist was open enough to admit that she wasn't specialised in prenatal massages. While I appreciate that, I think the spa should have assigned someone who had experience with prenatal massages as we had booked it exclusively. I just got my shoulders and legs done which didn't really provide any relief at all.

I came here once for a massage and infrared sauna. Joseph was awesome. Although, I had booked a sauna immediately after my massage but when I got out, no one was there to tell me where to go, not even my masseuse. I went to the front desk and the first thing they said was how much I had to pay. I told them I haven't even gone in for my sauna yet, and they made me wait in the lounge for 15-20 minutes while the sauna was heating up. This was disappointing because I had plans and had to be somewhere afterwards. I ended up having to cut my sauna short to make them in time. I understood it was a mistake so I didn't want to be too bothered. I enjoyed my massage experience so I wanted to go back and buy a gift package my sister and her partner's birthdays which are one day apart. I thought it would be special for them to celebrate together, especially with Valentine's Day being so close. I also brought my mother with me because I wanted her to see the place and sign up for a massage herself. What I dealt with today, changed my mind completely. We went in to inquire about a specific couples package, 'date night', that I found on their website from a Google search. The woman that greeted me was unsure about it and showed my phone to the manager who was older with short red hair. The manager was shockingly extremely rude, telling me that package doesn't exist and that it expired it July, and claimed that I copied that website to try and get the deal. I was really confused and in disbelief, and told her that I had done that Google search just before coming in. She continued to be rude by responding to me while working on her computer. Didn't even have the courtesy to look at me while she spoke to me, and told me over and over that it wasn't on their website and if I looked at their website I wouldn't find it. What kind of service is this? Usually in a spa environment, people are so sweet and zen! I really enjoyed my massage in the past here but this experience has ruined the image of this place for me. All I wanted was for more information about couples packages and she just shoved a sheet with Valentine's Day specials for one person in my face without describing anything. All she did was tell me that those were their current specials and I can chose from there. I felt like she believed that I was trying to scam them, and the woman that spoke to me initially didn't try to resolve the poor customer service experience. Such a shame that these are the first people you meet when the place is filled with talented, experienced, therapists, doctors, and beauty technicians.

Went there after reading the reviews. Called and booked the appointment for 11am. Reached at 10.56am. I was called in. The lady at the counter said we do not have slots available till 12.30pm. Left helpless and annoyed. Response 2: Thanks for replying. No confirmation message recieved from your team for 1.30pm slot.. I did call today at 10.05am and call was for 3 mins and 2 secs to be precise. There might be a technical glitch which I am sure you will check at your end. If I were given 1.30pm appointment I would have certainly denied it. Assuming if I did get a message for 1.30pm, I would have surely called back to change it. Simple. Good night.

Situated in an obscure strip mall beside a gym, was apprehensive going in. Very impressed with the customer service and the masseuse. Clean and well maintained. The facilities were beyond average. The masseuse is clearly trained and experienced enough to ask questions to ensure it is a relaxing experience and to the customers liking, this is a big plus. Like the fact that it was not noisy and the staff was not too chatty. One can actually relax while availing of the services.

UNEXPERIENCED STAFF, RUDE PEOPLE, NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!! I wish I can give them 0 star. The lady I booked cancelled on me when I went there. So they told me to try their another gal who had no experience at all. Their staff is not well trained when I asked my facial girl how much experience she has and she said she just passed out from college. The worst facial I have ever got in my life. They don't know how to do facial massage also. Do not waste your money here.

I came for the first time last week for a waxing service. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. You wouldn't think it based on where it's located, but one inside its a tranquil and comfortable place! The service itself was well done and they took great care to make sure I was comfortable. For the atmosphere and service I received, it was a great price! AND - I was given chocolate on the way out. WHAT. Amazing. This place is a hidden gem! I will be coming back soon! :)

It was a nice spa and great atmosphere but for the price, it was not worth it and the process took much longer than anticipated. I had the pure bliss and it took 4 hours to do. The treatments provided were not worth paying the price for the manicure and pedicure. There were a lot of things missing in comparison to other places i have gone. The experience was alright.

Horrible experience. I went here for SPA manicure shellac. It took the lady 1.5 hours to just file nails, trim cuticles and apply shellac which they call it SPA manicure but it’s NOT. Edges of the nails were not done properly and so many bumps. The service was definitely not worth $51. And This price doesn’t include removing existing shellac as they don’t have the right equipments to do so. They didn’t even have equipment to make a simple flower that I requested. I had to spend additional $10 for removal at other salon before coming here. Majority of nail salons charge $35 and do an amazing job. The only reason I went here was that I had a WaySpa gift card (100$) They didn’t tell me at the time of booking that I had to spend the entire value in one visit. They penalized me additional 20% for not using the entire value. So this simple shellac manicure costed me $77 in total. What a waste of money !

Called for to book an appointment for RMT. To my surprise they were able to get me in the same say. The RMT was very professional and knowledgeable. The facility was extremely clean and welcoming.

Terrible Experience with RMT Sharma I had appointment at 1130am, I showed up 10min early. I checked in and I was told to wait until my RMT call me for my massage treatment. At 1135 still waiting, RMT never showed up until I complained. My massage treatment didn't start until 1140am. The RMT Sharma was very cold, no communication from her. I told her where I needed the treatment most.but she ingonred and never responded, she didn't asked if I was OK throughout the treatment. At 1200pm she ended the massage treatment, so I had only 20min of terrible massage instead of my 30min scheduled appointment. I paid $70 for 20min massage, waste of money and time. I will never return to her service.

Had an amazing facial with Arielle! Management needs to rethink the policy surrounding gloves throughout the entire facial - takes away from the experience (had RMT and physio - no gloves). It would be nice if the skincare line was more affordable, using the same products at home would be a bonus.

This is our third visit for massage and this time I was not happy. A. Anh Vo was not a not good massage therapist, she missed parts of the body and was very light even through it was the same full body Swedish massage I've had before. Her nails were sharp, and she did file them after I told her, yet they were still the same. The towel (which was supposed to be hot) was cold and smelled bad. My husband and I went into Five Senses a couple of weeks ago just to check it out based on the online reviews I had read. We were greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff, who took the time to explain and answer all of our questions and even offered us a tour of the facility. We booked a couples/prenatal massage on the spot. We attended our massage this past Sunday and both of us were very pleased with the service that we were provided. It is also very clean and welcoming. Needless to say that we will be coming back and have already booked appointments for additional services.

One of the massage therapists suddenly and unexpectedly had to be off work (it was for isolation purposes) - I received a phone call stating the reason why my appointment was cancelled, I was offered to rebook the massage with another massage therapist, and the person on the phone was polite. I always always always go here and get 5 star service, but I relocated to Oakville recently and thought let me try somewhere in Oakville. I regretfully tried another spa in Oakville and the whole time I was there laying on the massage chair I could not help to think what I was missing out at Five Senses Spa...the heated towels, a place to put my belongings (this high end spa in Oakville didn’t have one...), the reclining massage chair with an actual comfortable circle pillow for your head, the appropriate draping technique (which matters the most to me), and the wonderful massage therapists here. I regret trying another spa. It is worth driving back to Brampton for Five Senses Spa. There is also a nice lounge that you can sit in while you wait for your appointment slot. Thank you everyone at Five Senses Spa for creating a welcoming and safe environment, and thank you for still operating during a pandemic and changing your practice to reflect covid-19 guidelines.

Oh.my.gosh.. best pedicure I've ever had!! I got their new tea tree pedicure and let me tell you! So good! From the moment I walked in a little early, they offered me tea/coffee while I waited (as my mom had a leg wax first) all the ladies are so nice and warm and welcoming!! then we went and started our pedicures. So darn good. A tea tree bath for our feet (and they use disposable liners for the tub so you don't have to worry about other people's gross feet, and disposable pads for the scrubbing of your dead skin and they dump a little nail polish in a plate thing so again, they don't double dip to get other people's feet germs in the nail polish!! Love it) did a sugar scrub on the legs and feet and massaged it, did a foot/leg mask and then did a hot stone massage for my achy feet!! They have so many colours to choose from. So amazing. Will definitely be going back for other services they offer, they're all SO informative!! Highly recommend!!!

This place is the best! Great customer service, everyone is so nice. The owner, Wendy, makes every effort to cater to clients. It's a slow-paced environment so you can really relax. I took my sister here for her birthday and we just loved it. Everyone was always asking if we wanted water, coffee or tea. Cleanliness is king here, they don't even use the same nail polish brush twice, they use disposable polish brushes and nail files. We got to take fuzzy flip flops with us. We laughed with the staff, it was a whole experience!

In the past couple of months, I've come in for a few massages, a pedicure, and a signature facial. I've never been disappointed with the service. Place is immaculately clean and always busy. Deeksha is wonderful for massages - always cheerful and professional. I'm ready for a nap after each massage. Kiran did a perfect pedicure with disposable tools (saffron yellow polish looks super glamorous!), and Saira's facial was amazing! Saira is very skilled at facial and hand massage - she wasn't rushed at all. My face is glowing. I would definitely book all treatments again. I used my TapMango points towards the facial - so not only do you get excellent treatments, you get points towards your next purchase. Can't go wrong with Five Senses Spa and Wellness Centre.

Came back for the first time since COVID started for a massage. The staff was very well prepared and professional. Bookings are easily done electronically and you are given an easy guide to follow to ensure both you and the staff are safe. They keep the minimal amount of people on site, do a thorough screening of everyone (including temperature check) and send bill electronically for insurance coverage. Already booked my next appointment!
