Best place to get yourself groomed. Anjali and all the staff is super courteous and exceptional in their services. Be it haircut, facials, manicure/pedicure or basic services like threading or waxing, favourite salon delivers the best in b-town. I went to Favourite Salon after reading the positive reviews and ended up booking my manicure, pedicure appointment with Bindu. It was such a great experience - Bindu was so dedicated and friendly in performing the mani, pedi that I ended up getting my waxing, threading and facial done from her. No exaggeration here - but my facial done by Bindu was one of the best in a long time. I also booked appointments for my family with Bindu and the team. The entire staff is friendly and professional. The salon is clean. I am going to have my recurring appointments with Bindu at Favourite salon and spa. Highly recommended.

Absolutely not, I got a mani pedi and manicure at this place, and the women who did my nails layerd on the nail polish EXTREMELY thick. There was a short varitiy of nail polish and looked as if they were bought from the dollar-store. The nail polish started peeling off within the range of 30 minutes, and not only that but the place was dirty and smelled disgusting.

Worst service all time. Not enough staff to handle customers and no body cares to communicate with customers. Usually it should be first come first serve but they even do not care nor updates about realistic time to wait if you do not have appointment. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

They are good ,but recently since the opened ....increased the hair cut price by 50 % and the reason was sanitization expenses.....I understand additiona expenses due to Corona ....may be 10% or 15% is reasonable....but definitely not 50%.

Awesome place awesome staff, must say they are nice in all work.. I'm getting my every haircut done from them, and it seems damn perfect.. they are doing work what u want, they listen you, and they are hygienic. If I'll talk about men facials they are doing their job endless, they are giving you proper time nothing done in hurry, overall I'll give them 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I did not enjoy my experience at all! There were no customers when I went so the lady did my eyebrows but she did not listen to any of my preferences and ruined my eyebrows by making them way too thin. And left me while doing my eyebrows to speak to another cutsomer. I am very disappointed with this salon and WOULD NOT reccomend it.

It's a very unprofessional place. I wonder how they are in business with the kind of attitude they have. I went in and told the lady in front that I needed to get my eyebrows done and a pedicure. She took me in, and did my eyebrows. And that she did really well. Then she told me to pick the nail color for pedicure. I picked the color and was waiting for her to come. Suddenly she came and said, 'sorry,we can't do your pedicure'. I found it very humiliating. Would never be visiting them again.

It's not my first time over here because it's the only place close to my home where I can do my eyebrows but they have poor customer service, I was waiting for the lady to ask me what service I need or at least tell me if they are busy or ask me if I have appointment. She totally ignored me but she started sweeping the hair over the floor and when she finished she was on the phone totally rude ignoring me. I wait for more than 10 minutes, my bad to believe she will end soon and come to ask me what I need, well this never happened and she went into the rooms. Totally rude. I left the place totally upset. They dont care customers, when they are in mood they will work if no doesnt matter for them. I don't recommend anybody this place. It's really bad. You can give a chance but you will see.

Went for a haircut for the first time as my regular barber was busy. Believe me guys it was my best experience so far and guess what, my regular barber lost his client. Anjali did a great job, took her time to make sure the job is done right. All precautions were taken using masks and gloves, place is clean and well sanitized . THUMBS UP

I came in at 6:40pm to get full face done. Understanding they close at 7pm I said I'll just get eyebrows done and wait my turn. The salon was EMPTY except for one customer who was getting waxing done. 2 hair stylists were cleaning up the place I guess getting ready to close. I waited 10 mins only for the new hairdresser to come and tell me no one could do my eyebrows and that I have to leave because the one person who does it is with a customer and they close at 7. I told her I already talked to her and she said to wait for eyebrows. The new hairdresser said because it's walkin I should have called - that made no sense. No apology nothing she just kicked me out. I was so upset, I ended up missing the event I wanted to go to because I couldn't get my eyebrows done. After 4 years of coming here I will never come back.

Always under staff.Waited one hour to get my eyebrows done ..the staff came and rushed and do my eyebrows didnt acknowledge the waiting time ...and ran back to talk to another customer and the worst part was ruining my eyebrows even though i told her exactly what i wanted. Untrained barber, happened to us twice now at this place, recently got haircut, the young male barber was either doing his first ever cut or maybe it was his first day,, he couldn't even hold the scissors properly, not the young guy's fault, we all start from somewhere, but it is manager's responsibility to make sure the barber is trained or at least let the customer know in advance, not nice to experiment on customers who are paying in full
