I was pleasantly surprised when I was referred here for waxing! No double dipping !!!!!! Not many aestheticians practice this very important sanitary procedure. The place was spotless and Roma made feel very comfortable and she was very professional and explained everything to me. I would recommend this spa to everyone -150%! ???? above all... she took the safety precautions and followed protocol during this co vid time and made me feel safe !

Highly recommend! I went for my first ever Brazilian wax. Roma was so sweet, professional (done so quickly), and made the experience 10x better than how I imagined a B.W to go. She gave me so much advice/tips on what to do and what to avoid. Love the results and I'm def coming back!

Wonderful Calming body scrub with essential oils experience. She explained everything, checked on with my half way through to make sure pressure and all that was to my liking. The vibe, energy and experience was just great. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back

Recently received facial and waxing service from Roma and Massage Therapy from Keshav Uppal. Both of them are phenomenal. One of the best service ever received. I have back and neck issues due to long hours of working at PC Keshav helped me in relieving pain in back. Was getting used to my sciatica pain but massage treatment from Keshav got me relieved from that pain in 3 treatments too which I was not expecting. Will surely recommend to my friends and family.

Customer service was below average. I did not felt welcoming at all. I was ok with the COVID restrictions. I am health care worker and I understand the restrictions very well. In my perspective, being 5min late for service should not compromise customer service in very negative way. I don't want to go to the same place where I did not feel welcoming.

On Sunday went for my first ever Brazilian waxing was very scared. She took care of me very well and was very gentle. She made me feel very comfortable and her work is very clean. She applied free nail paint on my hands. She is now my esthetician for ever. I never felt rushed she seemed to know her stuff well. She explained me about everything she used on me. This is an in-home spa but you can't tell you're in a home once you get inside. The atmosphere is relaxing, peaceful, and very clean. The service, care and attention to detail provided by Roma is just pure perfection. She made me feel so comfortable and I had the best Brazilian wax I've ever had; it was quick and not nearly as painful as others I've experienced. She is very gentle. She also took time to explain the procedure and expected outcome beforehand which was very nice. This is the best esthetician I've encountered in the last 10 years! So glad I found her.
