Staff is good front desk lady is also quite calm but the service needs more improvements like I went for the first time there and got hair cut plus hair colour. this has been my go to place for at least 8 years now! Jadi was my girl for eyebrows and then she left and now the owner is hiring all these new young girls who seriously need more training!! they do what i call incomplete wax jobs! the past two times i had to return twice for the same waxing area because once i get into natural sunlight you cans see the major ares they miss! the price is nothing to complain about ! but the experiences these new girls have is little to none ! if anyone knows where my old eye brow lady Jadi went to please help me out she was a darling i paid for a Brazilian one time and she let me come back and do it in two sessions because of the pain! the new girls now would never go above and beyond like that for you !

Terrible service! I can't believe that I could be left with still half hair to be done! I went in with my mother for a wash, blow dry and straighten which was 35 dollars a reasonable price. I got my hair washed and it was not even washed properly. Be aware that I had called to make sure they do 4c hair. I told them and they rudely refused to rewash this for me! Then my mother came in to the store and told them it was terribly washed they still refused! The stylist left and did not even finish the blow dry. The owner told me and my mother if I wanted the blow dry to be finished it would be $35 dollars. What a ripoff! The owner is also very rude and disrespectful to customers. If they did not know how to do 4c hair they could have just said so! Terrible service and I will make sure not to ever recommend them to others. A reply: you did not reluctantly collect the money you insisted my mother pay 35 even though you were not going to finish my hair. You said she should pay 35 for the unfinished work! My mother refused and you guys told her to instead pay 25! You guys could have told us "no we don't do 4c hair" but you guys fraudulently said you did 4c hair with no shame! You used a non clarifying shampoo and left my hair with more than half of the dirt from when we started! You guys telling me when I insisted before my mother came in that you should rewash the hair and you rudely refused and told me my hair was just dry. So stop lying about the incident and instead admit to fraudulently collecting a whole 25 dollars! With doing hair you have never attempted to do! You rudely told us to just wash it at home ourselves but we still had to pay 25 dollars! What a scam and on top you even lied in your reply! I will be making sure all of the people I know never make the mistake to come here and waste their money! What terrible service from a salon!

I would love to recommend Pooja for waxing and threading. She is super nice and make you feel so comfortable while she does her work with a big smile on her face and also recommend Alisha for hair services, she is very sweet and humble. Today I had very bad experience with owner, it was so unprofessional when I asked her to give me list that how she charged me which is very normal but don’t know why she was so uncomfortable to provide me the receipt. I never asked for it before as I don’t mind paying whatever when I like the service. But I think owner need to change her behaviour as customer service is her main job. Anyways thanks for my ladies Pooja and Alisha for the best service????????

Amazing service, sofia is amazing. She did a Colour correction on my hair. It was black at the root followed by a reddish brown that followed into blonde, she corrected my roots to an ash brown and the results are flawless. 12/10 would recommend

I love going there for the esthetics but yesterday I got charged over for just a wash trim and blow dry I didn't think that would cost me $50. Wow when I asked the owner how much for wash and trim she says 25. I had to spell it out that I need a blow dry too was she expecting me to go with wet hair. Sorry angel but at least advertise your price. Jaggi is the best in that salon for the esthetics service.

Zero level satisfaction Waste of money Lack of knowledge about haircut. I went there for haircut. It was definitely costly compared to services they offer. The way they provide services are not worth of even $10 for haircut. She didn’t bother to give hairwash despite feeling natural oil on my hairs. And she cut my hair so short. I was pointing her many times to not to cut length. But she did according to her wish so may be customer satisfaction doesn’t matter to them.I went there by their positive reviews but I think all the reviews are given by their friends and family (fake positive reviews )

Extremely dissatisfied first experience. Never going back again. Went for the men's haircut. The lady finished it in less than 5 mins. She felt like finishing the job with no interest in how the haircut process was going. She started off with a small trimmer and had my hair off in less than 30 seconds at the beginning from the back and the sides. Extremely unprofessional. To date to my experience the person doing the hair job always use a hair clipper and goes slow and careful. Can't undo my hair but I am looking terrible right now.

The salon in big, clean and spacious. the ladies were really polite and sweet. $5 threading for eyebrow and upperlips is a good deal for students like us. I will come again for hair treatments. One of my all time favourite salons in Brampton I tried most salons in and around this area for my haircut and almost always been disappointed and miserable with my cut Since I couldn’t find my right hairdresser decided to try this salon out was very sure I would be disappointed here too However was pleasantly surprised by their hair dresser Alisha’s cut So I had screenshots from Pinterest for some really cool hairstyles and guess what I got my Pinterest haircut absolutely perfect and better What more could I wish for!! So actually in the hairdresser starved Brampton I actually found the best hairdresser Alisha but thenI had to go there again multiple times to get a perfect haircut each time to be writing this 5 star rating The prices are reasonable and the people sitting at the counter very warm and helpful Alisha an excellent hairdresser is warm and friendly too Have tried this salon only for the hairstylist and I’m happy with the styles every single time

Lady did my waxing with some roll on wax thing and it left glue kind of stuff on my body for like 2 days (I was not asked if I want to go with roll on thing or not ). Waxing was done direction less . Their threading lady told me that she cannot remove small hair from upper lips. When in fact, threadimg is the only method that is used to remove small fine hair from face. But this can only be possible when you have technicians who know how to thread.

Puja does an amazing job at a full body wax and eyebrows. I refuse to go to anyone else - she is AMAZING! She takes her time and gets every hair and goes at your pace. She is very skilled at giving you the perfect eyebrows too. After going to many places over the years, I finally found a waxer and threader I can trust. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Hair I came in for a hair, trim and style. Hairstylist didn't take much off but I was disappointed as the style I wanted is not what I got. She was very sweet but very rough, take a pain killer if you go here because they will be pulling all your hair out! Over priced compared to competitors on the same level. Make up application Firstly, all employees were very nice and the salon itself is clean and nice. I got my makeup done, there was no sanitization, lipstick was applied directly from the lipstick to my lips. Disgusting. Foundation was applied with the mua's fingers! As I was not wearing my mask, I had to ask the makeup artist, twice, to get her staff to put their masks on as they were less than 6 feet away from me wearing no mask! We are in the middle of a global pandemic, salons like this are spreading the disease. Hope they will do their part and put health and safety measures in place

Absolutely gross and terrible experience over here! I told the barber not to cut my hair too short, THREE TIMES!!! But, he still cut it, and now it looks atrocious. I went there for the first time yesterday and was blown away by their level of expertise and customer service , yes they may be a little expensive then some salons but their service is worth is . I got my highlights done by Sophia whom I had only read about on google and she is most patient and customer friendly hairstylist I have met in a long time . I walked out feeling great about the results and her guidance in the process was very helpful . This is a place which actually puts your interest first and thinks of filling their pockets later , no rush in service and complete attention meaning the one who starts your hair service ends it ... certainly going back again and would recommend their team for hair , not tried any other services so I am unaware of how they are . Didi was great too with an icing on the cake of they touching my roots for free even when I was ready to pay for it ... Keep up the good work !!

I recently moved to brampton and was looking for a new salon to get my brows done. I went to this salon since its near my place. I asked the lady to do my eyebrow cleanup only and not make them thin. The lady who did my brows was very unprofessional as while doing threading she kept touching the thread into my eyes. One time it hurt so bad , The next morning I woke up and saw this big cut over my eye. My eye is hurting so bad as it is a delicate area. She also messed up the shape. I dont care about the shape but you should hire people who know how to do work . This is a serious thing as it can mess up someones eyes. Highly disappointed . Never going back.

Used to come here for years when they had their old staff and partner (Jaggy & Jenny). But since they left this place has been horrible. Any time I came to do eyebrows I would tell them not to thin them out and just clean up because I would spend so much time growing them. They would never listen and mess up my eyebrows each time.
