(Translated) 2 bad start for this center. It was for a 1st RV. I had emailed them through their website for them to contact me which went unanswered (-1). I had to contact them by phone call. to take RV the following week at 7:00 pm (it's impossible to take earlier due to the time of my arrival after my work). The person seems very friendly and I can't wait to show up to my 1st RV for electrolysis. I even arrive more than 5 minutes ahead of my RV, to refuse myself by telling myself that my RV was at 6.30am (-2)! Sorry but I would not have agreed to an appointment at 6:30 am since I know full well that I could not arrive on time. (I am very punctual). So there is a person at their center who has fun changing the RV times and pretending to be incompetent instead of contacting you and asking if there was a possibility that I would agree to move my RV by 30 min (-3). If you don't need customers to ride, don't take another RV !!! I lost my TIME (-4) I made an appointment in another center. Ciao MEG! Je leur avait envoyé un courriel via leur site web pour qu'ils me contact qui est resté sans réponses (-1). J'ai du les contacter par appe tél. pour prendre RV la semaine suivante à 7h00 pm ( c'est impossible de prendre plus tôt dû à l'heure de mon arrivée après mon travail). La personne semble très sympathique et j'ai hâte de me présenter à mon 1er RV pour électrolyse. J'arrive même plus à plus de 5 min d'avance sur mon RV, pour me refuser en me disant que mon RV était à 6h30 (-2) ! Désolé mais je n'aurais pas accepté de rv à 6h30 puisque je sais pertinemment que je ne pourrais pas arriver à l'heure. ( je suis très ponctuelle) . Alors il y a une personne à leur centre qui s'amuse à modifier les heure de RV et vous faire passer pour une incompétente au lieu de vous contacter et de vous demander si il avait une possibilité que j'accepte de déplacer mon RV de 30 min (-3). Si t'as pas besoin de clients pour rouler, prends pas de nouveau RV !!! J'ai perdu mon TEMPS (-4) J'ai pris un rendez-vous dans un autre centre. Ciao MEG ! T'as perdu une cliente payante
