I got a beautiful full set of acrylic nails!! They put lots of time and effort into making sure I was fully satisfied with the set. They didn’t leave me sitting around while they were helping others. They have netflix so you don’t get too bored! Although it was a tad expensive, it was worth it. Will be returning!!

The owners cousin is very friendly and did the cutest set of nails for me. I'm used to high quality salons in Toronto, and was skeptical of getting my nails done in Belleville, but this place is definitely a great choice!! Super detailed work and follows COVID guidelines well.

I wish so much I had read these reviews. Worst manicure ever and $85 for a removal and new set. I was there for 2.5 hours. It’s so thick around the edges it looks like bad press on nails. The edges are breaking off and lifting as a result even though it’s only been 3 days. Now I have to go back to town today to spend more money and time getting these removed. I should have trusted my gut and left when I saw all the signs saying they only guarantee their gel polish for 24 hours when it should last two weeks. Go anywhere but here. It’s also quite dirty like everyone else is saying.

Cecelia did my manicure (french, acrylic) and pedicure (regular). I was very pleased with the work she did. Even though the salon was busy, she took her time and was very pleasant to talk with. She was professional, intelligent, and talented. I would probably say it was the best manicure/pedicure I have ever had...either in Belleville or elsewhere in the world. My feet were so soft, and the nails on both feet and hands were perfect. As mentioned in previous reviews, perhaps the salon could use a little cleaning, asthetically speaking only, but there is no concerns over sterility and the important parts that pertained to hygiene were clean/sterile. It was also a nice touch that when I left the salon they provided me with a cute little nail care package.

Cecilia has done my micropigmentation services for both my eyebrows and eyeliner. She has given me the best eyebrows and eyeliner I have ever had. She is super knowledgeable and she is an artist when it comes to permanent makeup! I am so happy with my eyebrows and eyeliner, I cannot recommend her enough!

I was travelling along the 401 corridor today and googled "Nails near me". This was first place that was listed and called to see if they did walk-ins as wasn't sure exactly what time I would arrive.. The lady that answered the phone said I could come at anytime, I arrive about 25 minutes later and was promptly addressed and my beauty emergency was met by a friendly professional woman who was an absolute pleasure to deal with.. I was out of there in less then 10 minutes and would highly recommend..

I had the pleasure of having Cecilia train me with her 3 day 1:1 Basic Nail Artistry Course. The amount of information she provided & time she spent teaching me so thoroughly & patiently amazed me. She made the entire experience super fun & comfortable. She provided breakfast & lunch everyday which gave us quality time to get to know each other outside of the practice too. The kit she provided was also amazing as I never expected to receive so many great products just starting out. I honestly couldn’t be happier & I have absolutely ZERO complaints. Super nice staff, I ended up going last minute with my 5 month old and she was crying quite a bit. They were unbothered about it and made me feel comfortable getting my nails done. Been 2 weeks and the shellac lasted!

My best friend and I made an appointment yesterday and were quickly accommodated for that day. We arrived a tad early and the staff let us in right away and were extremely kind and directed us to the COVID-19 Self Screening Tool. The staff is always friendly and make wonderful conversation, and the place was extremely clean and up to date. I love everything about this salon, and it will be my new go to in Belleville for as long as I live here. The staff are incredible and the service is unmatched. :)

Worst overpriced nail salon. Honestly, now I wait when I go to Toronto to have professionals work on them. Plus, nail salons don’t make me feel uncomfortable about my previous nail biting habit, but helped me overcome my embarassment of it. If I could give zero stars I’d be satisfied. Not to mention, they publically make fun of nail biters on social media, which was just enough for me to now make sure every person I know never give them their business. It’s easy to judge people who bite their nails, but they made it easier now for me not to waste my time nor money with them, thanks! ????

Probably the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. Please see my full review on Yelp due to a character limit on this review. I came in for a pedicure and a shellac/no-chip manicure and my nails were painted and filed unevenly and many of them had bumps in them from the hair or dust floating around the shop. When I went home that night, the polish on my right thumb nail peeled off completely and was still wet underneath. I returned to the shop to have it fixed and it was painted it so unevenly that it didn't even look like the same color as the rest of my nails. Multiple other nails have also peeled off since and it has been less than a week since I got the manicure. I contacted the shop for a refund and have been completely ignored. Avoid this place at all costs if you're looking for cleanliness, quality, and positive customer service. Super expensive and a major disappointment.

I just got a manicure/pedicure from Anna. First off its $25(!!!!) more for shellac instead of polish, and it was a horrible job! I have nail polish all over, and I can't see it lasting long seeing as how she used the dremel and the nail file AFTER putting on and curing my top coat. I have my own led kit at home but wanted a "professional" job done. Now I'm going home to do a better job myself. She was good with prepping my toes and nails, but that's about it. I'm so disappointed!!!!

I have visited twice the first time.my nails were amazing. The second time there were issues, but the owner Cecilia worked with me and had the imperfections taken care of. It is a cozy friendly environment with great prices. I will go back.

They did way more than VIP nails, but they put the acrylic and glue all over my skin and they misshapen my nails. I got squared off but too wide at the top. The girl kept getting distracted by the phone and i went before a girl that got there before i did. It cost 58$ for 8 fill and two new nails. Almost the same amount as a whole new set of nails.

Im unhappy with how uneven my nails are. The left hand nail surface are bumpy and not smooth like the right. The length of the nails are uneven as well. While she was filling she cut the side of my fingers and brew blood. Im not as upset about that though as it didnt hurt to bad. I have pictures but im unsure how to add them.

Got manicure, 3 nail cuticles got cut and bled, never had this experience before doing manicure. Waxing hurt so bad, not enough wax used. Comparison to service, too pricey, would not recommend.

I went recently and the nail tech ground my real nail right off underneath, which has made my nails weak. I live on a farm, and within two days of regular work - my nails are lifting, and driving me crazy. I’ve been doing my nails with acrylic for almost ten years straight and have very rarely had this issue. Pretty disappointed, as I told the tech who did my nails two days ago that the last time I had them done at their location - they lifted and ground my nails out. It’s like she didn’t care, or didn’t hear me - because she didn’t fix the issue. And now here I am again, days after my nails being done - they’re lifting again. I’m so disappointed, and I was even charged a crazy extra fee for some not-so-good painting and shaping. $62 for an acrylic fill and shellac that lasted two days. Horrendous. Go elsewhere. Though your options are seriously limited in the area. :(

I’m actually traumatized by the service I received. I paid $100 for John to tear up my fingers with that dirty drill, my nails throbbed for 24 hours (you might be able to see the blood sitting in the acrylic on my nails).. he did such a poor job shaping my nails, there is acrylic pinching my cuticles, part of my natural nail is showing, and the design wasn’t even close to what I had asked for. I sat for two and a half hours and had to return the next day to have my nails repainted for $100???? (idek how they get away with using drills because they don’t clean them between uses????) Last Photo is what I asked for ????

They are so rude. I explained how I wanted my nails done - then he continued to do what he wanted. The place is dirty. Where is the health department & the staff licenses posted? I get gel polish the 6 months I am away south that looked so good, never peeled, can't say the same about here. The prices are far too high. Too bad they treat you like uou are doing them a favor. I will look for another salon before I move to Belleville this summer.

Terrible experience- appointment at 430 didn’t get in until about 515. Only wanted shellac, cost just as much as my best friend to get acrylic nails and shellac and my nails were not the same length, and walked away with nail polish on my fingers. SUPER not impressed and most definitely will never be returning.

I have been here once before and that experience was amazing but not so amazing this time,I felt like they were unclear on there prices I had gone in a few days b4 to ask about prices and I show up and the price is higher and I don’t think there should be taxes on nails I’m from Toronto and I’ve never been told to pay taxes at any nail salon before but that’s not my biggest concern the lady doing my nails seemed to be distracted and rough with my nails I had told her in advance to be gentle well she was doing my nails I noticed one was crooked n I told her to fix it and she seemed to be having difficulty to fix it because she got the Acrylic on the side of my skin that made it difficult to file so it wasn’t really fixed I also think there should have atleast been two top coats applied since the nails I felt were done to thin and so was the polish she also messed up a little with the polish. UPDATE: I did have a conversation with the manager and she has worked with me regarding my concerns I was told to come back and the manager had met my needs I am satisfied with her response and how the situation was handled they made sure I was now satisfied with the fixed results and was shown respect and was treated like I was not just a number... that was the nicest treatment I’ve ever got from a salon even after I wasn’t satisfied it was fixed with care as minare mistakes happen sometimes.i have been to other salons that were not so kind and would never return to BUT I will be returning going forward in the future to this salon for sure.

She made the 3 days of learning really fun, she is very knowledgeable and is very happy to share her skills, she is very passionate about her career, she genuinely wants her students to do well and makes the time to make sure it happens, she provided breakfast and lunch everyday (nice surprise), and the starter kits she provided were also very impressive! Terrible experience I was getting a pedicure and they cut my toe twice while cutting the cuticle causing me to bleed and are very red and infected now, then had nail polish on my skin and not enough coats done so you can see through it in some spots, my feet were still rough when I left and I didn't get a simple design that I was hoping for, overall a horrible experience.

Wont be going back. Basic manicure full of cotton ball fluff, clear coat not covering the whole nail and bare spots with no polish on my nail. I didnt notice until I got out and wasnt about to go back in and waste my time on a horrible manicure. At one point there was a polish hair from the brush on my nail and when I pointed it out she said it was my nail.

Terrible pedicure The woman hardly paid any attention and did not do a thorough job nor apply polish with ANY care... she made a mess with the polish all over my right foot (and herself)... I am angry with myself that I tipped her and the simple mani/pedi with regular polish and just clear on my fingers cost $65 I will never go back there again

I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE I received bio gel nails with shellac on top which cost me over $80! I was unclear of there being a 15 dollar charge for shellac as it was no specified when I called in the morning to book my appointment a miss communication I can understand! Now on day 2 after having them done i noticed they missed a spot on the top corner of my nail with the gel and my real nail has cracked. I took it to them and they filled it. on day 3 my pinky nail and my pointer finger began to lift for over 80 dollars I expect more than 3 days with nice nails!!! Also did not use a new buffer to buff my nails

Got my nails done by John 3 days ago. Acrylic with shellac colour. I was charge extra 5$ for almond shape, and an extra 15$ for shellac. The colour has already chipped off came to a salon in London (my home town) and was told I got bio gel nails with no shellac. The nails cost me 80$ which I thought was kind of high when paying, but he did the work. My nails are in even, not shaped right. Would not suggest this place to anyone.

I'm leaving a three only because the staff is polite enough however you charged me $5 per nail to do a Christmas design which was literally just a nail sticker on each nail placed on crooked and only lasted one day before it peeled off completely?? A bit pricey for something that wasn't even hand painted on like nail salons typically do and charge for the time and detail so I'm not very impressed by that.

Pricier than I would have liked but the quality far exceeded my expectations. Very clean and staff sanitized after each client. New pedicure tools were opened in front of me. I would definitely go back. Make an appointment as they were quite busy.

I went here with 3 of my friends. 3 of us got pedicures and 1 got a gel manicure. During my pedicure the technician cut my toe open right beside my nail and held paper towel on it until it stopped bleeding, then continued spraying my toenails with the spray they use which got in my open wound and made it burn. This morning it now feels like an ingrown toenail is forming there and possibly an infection. My friend got a pedicure with no polish- just the foot treatment and she was charged the same as me although I got polish. She also had her heel cut open when they were using the scraping tool. The third pedi was fine. My friend that got the gel manicure received something that looked nothing like the picture she showed the man- completely different colour, shape and length. Every single nail is ridiculously crooked and on a huge slant to the point it is almost comical. Definitely will not be going back here. Positive things about this nail salon is it is clean inside and the staff was friendly.

Nails look wonderful but the place is not sanitary. I had dirty nail clippers used on me, there was a paper towel he used then put back in drawer for later use (I know because he pulled back out, used more and then back into the drawer it went). Also very careless with nail file, I got multiple cuts from aggressive filing on my skin. Not professional, watched lady stop working on her client to answer text messages multiple times. Will not be going back unfortunately. John has talent but the place needs to raise its hygiene standards before I would consider stepping foot back in there.
