I have been going here for 12 year. Very happy with services. Sometimes they get very busy so make sure you book an appointment. Cindy is your pedicure go to and Amanda is your nail queen! Highly recommend this business!!!

Queen nails is a small salon compared to several others in the area it has only three technicians on duty and a lot of time customers that are regulars have to wait a little before they get their pedicure or manicures done specially if there is a waxing in progress those take time and complete attention of Amanda ( the owner ) on and all I have always had great service and attention at this salon which I have been a regular of for over two years I do believe it is worth a four stars

I have gone to Queen nails for many bio gel sets and fills... never have I been more disappointed with the service. Friday I got a full set of bio gel nails, the edges were not cleaned up and sloppy. A day later the gel chipped right off my nail, the girls were good and brought me back in to fix it for free. The nail they fixed looked 10 times better than the rest of the nails they originally had done. Two days later another nail chipped off and all I had done was open a spice jar. I called ahead to let them know I needed my nails redone and the gel to be applied thicker as my nails are already weak and brittle. (Hence, why I got the gel in the first place.) I was booked in today at 3:30 pm to then find out after I had driven 20 minutes in, that they only thought I wanted the one nail fixed after I had explained what I needed done over the phone hours prior. They made me sit and wait 45 minutes while they worked on another person who came in 20 minutes after me. After 45 minutes I asked how long I would be waiting and they told me another 30 minutes. I then walked out with nothing. I have had to go back three times in four days to fix the work they did. A 20 minute drive there and back. 40 minute drive total. I have had bio gel nails done for the last 7 years and have never had them chip or break. I am beyond disappointed and definitely won't be going back.

My niece Rachelle Hazelton told me about this place, Amanda did my nails I was very pleased with them. Very clean place. Bathrooms was nice n clean/bright. Prices are good. Very friendly atmosphere.. I will definitely be going back CHEERS

While I was at the cottage I broke a nail... The worst thing ever because if you read my reviews you will see that I am very happy with my nail tech. On a whim, I came here to get my nails fixed. They suggested an acrylic set which is fine because my nail tech and I use dip and tips which is really an almost 2 hour process. I asked for a thin tip coffin but got more of a squarish.. which was fine because they didn’t look bad It took them a bit to figure out what my nail tech had on my own nails but once they figured it out they had my set on quickly. I prefer longer nails but got a medium length. Not what I had hoped but I wasn’t being picky. Overall it was NOT a bad salon. It was very clean. There were toys for kids. The staff was friendly. They got me an appointment quickly. But this just wasn’t what I would prefer I think people with natural nails would have the best experience here. I prefer a flashy long nail and I believe they are better with natural fancy nails.

Beautiful interior. Clean. Very friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful artwork. And, they can do all sorts of designs with the cats eye that I love. Waxing wax perfect pedicure was relaxing. First time there and I WILL be back!!!!! Also, the owner has the most beautiful shrine to Buddha I've e et seen. The whole place is a work of art.

Poor handiwork and overpriced. It cost me $50 for a simple shellac manicure and there were several flaws in the polish. I did get service quickly but I will be choosing somewhere else next time.

Made an appointment, upon arrival I introduced myself and why I was there. The response was "Sit down!" Two people were working already with other customers. I waited 20 mins past my appointment time and not once did anyone say a word to me. I walked out and went to another salon that showed true customer service. I will never go back to Queen Nails nor will I recommend anyone go there.

Pedicure perfection. Comfortable chairs, feet left wonderfully soft and massage was very relaxing. Amanda knows her stuff. If you are looking for someone who can address ingrown nails, she is your gal. Good selection of gel colours, regular polish is average. #Covidprotocols in place.

Such a relaxing experience. My feet feel amazing after my pedicure, my eyebrows were done perfectly. Also got a full set done, great prices, great atmosphere. Will definitely be going again!
