After being a loyal customer for approximately 5 years, you have left me no choice but to find a new salon. One of the aesthetician, Rachel, who was good at one point, but not anymore. She is always pushing me to buy their products. Once she gave me a sachet sample to try it on at home, and I asked her for another one (thinking that one sachet wasn’t enough), and she said that she is only allowed to give out only one..... what??? I had a $320 dollar gift card to spend in their salon & spa and she cannot give me an insignificant sachet sample???. Another thing, the prices online are not the prices they charge you, and on top of that, they are charging me $2.00 dollars more for a green circle fee, which is a fee they charge to the customer for the spa waste. Now customers have to pay for their waste. That’s BS. What if I use their bathroom???? The real situation is that they move to a new location and now they have a big debt to pay off; and from where is the money going to come from???? money has to come from somewhere right???... well, the customer ends up paying for their big debt. As simple as that!!!. And they think we are idiots that we can’t figure it out!!!. I will finish using my gift card and find another spa. I am done with being mistreated and used. Going to a salon and spa should be a wonderful and relaxing experience not one that leaves a bad taste. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS POLISH SALON and SPA. NEVER GO THERE!!!. Go to the one downtown Belleville.

I’m from out of town and attending a wedding in Belleville. I was looking for a salon to do my hair and make up for the day. I decided to try it out and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! Ashley did an AMAZING up do that I am so pleased with. The customer service was excellent and I would highly recommend this salon to anyone in the area!

This place is horrible. The reception staff are rude, when you ask to speak the manager, she goes on about her personal life. Called and left 3 messages for the owner to call me, since November, never did called. This place discriminates against single parents. If getting yours nails done do not look up- so dirty. So many better places to go within 1 km.

Having lived in a number of large cities, I will understand if you’re incredulous reading this review, but let me be clear: polish is a world-class, top of the line salon, where you can enjoy a glass of wine from local wineries in their beautiful fireplace waiting room, be treated to high end products during facials or waxes, and whose staff are all equally talented and lovely human beings. Truly, if I move away from Belleville, I would make the trip back for all of my self-care rituals. Highly recommend.

Wonderful salon and spa experience. Welcoming hosts. Large professional staff and contemporary venue. Separate lounge/bar area available although I didn't have time to enjoy it since when I arrived at my scheduled time they took me right in. Next time I might go a bit early to check it out.

I dont know if a busniess should take a chemcial burn to an eye lightly but i guess polish does to only get the cost of the facial back is a far cry to what this incident cost would suggest people stay far away.

I have been going to Polish since they opened and have had nothing but a great experience. Every time you enter the doors you are greeted by a warm smiling staff member. They always make sure you are provided the best most relaxing services. Their salon has been spotless every time I visit. Polish is the first spa that I recommend to anyone who asks. The only place in Belleville I ever trusted to cut my hair! Great advice and product on hand for sale. Appointments are almost always on time if not only minutes late. Also great for your waxing needs. Wonderfully clean and well organized salon.

Salon is clean. Hillary Bennett is the best esthetician in Belleville. I had a pedicure and the chair was terribly uncomfortable, left with two feet that were very cold and tingling. I also left with dead skin not cleaned from my feet due to lack of water available during the pedicure. The pedicure was not worth the money paid. Hillary Bennett worth every dime,

Came to the spa yesterday, had an eyebrow wax, pedicure and manicure. Staff was very friendly and spa atmosphere very relaxing. However, when I came home I had to spend 1/2 hour plucking eyebrows. (worse eyebrow wax ever) and I spent more time scrubbing heals with a file before bed. Also there is very little polish selection. Will not be returning

Very happy with my first visit to this salon! Kayla is super talented, and managed to get my hair colour exactly how I wanted. Really happy with everything about this place. All the staff was so nice and the cost was more than fair for the great service.

My hair was super long, reaching the very bottom of my back. I went in looking to do a long bob and was super impressed. My hairdresser Jocelyn @thairapybyjocelyn was awesome. She really listened to what I wanted, took her time, was incredibly sweet and made sure I loved this really big change with my hair! I went with my newborn-Originally my friend and I had appointments at the same time but once we got their the receptionist said someone had to be their to hold the babe. She was super quick and easy going, changing our apts to back to back ones so it wasn’t a waisted trip in. And my stylist said if I needed to take a break to be with babe/nurse/whatever that it was no problem! The price was very reasonable too! Also, their wash stations are really comfortable! I’m super short and usually hate the washing portion of any cut, but their sinks have a soft pliable neck brace so it was actually relaxing to have it done! Clean and bright salon! The staff was kind and helpful and I left feeling great! So many services offered here and it is now fully licensed to serve alcohol! I only had balyage done and a blow dry but I saw many people come and go having had many spa services including nails, pedicures, microblading, and more.

The new location is beautiful and accessible. Many of the junior aestheticians are sweet and provide good services. However, the condescending, rude attitude and overall lack of customer service from the Australian/NZ person at the front desk overshadows the work of these aestheticians. Meghan, one of more senior aestheticians, is pushy and overbearing. She is visibly irritated if one chooses to see another staff member. She does not apologize when she is late to begin services and is aggressive with her product sales and booking further appointments. If you want to experience true customer service at a Belleville spa, visit The Spah downtown instead. Polish looks good, but it's basically putting lipstick on a pig.

Twice I came back with issues with my hair which there was no effort to give a solution too. Just recently I asked to give my blonde hair a balayage look with lowlights and to just tone my blonde. I now have light/dark brown hair with orange. Will not be going back to this location especially because there has been little effort to fix or reimburse. I absolutely hate my hair and dread to even go anywhere at this point.

Im very disappointed that im forced to leave this review if i could leave a 5 for the hair stylist and a -10 for the make up artist i would. I took my daughter to get hair and make up done for prom. When i booked they said they had no promotions for prom so it would be 120.00+tax eeek ok pricey but hey its POLISH!! so we go hair is first we get kayla I HONESTLY CANT SAY ENOUGH POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT THIS GIRL SHES INCREDIBLE RIGHT FROM PERSONALITY TO SKILL SUPER FRIENDLY FUN AND ROCKED THE UPDO!!! Next make-up i sure wish i could remember this girls name i really hate to bash anyone but her work is awful. Shes tall with really long dark hair make up is not her calling. Anyways my daughter showed her a picture it was a bright teal blue make up with winged black eyeliner she took a look said "OOOOH YA GIRL IM SO EXCITED LETS DO THIS!" Naturally my daughter is excited cant wait to see well i was there and im looking at the whole board of make up and do not see anything even close to a teal eyeshadow i didnt say anything what do i know im not a trained professional. She starts off the eye with hmmm lets say a green grey and navy assortment...UMM WTH how is that possibly going to make teal...again i stay quiet im not an esthetician well long story short the end result was catastrophic her eyebrows looked like she drew them in with pastel fake and terrible her eyes were so dark with royal blue and grey you could barely see the black eyeliner but it certainly wasnt winged the best part was the highlighter she put on her cheek bones she showed my daughter she asked for sparkle so she slapped some on and said there you go you look gorgeous girl. Well i knew it wasnt right i could tell my daughter wasnt happy but there were 2 other girls and 2 other stylists doing make up in the same tiny little room so she was embarrassed to speak up...we got out to the car and she balled she was so upset wasnt even going to go to prom. We did our best to fix it anyway we could but even still it was polar opposite of what she asked for. Oh yes and before leaving i went to pay they didnt give me the PROM promotion they now had which was hair and make up for 99.99 which is EXACTLY what we did they insisted because i booked before it started i couldnt have it so my total.was 143.00 for my experience. KAYLA IS AMAZING I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER AS FOR MAKE UP SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND GET YOUR 5YR OLD CHILD TO DO IT!

I booked a hair and makeup appointment at the salon for prom. The hair service was great and my stylist was lovely, that reason only is why I am giving this place two stars. I'm not sure what kind of experience my makeup artist (not sure that I would even consider her an artist) had or where she got her certification but I was very disappointed. I asked for a smoky eye with a wing liner and not only was the shadow not blended but the winged liner was uneven and done with a waterline pencil. On top of that I asked for a berry lip colour, which she claimed they didn't have even though I could see it sitting in the holder. I left very disappointed and had to basically redo the makeup that I payed a lot of money for. The person doing my makeup also had a very harsh, orange contour, which should have been a red flag for me not to let her touch my face. She was a bigger girl but unfortunately I didn't get her name. Thank you to the stylist with short spikey hair, you rock!

So I booked an appointment for a signature pedicure, which is a little priceier then normal. The woman I got was very pleasant but 2.5 hours is a little much for a pedicure. Not to mention when it costs $100 they better be worth it and she wasn't. The polish was clumping and she said I guess I'll have to add some thinner when we're done, how about you do it now so my nails don't look horrible, prior to this I asked for a design which I always get she said yes I can do that, it looked like a 5 year old did my toes. Honestly I understand new employees with less experience but don't put them with someone who is paying top dollar for the service. Super unhappy right now.

Went in to take my hair down a shade and left with 1/3 of my existing hair. Front was left untouched as the back fell out during the lightening process and the product had to be rinsed out. The stylist had to cut my hair to a short bob and the hair on the back of my head was maybe 2 inches per strand.
