I love the service when I go. Sometimes I get some small waves in my acrylic nails or the lengths don't match completely, but it outweighs for the price you pay. My most recent visit was amazing, and absolutely no flaws in the nails. I was over-charged for the fill ($68 with tax) but I loved them so much I didn't feel I needed to argue it. (45 for fill plus $5 for shaping, $5 for replacement nail, and $5 for length) . Overall I would definitely recommend over other nail stores in the Quinte Mall.

If I could have given no star. I would have..The red headed new girl at counter, just arogently presumed and insisted right away to add tip(very ignorant)- further more this girl is known around the mall as crazy and disrespectful and was fired from at least 3 stores. I would not trust her(check Manager at Viva Jewelry). The service was rushed. The girl was up & down constantly ( checking at counter or left all together going out back,leaving me thinking WTHEC...The Total Lack of customer service or communication is POOR...I saw poor cleaning practices ( one girl just sprayed out fast foot bin and let another customer get right in( Not Good) That's where foot fungus and infections come from....having customers put there socks,shoes,coat on floor outside your door to get dressed is disrespectful- expand for waiting room or stop rushing & over booking - Customers pay a Lot of money for these services and expect dignity & respect...I will NOT be back...

Way too expensive, the most expensive manicure ever!!! And they were very pushy abt price and using cashor their debit machine. They also did not enforce covid restrictions. Unfortunately I did not feel safe bc of the lack of covid enforcement. I really wanted to like this place.

Very nice staff and the ambience is good too. The place is clean and they have all safety precautions for Covid in place. They have several TV's playing Christmas movies on the W channel which I really enjoyed. Last time I went for a mani-pedi, the gal doing it spent some time massaging my feet and legs which I love. (I usually get a deluxe pedicure) This time it was really quick and my son, who just wanted a foot massage, didn't get that. The shop was very busy and you could tell how rushed the girls were. I guess next time we'll speak up more about what we'd like.

My toe nails looks good but as far as pedicure it's rush barely no massage and cream it's a joke. It feels like they want you done before you start....it's disappointing. I totally miss West Edmonton mall they make an effort and they are good at their jobs and it's enjoyable.

Good work and nice service. Nails look great and my nail tech corrected my overdue artificial nails w a fill that was needed. Fills usually take no longer than an hour but I was there closer to 2 hrs because of altercations with other customers.(got left 4 times to deals with others). Would of liked to see a reduction in my pricing for double the time in the nail salon. (My partner waiting wasn’t happy and we had some plans that got disrupted) Other than timing they are pretty good at what they do considering I walked in w no appointment.

I deleted my original review, which was horrible and is posted in the screenshots, to upload an even worse review of Paris nails. As you can see in the photos they told me to call and ask for their manager and they would take care of me, I called them twice on Thursday and left a message, they have not returned my calls, and it is now Monday in the late afternoon and I still haven’t heard anything from them. These people are complete scam artists, and I’m looking to see what action I can take against this company. Please see the screenshots for my original review, also what they did to my nails, what happened to them and their response about how they were “going to take care of me “, with the call log showing no attempt at calling me back. Literally go to any other nail salon in the city, do not give them the time of day, not only did they make fun of their receptionist the whole time in another language which I put in my review, they completely failed to tell me pricing about everything I was doing that I didn’t want to do that they made suggestions for and then telling me how much it was after they were done and how I told them I wanted my pedicure to match my nails and that was the whole point and my pedicure was done first and they were unable to match the nail colour because they insisted on getting gel nails because they don’t ship or break and low and behold They didn’t match in color, they did ship and they did break, I am literally on disability I do not do anything demanding as I stated in my review, my mom goes to another nail salon as I stated in my previous review and she is a demanding job as a DSW where she is constantly using her hands and she has never ran into that issue of after having her nails put on after four days then having these type of issues. UPDATE ** this same pedicure gave me Toe a fungal infection. Meaning they’re doing pedicures on people with fungal infections and on top of that not cleaning their equipment. I lost half my big toe nail at the doctors today to remove the fungus from spreading. I’m in pain, I need to wear special shoes and creams and it won’t heal until around summer. I plan on bringing forwarded a small claims suit against this company. If anyone has any similar stories feel free to contact me so we can shut this company down. Disgusting. I have uploaded the photo of the toe.

And I told her my nails weren’t straight candy never fixed. Don’t come here it’s the worst place I’ve ever been too. Don’t even clean their nail tools after each person.

They took advantage of my teenaged daughter and her friend who went in for $35 acrylic nails. They ended up paying $68. They knew that the girls were young and didn't know much about what they wanted so they gave them more expensive nails and charged extra for shellac and other things without informing them. I'll never recommend this place to anybody.

This place is so horrendous they removed ratings off of their Facebook: This is a long story and will leave you cringing.. I get my nails done every two weeks- and the girl who normally does my nails was unavailable.. I started going to Paris nails as a regular customer because they always had someone available whenever I walked in (great). My best friend is an esthetician (but does not do solar or acrylic nails otherwise I would see her instead)- therefore I am very knowledgable about nail products/spa care etc as my mother has been in the industry as well.. Anyways- some information about me, I am type one diabetic so I always tell them please take extra care with my cuticles as if I am cut it can lead to infection so stay away from the cuticle area if possible. Any time cuticle work is done they are supposed to clean your cuticle area and use a cuticle softener prior and they never do this.. SoI go in to see Andy (the male esthician) whom has done my nails previously. I asked for a refill (solar, stilleto), he uses the drill bit on my cuticle and cuts me.. Frustrating but moving on.. He doesn't apply a base coat with shellac (which you are supposed to because the shellac BONDS to the base so without the base it won't last as long and WILL PEEL) so I asked him to please apply the base coat and he sighs stating "acrylic acts like a base coat" and I said but I am getting a solar refill not acrylic and he's like "oh yes that is what this is".. He refuses to put the base coat on.. Then, as he finishes I notice there was polish missing and applied bumpy on my pinky (air bubbles) no big deal but I pointed it out to which he sighed and said "what do you want me to do about it".. I'm just shocked because I'm a regular customer who tips and tries to be super friendly and I wasn't rude when I pointed it out I just wanted the nail fixed.. I said "can you fix it please" to which he replies "your nail was bumpy" (what? Keep in mind this is solar so they have to buff the nail prior to applying polish) so I told him well that means it wasn't buffed properly prior, he then says he doesn't have time for this.. He does it but does a really rough job with it and I can tell he's frustrated as he is snippy and short with me. Then he tells me to "never come back" and I'm "to picky and no one will do my nails" absolutely baffling.. If I'm paying $60+ I would like my nails do be done properly.. I get if I was a problem customer who was rude.. But seriously the worse experience I have ever had ANYWHERE.. I was so upset- then ontop of this he lied to the cash lady and said that he replaced a "tip" to account for the extra time he spent fixing his own mistake! I didn't even notice until I got home and checked my bank account.. Unbelievable. I went back to the person who normally does my nails and she told me that they definitely used acrylic and NOT solar so I was being ripped off the whole time, and my nails peeled within a week..

The worst place to go! Staff are rude, aggressive and pushy when handling their clients. Openly shout and argue amongst each other. I was client getting my toes done for years here because it was one of the only places to go, and 1/20 times my experience was enjoyable. Avoid it and go to another place in town.

My friend and I went and got out nails done tonight and were VERY displeased with the service we receive from the workers. The workers completely ignored our request and just did what they wanted without asking if that’s what we wanted. When I called to book an appointment they told me that they had DIP (as that is what my friend wanted). During the appointment, the worker cut my friends nail sooo short you see skin first before her nail and put bio-solar on her nails when she wanted DIP and when she questioned it they said they didn’t do DIP when we asked TWICE beforehand. In addition, the when my friend asked for another worker, that worked stated that they did had DIP just not in the colour she wanted. So when she asked to see those colours - the worker that was doing her nails said she can’t put DIP on bio-solar and wouldn’t offer to redo her nails. My experience, my worker did a good job but also didn’t do what I asked for. Pressure me to pick my colours even thou I had a photo on what I wanted and wouldn’t follow by that photo. It was pretty simple what I wanted ... but the worker wouldn’t help me find the colour I wanted and didn’t listen when I said I wanted one nail Matte and the other gloss. Instead just did all gloss. Overall. VERY displease/unsatisfied with my experience there tonight and WILL NOT be coming back ....... Sincerely, A disappointing and non-returning customer.

I am so unhappy with Paris Nails! My daughter and I will be taking our business to VIP Nails across the street. I went in for a fill, they refused to do it and said that I needed a whole new set. I had gotten my nails done 2 weeks before and I did not need a whole new set. So I sat for 45mins to soak my nails. I then had a completely different person do my nails, one who may have actually given me a fill. She was snippy and rude! No English and I truly felt they were talking about me since my disapproval of their business tactics was blatantly obvious. And I was charged 68 dollars. I had actually pointed out that they charge way too much and that's why I had tried other establishments. They don't listen, they are rude, they do whatever they want and they truly do not care if you come back. Please use any other nail salon in the area.

Without a doubt the worse place to get nails done in Belleville. Staff are very rude and aggressive (I've left with my nail beds bleeding before). Every time I've gone there my nails either chip or fade immediately the next day. Cheap services and terrible staff. *AVOID*

Very bad experience. I've gone twice now and never again. Both times I went in for a Shellac colour change. They literally brought a bowl of Acetone over and had my put my hands in it. Terrible to breathe in and definitely not something you want your entire hand in. The place reeks of chemicals, probably a combination of poor ventilation and poor practice. They screamed in their native tongue the entire time I was there, very stressful atmosphere. Not to mention it's quite overcrowded (I have no idea how this place is still bringing in business). Also, the actual quality of service was poor at best. My fingers still have nail polish on them, they didn't correct my cuticle or file/cut my nails. I would normally say something but to be honest I wanted out of there asap. Reply to Paris Nails: People speaking in their native tongue is not an issue whatsoever. Screaming across the room while someone is sitting front of them is the issue. People go to get their nails done for special occasions and to treat themselves to something nice. You should.ve aiming to create a relaxing atmosphere for clients. Also, you reply to every bad review with "I'm sorry and thank you for your feedback we will use this to improve". Nothing changes clearly and you aren't doing a single thing to improve your salon.

Got my nails done yesterday. Today 3 nails are chipped, one of them real real bad. That was my first time there. And probably my last. I got an uneven coat, there’s air bubbles, and I was charged way more than what the service was for. I don’t want a refund, I’ll just take my business elsewhere. And I won’t be recommending. My daughter had a set of nails done for prom. They were rude, rushed the process and when trimming the nails the technician cut her and didn’t even care just said whoops guess I’ll go a little easier. After cutting her with the trimmer and drawing blood the technician moved on to the next client and started her with the same tools... did not sterilize first. My daughter now has a severe fungal infection that has spread over her face and arms. This place needs to be inspected and shut down.

Do not go here!!!! This place is horrible! I was part of a wedding party and was completely forgotten. Paid for in advance and they refused a refund. I sat in the pedicure chair for 35 minutes before being looked at. If I could give negative stars I would. Do not go here!

My nails always look great! The older ladies know what they're doing. They definitely need to work on speaking to their clients and not each other as it can come off as rude when you don't know what they're saying. Common courtesy. Most people are just complaining and should have spoken up or gone back to get their broken nails fixed :)

Absolutely the worst place in Belleville to go for nails. I got an acrylic full set which was filed far too thin so not even a day later my nail broke IN HALF. Two days later the same thing from a different nail. I called and was told I was going to be given a refund drove back to Belleville from picton to be told “no refunds sorry” and that they fix my nail at 8:50pm the mall closes at nine. After arguing with the manager in the middle of the store OVER THE PHONE I decided to leave as they said they’d call mall security. All and all terrible customer service and terrible quality product. Oh and not to mention the price on the sign isn’t the price you pay try 30 dollars more than posted. This business is a joke.

Got my nails filled and the next day my pinky nail broke and the nail polish started chipping off on half of the fingers. They weren’t chipping on the tips or sides, the nail polish was falling off in the center of my nail. The lady told me it was my fault and asked if I had been cooking or something that would cause it to fall off. I’ve been doing my nails for years and I’ve never had the nail polish start to chip off the next day, especially when I paid $10 extra for shellac. I really don’t know how cooking would cause my nails to chip. It was a poor quality job and instead of just fixing it, she seemed angry at me and was rude to me the entire time. Even when she took the polish off and put a new coat, she only did one coat instead of the usual 2-3 coats. Overall, horrible customer service and poor quality job for a nail fill. Will not be returning again.

My friend and I went to get her nails done, the service was great. But they rushed her nails and my friend did not get what she wanted they completely messed up her nails her thumb nail was sticky and have hair all over it the colour was off. And my nails were they were rushed, and they were a simple design and they were $71. I went to this place before and I got acrylics with the same design and they made me pay 40 when I was with my sister. They completely a scam the price and they did not look good whatsoever

I never had fake nails before and I ask for gel nails and they looked good at the end but I went home and Googled gel nails and they gave me acrylic nails and not gel and the gel is more expensive then the acrylic so they scammed me!

My friend and I booked an appointment on august 30th for 1:00pm to get our nails done for back to school. Her mother phoned them and they said it was all good and we'd see them then, we showed up at 12:55 pm without her mother and said we were here for the two sets of acrylics booked for 1:00pm under (her moms name). The receptionist just stared at us like we were crazy and said we didnt have an appoinment booked. We politely said there must be a misunderstanding because we called in advanced and you guys booked us an appointment, a couple other ladies that work there were standing beside her giving us all rude looks and the woman continued to say they have no record of us booking an appointment and seemed mad that we were even asking. We asked her to check her records and calls of clients and she refused to. She said that it wasn't their fault and we could wait for two hours and comeback to see if they would take us. We were polite the whole time and they were down right rude to us for absolutely no reason. I work in public service and know that this is no way to treat two people for your own companies mistakes. we didn't even get an apology or "so sorry this happened we'll look into it". we called my friends mom and she came in with us and told the ladies exactly what we said and that she had phoned and booked the appointment. And then finally they said they could get us in 15 minutes. I find it funny how when it was just us teens asking about the appointment they had no record of it and it was our fault and they couldn't get us in for two hours. But as soon as an adult showed up they switched up and said we could get in in 15 minutes. You should treat your clients kindly no matter what age they are since they are the ones giving you business. When we got in a man did my nails and a woman did my friends, I looked around and saw that all the nail techs doing clients nails had gloves on both hands, but for some reason the man only had a glove on one and i pushed it aside but it got worse from there. In horror I watched as he used his thumb nail on the hand without a glove without even disinfecting his hand to PUSH BACK MY CUTICLES, that is the most unsanitary thing I've ever seen done at a saloon especially during a world wide pandemic, iv'e also looked at other reviews and seen that this place is known for giving infections, well maybe if you guys didn't use your dirty, un-gloved thumb finger nails to painfully push back peoples cuticles this wouldn't happen. I was too scared to say anything because I'm a non-confrontational person and he had already been yelling at other customers while we were there. Later on he painfully buffed my nail to the point were it started bleeding and i said "ow" because it hurt and he didn't apologize or anything and just tried to angle my hand so I wouldn't see that it was bleeding when I adjusted the angle I was looking to clearly see him holding paper towel trying to stop the blood flow. I held in tears as he finished doing my nails because I was so disgusted and scared I was going to get an infection. I asked and showed pictures of medium length coffin nails, I got short square nails. They also said it was going to be 35$ each, and it ended up being 55$ each. Honestly we are never going back there, there customer service is awful, there rude and lie to teenagers, are unclean and unprofessional.

my friend and I got pedicures. We are both displeased with the service and price. I did not do any exfoliation of my feet (no scrub or removing of callus', which was much needed). she put a HOT towel on my legs and It was so hot it was burning my skin, so I had to ask her to take it off. The polish application isnt great at all, and all of this was $45.00 without tip. Ive never payed that much for a pedicure, not even one I liked.

The ladies are nice but they don't make much conversation, they just talk to one another. When I asked to have a nail re-painted (classic polish) because I saw some parts not painted and some bumps on the nail, she came and just painted over it. I asked her to re-do one nail and she didn't listen. I would say they don't go above and beyond, just the average but I would come back for a cheap pedi.

Literally THE WORST place to go to for ANYTHING. This place should not even be a last resort. Technician rushed through the intire pedicure. In total it took 15 minutes from start to finish. She then proceeded to put a huge smudge in my big toe and decided to fix it by squirting acetone all over and trying to smooth it out with her finger. She’s gouged under my one nail so hard that she’s caused it to turn black and it’s in the process of falling off. On another note, the front desk person complained the whole time about not wanting to be there, sprayed me in the face with cleaner, and said she had to bring the machine to us at 8:30 because she was shutting down debit and “was not going to be impressed if she had to stay there until 10:30 again”. Will not be returning. Horrible horrible horrible experience.

Went in there for a French manicure. Said they couldn't do it my nails were too short (they aren't) so I said just a basic manicure. Lady kept looking away from my nails at one point she started filing my finger tip because she wasn't looking. Got up a couple times and walked away to help the desk clerk. She was pulling on my cuticle as she was cutting them. Didn't do a good job applying the polish either, you can see layers of it on each side of my nail. Wouldn't recommend going here. They see you as a dollar sign not a client.

The staff at this nail salon are rude and corrupt. They routinely upsell and overcharge as a result. Their pricing is not transparent. The women are rude, short, demanding " do this...don't do that...." We brought my daughter there for her first manicure the other day and the women raised her voice to her on several occasions "sit still, stop moving, why you keep moving". I get it, she's little, little kids move, that makes doing their nails hard. But the disrespect that these women speak to their customers with is unreal. And I guarantee they are talking trash about their customers to each other in Vietnamese because they think most people don't understand them. Go elsewhere. Pay a little more and support Beauty Works where you get classy, professional service at really only a slight bit more cost. Don't waste your time or energy on this place and hopefully they go out of business which is what they deserve for the terrible customer service.

Dont waste your money! Went for a pedicure, they told us to come back almost 2 hours later. It was super busy, didn't get a spot next to each other. Getting the same pedicure, with a 5 minute staggered start and the second person was finished first. Feet are still rough, they didn't have enough cream for the foot/ leg massage so they used oil. They get paid per customer not an hourly wage. Start to finish, 27 minutes for a pedicure for just over $40 Left us at the drying table and didn't come back.

So this morning I took my daughter to paris nails to get them done and for myself eyebrows and tinting ...my eyebrows are not done properly and the tint is not dark enough...at the end I went to pay with my debit and it said the transaction didnt go through so we tried again ...again the same thing...so before the 3rd time I went on my app for the bank and it showed the transaction went threw they all got hyped up and started yelling when I showed them and kept saying no u do it again I said no I'm.not paying 2x ..they called the owner and she put her on the phone with me and she said u pay again and I will give u money back and also asked for my phone number ..I said no and called my bank..my bank said no it went threw and it's on there end ..they still insisted I wait there for the owner to come in at that time I walked away and out the door I've already paid you ..poor services i wont be back

I strongly do NOT recommend going to this salon. I told the lady at the front desk what I wanted and she told me to sit and wait. Another lady got me and started doing my nails. As she was doing my nails she said maybe 5 words to me and when she was done with a hand she would flick it away & impatiently grab for my other. I went to pay once I was finished and the lady at the cash said a ridiculous amount of money so I clarified with her that that wasn't what I had asked for. Two other ladies then began to yell at me as if I was suppose to know that the things the lady was doing would cost me more money. Overall I did not feel welcome or comfortable as the ladies were very rude, made no effort in communicating with me, were very rough and did nothing to resolve the issue.

Worst nail salon ever. The woman doing my pedicure was so rough she made my toes burn and swell. When I told her she was too rough and hurting me she callously apologized. There is polish on my skin around the nail bed, thinned out you can almost see right through it and cut crooked. I notified the the helpful front desk girl and she told her manager. Manager didn't even come talk to me and only took $5 off. Absolutely ridiculous. The floors are disgustingly filthy and they don't sanitize the wash basins after each use, they just splash it with water, put a bag in it and put the dirty drain cap from the previous person in the new bag. Stay away from this place.

Each nail is a different shape. My fingers were cut from the hand file’s edges due to it not being buffed well before being used on a client. Thoroughly disappointed with my experience here, I don’t recommend it to anyone. I asked for long tapered square nails and got short square, even though i made it very clear (with a reference picture) of exactly what i wanted. Pro tip: if you can’t do a design that a client asks for, then tell them that you can’t do it. Don’t risk ruining your business’ image by letting your customer leave with nails that look completely different from what they wanted.

I was looking for a relaxing Mani and Pedi, not at all up to my expectations. The woman doing my nails couldn't sit still to just do my pedi to start off, she up and left me about 6 times. She hurt me about 4 times while doing my feet, not a pleasant experience at all. Then we moved to my set of nails to put on, well lets just say that didn't get any better. I had a very sore thumb and she hurt it 3 times and cut me a few times. I will never return

Made an appointment for this morning to get an acrylic nail fill with my mother in law and sister in law, we get there 10 minutes early and the lady at the reception desk tells us to sit down and choose a color, sister goes first after about 15 minute's of waiting followed shortly by mother and there I sit for 25 minutes having already picked my color and have told them I wanted a fill, another 10 minutes go by and a woman sitting next to me who came in after I did as a walk-in gets choosen to do an acrylic fill I let it slide I get moved to a desk thinking I will finally get my nails filled, nope I sit there again totalling 45 minutes the ladies clearly forgetten about my nail appointment having taken three people since I came in my sister and mother already finished I walked out feeling a little disgruntled by the complete lack of professionalism

This is a disgrace to everything nail technicians value it is nothing but a cash grab a discussing wast of space and if i could give negative stars i would the nail job me and my friends resived was horrible not only that but the "nail techs" were very pushy and rushed threw everything as well we had all booked an appoinrmemt for 4 o'clock and we finaly got in to get are nails done past 5 this is the worst place for higen none if the employees wore gloves me and my friends got hair in our nails and i am saddened that this would be someones first exsperace with a spa. Do not go here.

Horrible service. Staff is extremely unfriendly. The staff do not value their customers what so ever. Went for a manicure and they just throw your hands around and pull on it like you're a rag doll, seen this happening to other customers as well. Had to go back the day after getting a shellac manicure and it took 3 people to fix one nail. Worst experience. Not to mention the salon is absolutely FILTHY!! I get my nails done religiously and have been to many salons and this one was by far the Worst! I've never seen a salon so unsanitary and with such poor customer service.

I went there a few weeks ago with my friends, 3 of us got acrylics and 1 got a manicure, we all loved the end results!! However, my friend had called in the day before and made us all appointments and ended waiting 40-60 minutes anyway.. it bothered me because she made an appointment! The girl I had was very rough on my nails she cut my cuticles 3 times with the buffer and said “don’t worry about it!” after they really hurt! They charged my friends an extra $5 for coffin acrylics which came to a total of $41.20, I got rounded acrylic and I was told that it was free! I got up to the cash and they also charged me $41.20?! They don’t have good customer service either, they only speak in Japenese or Chinese and only speak a few words to you... there are a lot of boxes in the back (which you can still see) I thought that was very unprofessional! I love the nails but I probably wouldn’t go back there!

DO NOT GO HERE ! I have been fighting a fungal infection in BOTH big toenails since last MAY when I got a pedicure at 8 months pregnant. They also charged me for a manicure that I wasnt able to sit through more than removing my nail polish because of last trimester hot flashes and sickness. I havent written a review until now because of embarressment about my toenails but after seeing another girls post I feel that it has to be said. THEY DONT CLEAN THEIR TOOLS PROPERLY AND FAIL TO RECOGNIZE AND REFUSE PEOPLE WITH FUNGAL INFECTIONS.

Worst experience ever. Made an appointment and still had to wait as they took walk ins. Employees were extremely rude, speaking among each other in a foreign language. Application of acrylic nails poor quality, the application of nail polish (including pedicure) were well below average. I could almost understand if these services were offered at a discount rate but this is full price. Absolute waste of money and time. Do not go here!

I went and got a duluxe pedicure and not even 5 hours after getting them done, both of my big toes nail polish are chipped. My feet are still dry as they rushed the scrubbing of my feet. Would never recommend this place to anyone!
