First pedicure I ever had as I usually do my own. Had Michelle and she was fabulous. Everything was clean and I had absolutely no worries with the care. She did an amazing job and laughed cuz I laughed when she buffed my feet cuz I'm ticklish. I had a design on my toes.....love it.....will go again. Very happy.

Don't EVER complain out loud to them. Minh has been doing my shellac manicures for a year now and I want to be very clear that I have always been very satisfied with her manicures. She is pleasant and I have never had any complaint about her services. I have been trying to reach the salon for the past five days to make an appointment and the phone has not been answered. Because I can't answer my phone during work hours I didn't leave a message until yesterday, in which I asked if someone could text me and let me know if Minh was available today. This morning I called and finally someone answered the phone and said she wasn't the receptionist and would have the manager call me. The manager just called me and immediately launched into a tirade stating that I have frequently been rude and condescending to the staff there which astonished me. Yes, many months ago I had made an appointment with Minh, and when I arrived for my appointment I was told it was with someone else. Yes, I wasn't happy that day and would not accept a service with someone else. The girl at the desk that day had no idea how to solve the problem and stared at me like I had two heads, until someone took the initiative to correct the mistake they made when booking the appointment. That is the only time there has been an issue. In fact, when I came in one day for my manicure and the chair completely collapsed under me and landed me on the floor, I did not complain about it or make it an issue - in fact I felt badly for them and brushed it off. They certainly rushed around trying to make me happy that day trying to avoid a scene and possible lawsuit. This manager insisted that I have been rude and abusive to her staff which is absolutely not the case. As a paying customer I have the right to expect professional timely service, and NO I don't think that gives me the right to be rude. That said, I am not obligated to accept poor service or errors in booking with a smile. The manager also claimed that staff had attempted to call me which is a blatant untruth. After yelling at me for two minutes, she then offered to fit me in. I - don't - think - so. Thanks to Minh for always doing a great job - but I won't be back. Like I said above, don't ever complain, criticize, or be having a bad day when you use their services.

Went for a pedicure, my nails look great but my feet didn't feel as soft as they have after pedicures from other places i have gone. The staff is friendly and treated us great. The place was clean. I would return again a second time.

I called to make an Appt a few day’s ahead to get my nails done for 1:45pm and showed up at 1:35pm. They then said my apt was at 1:15pm and they weren’t able to take me till later. I was actually around the mall and could of been there at 1:15pm if only they had called? I asked my partner that I even marked my Appt time CORRECTLY w him. I was diligent in asking for that time. Usually the call to see if I’m on my way would of been done. (If done, I would of been able to scoot over IMMEDIATELY) Furthermore, I was able to get my fill done at Paris Nails in the same mall with much more staff and no issues at all. Not impressed with the reception here.

I went there for a waxing and was very disappointed with the hygiene they maintain with their equipments. I also developed a rash with burning sensation on my skin later! This has never happened before

The only reason this salon is receiving two stars instead of one is because they "attempted" to correct the original disaster that took place. I went in last week for a dip powder mani and regular pedicure. My nails were long and healthy so I was really looking forward to getting them done--I had a baby 7 months ago. I asked for my nails to be almond shaped. My cuticles were left untouched, the shape was a joke and the result looked as if my 8 year old did my nails. I was horrified. My feet were so dry and looked awful as well. I emailed right away. Someone responded and asked if the manager at this location could reach out. She did and we booked an appt to fix my hack job. I went in a few days later and was treated like a criminal. I didn't realize at the time but a mature woman sat a few chairs down from my technician and never spoke a word to me---she was the manager. She knew that I was the girl returning for a do-over but never acknowledged me once. What kind of leadership is that? Needless to say--the nw manicure was mediocre at best. And for $98, I expected something decent. Apparently there are 1-2 girls that work there that are booked solid for their ability. But I certainly did not get a positive experience both times I went. And the skills of the technicians are poor. Not worth time or money. Not of which I will never get back.

Out of the places to go in town it’s not the worst but not the best either. In February I went in for a pedicure appointment (I made in advance) and was finished in 23 mins. I felt as though I was being rushed by the staff member who was doing my toes even though there were very little people there. My nails chipped two days after getting it done (no overly aggressive activities), the calluses on my heel were still large and rock solid, and they didn’t have a dryer to dry my toes before I went home. The main lady, who I believe manages it, is wonderful but wasn’t impressed with the other staff

Made an appointment with my mother for 2 pedicures, classic manicure and a full set of solar nails. The receptionist walked us over to ours chairs and ran the water for our foot soak. I looked into the tub and there was black dirt scum floating amongst the bubbles. When I brought it to the ladies attention, she got flustered and popped the filter cap off which caused the water to pour out every where. We cancelled our appointments and walked out. Be forewarned! May not be a safe and clean place. Further inspection, the front store window had dirt all over it, smears of something. Shops such as this should always appear spotless and sterile. Poor housekeeping ..........poor hygenine? Would not recommend

Went in two weeks ago to get acyrilic nails… I loved them at first and was just about to make an appointment for a filling, but one of my nails came off and turns out I have an infection. Not going back.

The girls seem very nice but my niece & I visited the salon August 31 & we both developed a terrible flu. This is the only place we went together & have narrowed it down to our visit. Upon closer reflection there were nails on the bench where you sit for your pedicure & no one was wearing a mask or gloves. Inspection needs to happen before I ever go back.

I always have a wonderful experience at Liv Nail Salon. I usually go about once a month. I actually prefer their manis & pedis to the upscale salons in the area. The staff are personable & take their time. Great value for price. Remember to bring cash for 10% off. Be sure to book ahead - I do it online - because they're usually pretty busy.

Came here for mini manicure for myself and my 4 year old daughter. The two ladies were absolutely amazing to myself and my daughter. They did amazing work and were so patient with my little girl. She just loved the whole experience..thank you both so much for an amazing day! I've been coming here for a while, I've always loved this salon, but this day was extra special. You made our days, but especially my daughters. I will definitely be back, and with my daughter.

me and my sister get our nails done to spend time together but this is not a place we will be visiting again. they've messed up our appointments twice, gotten rude employees every time we went in, the other day we just left because they refused to do dip nails which we booked over the phone and they refused to do an ombre design because it would "take too much time" when in reality they shouldve had more time to spend on us considering the appointment was booked for 4 people and 2 of them cancelled last minute! what's the point of booking appointments if we can't get what we want and end up disappointed consistently I've complained in person in the past to hopefully improve service but since then i only receive dirty looks and rude comments/ attitude from the woman I've complained about! maybe this will actually help, i dont know how you will last if this is how you treat your customers

Quickest shellac nails I have ever had and not in a great way. We shall see how they last. Would not recommend. My daughter was asked if she minded the dremel being used she said she didn’t want it. The girl asked about just using it on her cuticles my daughter said fine and then the girl went ahead and used it on her nails anyways.

Don't get your nails dipped they won't last very long. Mine only lasted a week and they said two to three weeks
