Great Experience: From the online booking, email reminder, great reception, awesome conversation and all that before the Float. Fidel made me feel like we were old friends over for tea. I was there with 2 other first timers and although friendly; total professional. I went with the recommendations of closed pod and no lights or music and truly enjoyed the entire experience. I think next time I will try it with music the whole time so I can shut my mind off. Arrived with pain from sciatica, left almost pain free. Highly recommend to anyone.

I very much enjoyed my experience at I-Float. The water was the perfect temperature. I was so impressed with how well equipped the rooms were. In your room is a shower with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, towels, a robe, lotions, hairdryer, waterproof earplugs, and vanity. I felt relaxed and slept great that night. My first visit was with my boyfriend and him and I were beyond satisfied with out first experience. It was a comfortable, smooth and relaxing atmosphere. I-Float is my happy place. I cannot express how life changing experiencing a float or an ozone sauna is. The owner is beyond lovely and really cares about each individual client, it's clear that she wants to help people and personally I find her warm and welcoming with an impressive wealth of knowledge. Float in the tank or pod for back/neck/arm/leg or any body pain or tension (highly recommended for parents who feel "touched out" and need a break) and use the ozone sauna for skin conditions/over production of yeast. Covid precautions are in place but you can tell how clean and well maintained the facility is that I wasn't worried for a moment. IFloat is Quinte's hidden gem!

This business is relatively new in the area, but word of mouth is spreading. A unique spa style treatment, that honestly seems to have eased some of my everyday aches and pains, despite having only one session in the pods. Another appointment is scheduled next week, and I look forward to the chance to see if it has a similar effect. Great staff, very restful atmosphere, and much attention to details involving safety, cleanliness, and customer apprehensions. Great job Fidel and your staff ! I think you have a winner.

I have found the I-Float spa experience to be one of deep serenity and peace. I love the warm, salty water and soft music. I have been experimenting with the different colours that are possible in the pod and each colour creates a different atmosphere/ feeling. The owner Fidel is so knowledgeable and caring. I tried i-float for pain management due to trauma. I was in a lot of pain and i got a recommendation to try, during the 1st session I experienced a lot of pain and discomfort which apparently is a normal reaction for the body to fight against gravity after the session I felt better, by the 2nd session the tension and the pain in my body was significantly reduced and I was able to sleep better as well. Awesome staff. Highly recommended.

When you turn in from Highway 62 to Rossmore Stop (gas/convience) and head to the far right over to I-float, there is plenty of parking and where you can leave any worries behind. The caring staff at this wellness and float establishment will take care of you and, provide all of the essentials items to start your floating experience off right. The environment is so peaceful, the private rooms and tanks are always spotless and cozy (not to mention put together with love and care), and the tea selection is also delicious. I-float feels like a home away from home. No matter what you may have going on in the outside world, these float tanks and the sensory deprivation can put you in touch with yourself, relaxation, and all of the health benefits that come along with the magnesium float bed. I am already looking forward to my fourth float as this place, it is the real deal!

I booked my husband for his birthday before Christmas and he raved about how good it was. Finally, I was able to book my first session and it was more than I expected. The level of relaxation I experienced far exceeded my expectations. My back and shoulder pain subsided immediately and for the duration of the weekend (not just a couple of hours). The facility is incredibly clean and well maintained. The facilitator is a lovely woman who is very well organized and educated in this field - she was able to answer any questions I asked before and after my session. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to focus on both their mental and physical health as a priority during these trying times. It is worth the investment and we so often do not prioritize our health - this is now a monthly scheduled activity and worth every penny.

Really great experience! The owner was really kind and explained everything really well. The bath was really relaxing and the room you are in is amazing. Everything you need for after the bath is there! Shower to get the salt off, Q-Tips, body cream, hair dryer... I really felt like a guest there. 100 % recommend and I will surely return!

When you walk in the door at I- Float in the County there is a feeling of peace, relaxation and wellness. Fidel has thought of every detail to ensure a wonderfully, relaxing experience. From the moment my body relaxes into position, the feeling of zero gravity sweeps over me. As I lay effortlessly suspended in the water without any pressure on my muscles and joints, the feelings of pain disappear. Feeling completely safe and free from pain, I enter a more relaxed state than I have possibly ever experienced. Floating is helping me with stress, anxiety and brain fog. I am so glad I-Float is open again and so close. This place is sparkling clean and sanitized to the highest standard, so there are no worries about COVID here (see video online of cleaning ritual after each float).With a background in the healthcare field, the owner opened I-Float with a mission to help people in the community. There are numerous benefits to floating, prescribed by doctors in many parts of the world. I am a member so float once a week to rejuvenate, helping me both physically and with stress and anxiety. With a membership you get a wonderful spa experience for a great deal: the towels are thick the shampoo and conditioner and body-wash are heavenly. The showers are nice and hot, lotions, robe if you need it and the conscientious owner gives added care and perks to members - everything is there for you to enjoy the peaceful healing time all to yourself. Highly recommended.

22 July 2020 I went to i-float for another fabulous and relaxing hour long float. As always, with the soothing music playing while I floated, I fully enjoyed the float. Every month I go for a float, my latest being on Saturday 5 September, and each time the experience is the same. It's very relaxing, and enjoyable.

For anyone who has not yet heard of I-float spa in Prince Edward County (PEC), I would strongly encourage you to check them out! I-float spa is located in Rossmore just before the Bay Bridge on Highway 62 and is a wonderful getaway just minutes from Belleville. For the past several months, I have been coming to i-float spa on a weekly basis to take advantage of the therapeutic benefits of floating. While I keep busy as a certified senior fitness instructor here in the county, I have also endured health challenges such as arthritis, knee replacement surgery, and intramedullary nailing (rod insertion into my tibia - yes, it is as fun as it sounds). That means that joint pain and stiffness are a daily reality for me. Along with those challenges I am the main caregiver for my dear husband who is 94 yrs old who has required complete personal care for several years. The practice of floating regularly has helped reduce the challenges of my pain and stiffness, while getting some much-deserved 'me time' in the process away from the stresses of caregiving. Everything simply floats away! If you could use a break from your busy schedule just to recharge...or (like me) you deal with aches, pains and high stress, try i-float spa soon! Love this place! The owners name is Fidel and she is so warm and welcoming. The spa is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Went for my first float recently however my partner goes regularly. We both love it! It's great for mental health and wellbeing , especially anxiety and sensory processing disorders. The quiet room & fireplace with the loose leaf tea is also a nice touch. The beginning experience was very comfortable and informative. I was a bit tentative about being inside the pod but it was totally fine and the option for lights and or leaving it open slightly was great although I was fine with it closed. Afterwards the ability to shower etc was great and everything was very clean. I can only equate the feeling afterwards to the same as after a massage. A bit tired but in a way that was also rejuvenating. I am going back for sure.

Help or hoax? I have a very bad back after fracturing 12 vertebrae in 2018. I was never pain free. My daughter mentioned " I Float in Rossmore, Ont. It was a last resort to me . I was skeptical at first but after meeting the owner, Fidel I went right in and had a freebie float. It's an amazing experience! It helps with many health issues other than pain. Mental health issues, heart conditions, etc. For me? It worked right away on me. I realized before leaving the spa that I had zero pain. I've continued this regime every week. The owner is a County gal and lives in Massassaga. The spa is so clean and fresh smelling that it boosts your mood just going in. I am now riding my bicycle over a mile every night. I still have days of pain but I can stand that as I have times without pain. I urge everyone to try it. It's not a hoax. It's a huge help! Angela

I was initially concerned that I might feel claustrophobic in the float pod, but it was much bigger than I imagined and the team at I-Float have carefully considered and provided many options should someone feel the need to adjust or request assistance at any time throughout the float.
