The massage therapist, Lana Cummings, is the best I've ever had. She's different than any I've been to. She doesn't only work on relaxations and the pain but the entire body and the structure, the spinal cord, the bones and the muscles. She tries to fix the root problem of the pain. If she is unable to fix something she recommends a physiotherapist in Oakville, Lilian Daymond, in Club Physio Plus, who is an expert in fixing everything. You wouldn't need to go back to her after 3-4 times. I am much better since I've been going to Lana. It's worth going to her.
