Enjoyed a wonderful facial today and my skin feels years younger. The attention to providing an unbelievable experience was terrific. Loved the new arrivals of clothes as well. Definitely a place I want to frequent and experience all of their services again and again.

I bought a spa pkg special from a woman going around to all of the businesses in Belleville. It was $59 +tax and included a facial, eyebrow wax, 1/2 massage and a micro dermabrasion treatment. First appt I made was for thw facial. The earliest avail appt was 2 weeks away. I made it for 5:30 pm as I work down the street and finish at 5. When I showed up I was rudely told that my appt was for 6 and I would have to wait. Not a good first impression. I waited and the facial was nice. Second appt I made was for a brow wax. I was able to make it for 3 days later....better. Unfortunately, once done, one of my brows was half the size of the other. I needed to go to my regular girl to have them "fixed". It actually took 6 weeks to fix them. Third appt was the 1/2 hour massage. She convinced me to pay $39 extra for the full hour. I arrived at 5:20 she started the music in the room around 5:25 and the massage about 10 minutes later. She finished at 6:15, which if you do the math is only a 35 minute massage. When I questioned her she replied "I set my timer on the phone, you got her at 5:15" As I left work at 5:15, that was impossible. I let it go as I had already decided that once I did my last service, I would never return. Fourth and last appt......the real reason I bought the pkg and the main reason I've decided to write this review. As someone who has had over a dozen micros done, I know exactly what it involves.Unfortunately for this spa, she thinks if she pretends to do a micro, no one will notice. She used the machine but failed to use any crystals. Any one who has had a micro knows that it is a little like sand blasting your face. Tiny crystals get everywhere. your hairline, ears, eyes, etc. Well, there was none. She literally just blasted me with air for 20 minutes. In conclusion, I'm sure if you are a full paying customer (in her mind) you may get better service, but I doubt it. However, if you are every offered the special spa pkg, DON'T BUY IT. The service you receive is sub par and a total rip off.

This place is incredible! The owner-Gordana puts a lot of thought in helping you choose the right pieces. All of their items are so unique therefore you never have to worry about someone else having the same thing! I have never recieved such great service- I was even offered a fruit shake while I shopped around this beautiful store. If you haven't gone in, it is a must in Belleville!!!

I received a spa package as a Christmas gift and still have not been able to get any of the services done (not that I would ever want to at this point). I have never experienced such bad customer service as I have with this so called business. I would never recommend it to anyone - it was such a complete waste of time and money and now it's a whole other issue for me to get a refund of my money. It took me over 4 weeks (not kidding) of trying to book my services via telephone, voicemails, and Facebook messages. When I finally got a hold of someone to book my services and show up to my first one half an hour early I can't get the door of the "house" to open. So I tried calling three times, pounding on the door, looking in the windows and nothing.. I figured maybe the staff was out for lunch so I waited in the parking lot for 29 minutes and finally decided to try and knock on the door one more time before giving up and leaving (as too not waste anymore of my saturday) and success someone finally opens the door! I explain to her that I was there early but couldn't open the door and tried contacting them without success and she tells me that she seen sitting in the parking lot but that I AM LATE (by a whopping 9 minutes) and now I need to RESCHEDULE the service. So I drove 40 minutes to this place, show up half an hour early, to find that I can't even get in the front door or get a hold of anyone, wasted my Saturday afternoon only to be told to reschedule and repeat this again? I told her I wanted a refund and she informed me that I have to contact the advertising company that sold the spa package - how does that make any sense? Not to mention the so called advertising company's phone # hangs up as soon as you call it and no response from them via email. Not only do I not get my services now I have lost out on over $100.00. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE IT IS A COMPLETE JOKE.
