SCAM!!! I ordered a pool cover and the money was taken from my account. A week later my order came up as cancelled. I wasn't notified. The money was not refunded. I attempted contact through email and phone with no response. If I could rate zero I would.

I had some difficulty contacting someone, but they did call me back the same day. I ordered a new hot tub pump and delivery was incredibly fast. I ordered around 2pm and it arrived on my doorstep the next morning at 9am. The pump was absolutely perfect and went in with zero difficulty. I would highly recommend. But be sure you check every last spec on your existing pump and compare to the new pump so that you have as easy a time as I did. I will most certainly order again. Thank you.

I was having issues finding the right filters for my older hot tub. You folks had them in stock, on sale to boot! Needed two but ordered four to take advantage of the free shipping. I received them the very next day. The whole customer experience was awesome! Well done.

The advice and suggestions for using the product went far beyond selling it to me, but helping make sure that our pool was set up for it so that it wouldn't destroy our pool.
