I have had several pedicures here before and they have all been great! Super friendly staff, always do a great job. I booked an appointment for an acrylic fill today as I desperately needed them done before having my baby, they did an awesome job! Love my nails and fixed some of the things I didn’t like about the previous set I had from another place. Will definitely just start doing my mani and pedi here all the time now. :)

I was sort of disappointed they couldn't do the design I wanted. Because it was a 3D design and they only have acrylic in white or whatever. Other then that their walk in service is good. They took me and my two sister in laws at once. A little rude to speak in their language to each other infront of customers.

Fastest pedicure I've ever had. It was well enough done but a bit pricey. Also had nail extentions done again and gal was speedy and efficient. She listened to my requests and I'm very happy with results. Price good for quality of work. Environment very clean and tidy and employees were diligently sanitizing after each client.

Got a pedi, I trimmed my nails before hand. The tech offered to trim my big toes, and ended up cutting them back right to the skin. Surprised I didn't get an infection, but my toes do hurt. I won't be going back.

I don't usually give one star reviews, but let's just say this place is cheap and you get what you pay for. I only went because they were "open" on Sunday. Although each time I went during their posted hours the door was locked, I had to call and wait for her to come. She didn't speak enough English to understand what I wanted. It's fine that she didn't speak much English, but maybe there should be a menu on the wall or something to help. If you go, **bring a picture of what you want**. The final product was terrible. I showed her what she did wrong and she agreed she messed up and apologized but didn't offer to fix it. I didn't want to argue because she had another customer. She charged me full price. I decided to see if I could live with it, but they just looked so awful. I went back later, (again locked) this time she blamed me then tried to fix it by cutting the side of my nail down to the quick. I wouldn't let her try that on the others. What they needed was to be entirely redone but she wouldn't. Now I have to go have them removed and redone somewhere else. So if you're looking to save a few dollars, go to a place that will do them right the first time. If you're looking for a Sunday appointment, the posted hours are a vague suggestion. Sorry for the bad review but I was very disappointed and now am paying 3x what I originally anticipated.

My nails are all different shapes, the gel wasnt put all the way up to my cuticle so will grow out really quick. The heart design on my ring finger looks like a kid drew it. I have been here in the past years ago and never had an issue so I'm not sure what happened to get quality this bad.

I got a fungal infection on my finger nail from this place and my acrylics kept breaking, I went in twice to get it repaired not to mention my nails were all different lengths as well as crooked.

I love this place. The service is fast and efficient. The establishment is plain but the place is clean and you are treated as part of the family. The prices are competitive with others but I think they only take cash.

Very bad experience today. She cut me 3 times with the nail file. Didn't do the color I asked for. After the 3rd times she cut my finger I asked her to be more careful. She stared speaking in her language. 2 other worker were looking at me. Like I did something wrong. I went to pay I was going to leave a 5.00 tip.but after she slammed the interact machine down on the counter in front of me. I said forget it. She never said thank you or anything. Well very bad customer service.

Went in for a pedicure, it was less then 20 mins from start to finish. I came in to relax and she rushed through everything. She took no time or care on anything. And my feet feel no better then they did before the pedicure.

Every time I go here to get my nails done / eyebrows waxed she is NEVER there, even with an appointment booked prior. For example my mom and I went to get our brows waxed tonight at 7pm as it says she is open until 8 o’clock, we get there and all of the lights are off and she is gone. Don’t recommend.

I do not usually write reviews because I truly do not care enough, however I need to let all you ladies know NOT TO COME HERE!! I usually get my nails done at Queen Nails Orin the mall but everyone’s was packed (Cali nails was not and now I know why) I brought a picture of what I wanted so that made it more easier on her seeing as Shen didn’t really have photos or anything to show what you want. I wanted an acrylic set, coffin shape and painted white. Firstly, she barely used any glue to support the fake nail going on, she used scissors to cut/shape the nails (which I’ve never seen before). She was in quite a rush and didn’t even out the nail, so my nails are very jagged, which you can see very clearly in the white colour. None of the nails are even in length she didn’t check to see if they were either. The tips are not straight on a lot of them, if any. I pointed out to her the issues, that they nail was bumpy/jagged so she tried to add more polish and top coat, which if anything made it worse. While my nails were drying she was putting on her jacket (nails weren’t fully dry) and when I did leave she left with me- meaning she does absolutely no clean up in there (which is obvious) While I was washing my hands, my boyfriend said she put paint thinner in the colour. I paid $40 for my nails to look horrible, so ladies go to other places- they charge almost the same and will look A LOT better.

Tried to pre pay for my girlfriends wedding party the day they went to do nails. Man tried talking to me while doing nails, I couldn’t hear him at all so he just yelled back at me to come when the party came in. Problem is I had to work. Won’t be using this business again. Worst customer experience I’ve had in awhile
