I got a pedicure with a friend there mast time and a shellac manicure this visit. Both times have been pleasant and has given me good results! They give you this little card so when you get 10 visits in, you're eligible for a free manicure. What a great program! The place is right beside a Metro and Subway, so there's a lot of parking. There is a washroom just in case you need to use it, and the entire place is very clean and bright. I would suggest calling ahead as I did try one time on a Saturday to walk in and they had appointments lined up for most of the afternoon so I couldn't get in right then. Overall, great experience!

Probably one of the better salons in this area. They are clean and the colour selection is honestly overwhelming. I had an acrylic set done at another salon out of town and they were honestly botched.... I couldn't wait to get them filled and fixed and I'm glad I returned here. I'd only had shellac manicures done here before and was usually pretty pleased with them, so I figured a fill would be no problem. The nail tech I saw took her time, fixed all the crooked nails on my left hand, shaped them nice and naturally and showed a lot of attention to detail. I have to keep my nails pretty short for work and short acrylics tend to look a bit wonky I find, but she made them look so natural you cant even tell they're acrylic! Very pleased. Some advice though; make an appointment, and try to go during slow times if possible. I've been here when its busy and overbooked and they do rush you a bit.

I've been to this place about a month ago and it was ok, mediocre really, but ok. Came the second time today to give it another chance and never coming back. They take more clients than what they can handle, so people are waiting with their feet or hands soaked for a while before they get service. I also got some type of amateur, 'coz he had no idea what he was doing, and since he did not seem to understand what I am saying it was really challenging. Do you really want someone with clippers around your feet that pulls on skin instead of cutting it... grrrr. I told him a few times what I need and he just looked blank... anyways, he ended up applying the nail polish so thick, that it took a very long time to dry... and in addition it way uneven application. Hecalso left a lot of work undone. It sucked. If it was an amateur hour I should at least pay less or get a warning! Not happy. Got home, had to clean whatever was not completed and re-do nail polish ????

Called this salon shortly after the Covid restrictions lifted. I was on vacation in the Midland area so was not familiar with them at all, so I booked based on reviews. So glad I did! It was absolutely the very BEST mani/pedi ever ... worth a return trip to the area for a repeat performance. Yen, my technician, gives the greatest hand and foot massages! I was impressed with the cleanliness and very professional environment. I highly recommend this salon.

I got gel nails with shellac done here and my nails looked wonderful when I left, but I've had 4 of my nails break in less than 2 weeks while doing things like eating a bagel or putting my pillows on my bed. SO unimpressed with these nails, especially since i paid 60$ for them. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend going here

Bought a treatment for my wife and her girl friend. They up sold me for the $45 “deluxe”. Save the extra $15. Just get the regular. The deluxe lasts 30min and they sit you away from your friend when you go. I figured like the other times when I have done this at other establishments they have pedicure together... AT THE SAME TIME. Not booking there again. My wife had had regular treatments that felt more deluxe than this one.

You can only choose a solid colour or solid sparkle (from what the ladies told us when we attempted to ask for ombré or a pattern design of ANY SORTS). They also were not staffed for our appointment we booked a week in advance for 3 people (note this was not for any special occasion, just trying something new with my girlfriends). Waited 2 hours for my other friends to finish before they even started mine because of their mess up. They also didn’t even fill them properly up to my nailbed and wouldn’t push back my cuticles when I asked so there was a huge gap left. Then when I asked “well then I’ll have to. Omw back in 3 days because they will look too grown out” they told me “it’s $45 for a fill (the same price as our nails were to start with!!!) Terrible job, they were rough as hell, and wasted my time.

The girl who did my dip nails did not know what she was doing. I’ve had the dip done on my nails for several years. I tried this place because I just moved here and needed to find a good place to get my nails done. It is called dip because you dip your nails into a powder. The girl who did mine did not do that. She did the dip just like you would do acrylic nails. Dab the brush in the liquid, put the dip on the brush and applied it. That is not how it’s done. When I told her that she said she knew what she was doing. She did not. I was left with “bald” spots on my nails and the colour wasn’t as vibrant as it should’ve been. When I pointed this out to her she didn’t seem to care or get it. If you’re looking for a good salon to do dip, this one’s not it.

I got my nails done here and will never go back. I’m not one to write reviews but in this situation it is necessary. The staff working did not talk to me at all, it was very uncomfortable and awkward the entire hour I was there. The girl at the beginning was very rude when I showed her what I wanted done to my nails. Then I had a second girl do my nails. When getting my acrylic nails done the woman globbed the powder all over my nails, the shape was all over and uneven. My thumbs were two completely different lengths. One of them has air bubbles so my nail is bumpy. And the tips of 4 nails were not filed straight. They were crooked and when I got home I filed them to make them even. I asked for square shape, and they ended up looking round from all the product she put on. My nails are also so thick and heavy, and they are too wide compared to my natural nail so I assume I’ll end up having lifting at the sides. (If I kept them on) I have very small hands and nails, and my nails look very wide and large. The nail is overlapping on my skin at the sides. At the end she seemed in a rush to go talk to somebody so she wasn’t paying much attention and tried doing it quickly (which is probably why I ended up with all the uneven nails) I will be going to a different nail salon this week to have them removed. The only positive is the colour of nail is exactly what I wanted. Overall I’m extremely disappointed for the price I paid. I was hoping to find a new salon to get my nails done since I was travelling over an hour before to get my nails done at a different salon but I guess not!!

Booked an appointment over the phone for a certain time, went in and found they had double booked me. They told me they couldn't do my nails because they were all filled up and they blamed me for the mistake. The last time I went there they started doing my nails and then told me they couldn't do the pattern I wanted because they were closing down. Overall 1 star. Tonight was my first time there my 8yr old& both got a pedicure she got her nails painted (amazing art work)& I got a full set.. Well I love the shape but they are a little uneven with my other hand.. The hand drawn design is wonderful just really wish she would have evened it out. Got a gift as well, little bottle of lotion but its amazing & a they give you a card 10 stamps $20 off on your 10th time.. Will go again, my fault for not speaking up! I was really impressed with this place! I went in for a pedicure and Angela did an amazing job! She really took her time, and did an perfect shellac pedicure. The place was extremely clean and all equiptment was brand new. Some things that were included in the pedicure that aren't always included at other places: (1) a hot towel wrap on your legs (2) an exfoliation scrub (3) a longer foot & leg massage than usual. Also, they have a rewards program! I've never seen that at a nail salon before. I would highly recommend this place!

I had booked an appointment for pedicure and gel nails and when I got there I was informed after my feet were done there was no time for my nails to be done only a manicure and it was my fault I said manicure when I walked in and not gel nails but yet I told the guy several times what I wanted done to my nails. They still had the nerve to charge me for filing and cleaning up nails prior to telling me I was not having gel nails put on. Not impressed not going back!!!! Used the excuse only 1 person to do gel nails but yet I booked appointment 3 days ago and still had to wait 20 minutes to be served!!!!! Now have to find a place to do my nails prior to sons wedding NOT IMPRESSED!!!

I made an apt with someone and when I got there, she wasn’t there. They tried to point me to someone else, I think saying it was her, but it was not. Nobody spoke a lick of English, which added to my frustration. They sat me down at a table and left me there, saying nothing. So disappointing after 5 mins I just walked out. Tip to owner: have at least one person that speaks (at least conversation-level) English.

Booked two pedicure appointments Saturday morning, for noon. Called about 10 min later to ask if they may have enough room for one more person, but to have her fingernails done, the lady only said, I don’t think we can fit her in- I said That was ok, just wanted to try and was about to thank her for her time, but she hung up on me. Set my mood already, was hesitant to go. We went for our pedi, and the girl who did mine just butchered my big toe nails. She asked if I wanted them clipped, I said yes, trusting she knew what she was doing. (As you would when paying for these services). She cut them on an angle (with toe clippers) into the middle of the nail, and somehow cut the skin ???? then she continued with the cuticle clippers to make them even shorter (past the nail bed!) ???? once she was done clipping and buffing and whatnot, she asked how they looked. At this point, the damage was done. I just said fine. She didn’t acknowledge that she cut me or anything. Right before she painted them, she was wiping them down with a cloth, I instinctively pulled back when she rubbed on my cut toe (ow!) saying please be careful I think you clipped the skin in the process. She just said, Oh, and moved on. Err!! The floors were filthy, walking over to where to nail dryers were, she wouldn’t put my flip flops on when I asked, said she does that after they’re dry (even though the guy who did my moms put hers on before he painted them- like normal). Walking around in socks now is actually sore, the friction of the toe and the lining of the front of the sock and the pressure on the toes when walking. I’m afraid to put my shoes on, I do a lot of walking ???? 1st and last time visiting there. Truly disappointed. Maybe some of their staff is talented, but I won’t be letting my feet take that chance again.

No greeting and not overly friendly. I booked for a friend and myself to get pedicures. No comminucation from staff during the pedicure or after. One toe nail chipped just after leaving so I went back and asked for it to be fixed. It was just painted over leaving the nail looking lumpy.

Had an appointment with my friend, they didnt even sit us together, didnt have conversation with us and talked to each other in their own language. Nail shape was great, but when it came to the design it was terrible, I had to go home and cover the terrible job he did. It looked nothing like the picture I showed him. Got charged for $55+tax for acrylic nails that say $30 on their website. First time come in to this place and I will never go back.

I picked my colour and when the guy went and got the polish, he brought back the wrong one and started applying before I could realize it wasn’t the right one. Won’t be going back!
