Fist time in this place, I can say the restaurant is very good, excellent service, good prices, quality ingredients and many options. Maybe it is the best part of the hotel. I spent a night in the room outside of the main building and it was horrible. The heat is not enough, so it was a very cold night (reported but they couldn't fix the problem), the next day, I moved to the main building, things were better there but my room did not have a microwave. So please avoid those rooms outside of the main building and you will be good. The pool it is a nice experience but the one located in Moose Jaw , at least for me looks better, specially with the outdoor side. But the service in Moose Jaw is very poor. Here in Manitou, I was very surprised with the very good service, the friendly and professional staff. If it wasn't for the low heat in that room in a cold night (-30C) they had gotten a 5 start rating.Thanks to Yazid in the restaurant for the great service and the team working at the front desk on Feb 22nd evening and Feb 23rd morning, very friendly and professional. See you in summer, thanks.

Loved loved the pool! But the food was shockingly poor quality, very disappointing, for a facility this large with menu prices as high as they were I was expecting better food. Pasta was overcooked and mussels were served raw, They were kind enough to remove the pasta from my bill. My wife's quinoa salad was absolutely covered in capers, which I have never ever seen at the hundreds of restaurants I've eaten at, totally ruined her meal. The pizza was 5/10 the cheese was fairly good but bland no flavor. The sauce amazing! The crust was unique but not necessarily enjoyable, did not feel like you were eating Pizza but rather biscuits, has to be eaten with a fork.

The facility in itself is dated yet clean. This is not a high end spa, however, if you are looking for its medicinal properties, then this is the right place. It is fairly quiet and the pool itself is worth the short trip for temperature and mineral content. The staff could be better as there are some that are very good, however, they do not outshine those that are less then.

The family suite we paid extra for was a dump, the wouldn't even deliver food to us, from the hotel restaurant and when we did pick it up it was sub par at best. Would not stay here again . Staff was rude when we told them about our complaints to top things off. All the hype was just that - hype. Don't waste your money.

I recently visited for the first time and it was amazing! My whole family (6 people) had a wonderful time. The village is beautiful to see while walking around, and the beach was so relaxing. There was a 3-4 hour wait for our room to be ready, but the pros definitely outweigh the cons! I hope I will be able to travel back soon!!!

This is actually a spa! The water has a high mineral content and varies from hot to quite hot. My body felt like lead crawling back out. All of the staff were great to me and my family. The Water’s Edge Restaurant is worth a visit. It’s up a level with a great view over the lake. Helpful staff and good meals. I had the New York steak and it was cooked just the way I like it. Tender, but with a bit of bite to it, and a beefy flavor. The next day brunch had a wide selection of foods. This was our first trip to Manitou and we’ll do it again.

We are coming there each May for five nidhts. It's the best place for us to re-energize! Missed the breakfast though ????. Hopefully, after COVID it will be offered again.

Great hotel. Love the pool, so relaxing. Rooms are clean and nice. The beds are super comfortable. Great views of the lake. I really enjoy the breakfast buffet that comes with the stay. Definitely worth getting up for.

Pretty decent hotel and amenities. Restaurant has good food and a good selection. Some of the staff could use more customer service training. People expect to be catered to when they, or their organization, spends money in a hotel.

We had a great experience. The Pool area was just amazing. Staff was very friendly. All had a deep tissue massage which was sooooo good. I got a mud facial and I was very happy with it. Thank you very much.

It's a nice location. Everything looks well maintained or new-ish. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We were only there to pass through and book a massage for later.

Went to have upper at the restaurant. 3 servers walked by and ignored us before anyone even said hello. Finally seated and asked about the vegan options listed on the menu. The server was rude and dismissive while telling us the pasta was vegan but none of the sauces were. Really disappointing that we had to leave the hotel to eat.

Had a great time at this place. Got the two night Winter Package for $500. Came with a room with jacuzzi and king size bed, breakfast for 2 each day and unlimited access to the mineral spa. We thought it was great. During a cold Saskatchewan winter it's a nice getaway.
