I have been going to Spa Lumina for years. I absolutely love and strongly recommend Dr.Gandhi and Dr.Kentz. They are kind, understanding and very professional. Whether you go for botox, fillers, laser treatment etc., remember they are doctors you can trust with these services. BTW they are not sales people! They will always recommend the minimum as you can always add more if needed. Besides that, the Spa's services especially facials are fabulous!! The staff are amazing as well! If you have any questions and are new to these treatments book a consult. This is the only place you need to check out! If you get spa treatments and services regularly, again, make a time to meet the staff here and see all they have to offer. You won't be disappointed!

The overall atmosphere of the spa is relaxed, sanitary, and welcoming. The ladies at the front desk, Nicky and Kendra are the two I see most often and they make it feel like you're walking into your best friends house even on your first trip. I've had only good experiences here (great, even.) I began laser hair removal treatment here, I decided to go with Spa Lumina because they had medical staff available to consult and not many spa's with laser equipment had any staff with medical training. On top of my treatments, I've gotten a number of services. I've started doing facials and back facials, waxing and massage. Sarah is my girl!! She does all my facials, laser treatment, and waxing. She gave my partner a full body massage and he loved it, complete jello after. He's coming back to the spa, he said. Tracy did my full body massage, and it was my very first one. She made it very comfortable and I almost left with the gown on because I was so relaxed. My facials have improved my acne in such a short amount of time. I have been dealing with painful, cystic acne for years. I took whatever facials were recommended to me (I trust her to make the best choice.) Sarah also gave me sample bottles of cream / serums to try and I've really benefited from 2 of them specifically. Sarah, you are a life saver. Thank you so much, lol. If you ever see this. They also have a makeup line there that I love. There's samples right in the waiting room, and I've personally bought their foundation and highlighter. :) Check their website for services, because they do more than you may think! I didn't know they did manicures / pedicures!

Megan was professional, knowledgeable and very skilled at delivering this treatment. She made sure the entire spa experience was so relaxing and enjoyable. I have also had laser hair removal treatments with Renee and I cannot say enough good things about this service. There is no comparison to the dozens of ineffective laser treatments that I have had previously over the years. They were painful and didn’t work. Spa Lumina use the highest quality laser that is virtually pain free and actually works. My hair is gone for good. Renee is so professional and skilled at delivering this service and always makes me feel at ease. I am so thrilled with the results.

My wife has had laser hair removal from them from before covid until after everything reopened. This place is so mismanaged and every appointment begins and ends with confusion. The last time we went they charged 2.5 times the time before that without any real reason. There were a few times where we would get appointment notifications for other people and no one seems to know why. If you are looking at spend high end money with good results, I would recommend to try somewhere else.

From my general inquiry to my appointment and treatment, all the staff here were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Nicky was so easy to talk to and made the process a breeze. She contacted me with a last minute cancelation and got me in that day! She definitely went above and beyond to get me in sooner than the initial consult date I was given. When I arrived, all of the girls at reception were so friendly and welcoming! It definitely put me at ease being a bit anxious going into the process. I had my consult with Dr. Gandhi - what a professional and caring man. He took the time to listen to my concerns, evaluated my concerns/problem areas and formulated a treatment plan. What was nice is that there was no pressure or sales pitches. When I went back to reception to book an appointment for my first treatment, they asked if I had time to wait about 10-15 minutes as they could do the first treatment that day if I wanted... I waited and my treatment was performed by Megan. She took the time to explain each step of the process and kept checking in to make sure that I was okay. She was so calming and easy to talk to. The girls up front were able to schedule my future treatments with no issues at all. Overall, they definitely have a professional and caring group of staff who take their time to listen and answer all of your questions/concerns, they don't rush you and don't pressure you into treatment or the sales of products. Nicky even checked up on me the next day to see how I was doing! Amazing experience and I am definitely going to be booking more services aside from my current treatments in the future!

When you walk into the spa you are greeted by their professional and friendly staff each and every time! The atmosphere has a very relaxing, professional vibe. They have specialty hot drinks, water and cookies available to their clients. They take their time to make sure their quality of work is never compromised! I find it so relaxing that I end up falling asleep during the process. The technicians are extremely professional and genuinely friendly. I first went to spa lumina 2 years ago after moving to Barrie. I had treatments before but was still apprehensive about having Botox at a new clinic. First thing is the spa is clean and friendly and the injections are done by the doctors who are amazing, I have even had my lips done which I was never going to do cause I really want a natural look. The doctors never over do the treatments, people comment on how rested and young I look no one has ever suggested they think I use Botox and fillers. I've visited Spa Lumina multiple times. My first treatment was to address my acne (clusters on my forehead, chin and cheeks). I was advised Microdermabrasion and the Genesis laser would be best to help with my concerns. The results were immediate. Two weeks later I have not had any new breakouts (prior to treatment, I was getting new breakouts every other day) and my under-the-skin pimples are completely gone. My second session was to address dark pigmentation left by previous breakouts. The 'Fire and Ice' facial significantly decreased my deep scarring. By the next day my scars (which had been around for a year+) were nearly invisible. I don't need to cover them with concealer anymore! As a newbie to acne and facials, the customer service and professionalism shown by the staff has been thoroughly appreciated. Wish I came sooner, I will definitely be back.

After doing some research, I decided to try Spa Lumina for a manicure and pedicure to see if I would be happy with the service. I was very pleased. Megan was professional, organized and friendly. My manicure lasted 2 weeks (shellac) and my pedicure still looks good 4 weeks later. I have returned to the spa since and plan to try the Oxygeneo facial as soon as possible. I am excited to see how the spa will transform once their renovations are complete. I think separating the spa from the medical services will be fantastic. I had a great experience at Spa Lumina. I had a raised red bump on the end of my nose that just showed up one day and didn’t go away on its own. Once I had it for about a year I booked an appointment at Spa Lumina and a technician did a laser treatment on it. Unfortunately it didn’t work so they had me back to see the doctor. He tried a second laser treatment and surprisingly it didn’t help again. The doctor was great though and explained my options if the mark was too stubborn for laser options to work. I returned for a third appointment in which the doctor cauterized it. It wasn’t painful and it worked instantly. The healing time was quick and the mark is now completely gone. I am very pleased with the professionalism and quality of service I received there. I would definitely recommend.
