Had an excellent first experience! Reasonable prices, very friendly and easy-to-talk-with staff, and an excellent manicure. They didn't have the colour I wanted, but the staff was incredibly patient with my terrible cuticles! I'll definitely be returning for another visit and a more detailed review.

This is such a lovely spa! Alexia was so warm and welcoming upon arrival and Kaelia did an amazing service. Kaelia was very hygenic, thorough, gentle, and professional! I booked super last minute through their online booking system and to my luck they had availablility the day of! Very convenient and accommodating. Would absolutely suggest this location for aesthetics :)

Renu U has been my go-to spa for many years now. I love the friendly atmosphere and the staff are great. The spa offers all sorts of great treatments including nail extensions and waxings. It is a one-stop spa spot! All the staff are wonderful and very talented. I see Alexia for my nails and she is absolutely amazing. She is so talented and very creative with nail art. She always makes sure that your nails are perfect and I get lots of compliments on my nails. I would highly recommend Renu U for your next spa visit.

I go to RENU U Aesthetics to have ION foot detox!! I feel so much better after having my feet soak. I have brought my best friend and even my autistic daughter to have the detox. It is incredible! Follow that up with a pedicure! I highly recommend! If you haven't tried it. You need to go pamper yourself! Highly recommend.

I went to Kaelia for a Brazilian wax and was very impressed with the outcome. There wasn't a single hair left behind. She used witch hazel afterwards to disinfect and it really calmed the skin. I will definitely be coming back here again!

Bit of a disappointment. Booked a spa package for a friend as a birthday gift and she was disappointed by the quality and service. (Info was from my friend who actually attended the appointment). It was something to laugh about later though. Massage was super greasy, had to shower when she got back. Also it was a very unusual massage with bright windows, and the worker using a karate chopping technique. No relaxation what so ever. My friend said the worker couldn't get the CD player to work, yes you read that correctly.. CD player.. so another worker had to come in and help her.. while my friend was naked in the room, they ALSO left the door completely open while they were trying to figure it out. Not a great way to start off the 'spa day'. Facial was sub par, said it just burned her skin, but she does have sensitive skin. Manicure and pedicure were atrocious. She was put in the corner for her service on a stool while the worker didn't wear gloves and brought over a dollar store bucket filled with water. There were professional salon chairs which she didn't get to use. Worker scrapped off her dead skin with her foot on her lap and then made my friend put her other foot onto her lap where her dead skin was. Then at the end fluffed the dead skin onto the floor. Also.. not to mention they missed A WHOLE TOE on one foot. The worker missed painting her nail on one toe. I asked my friend why she didn't say anything and she said because she was over it and just wanted to leave because at that point she had been there for almost 3 hours already and wanted to go home and shower the massage off. Overall she said she would not recommend it and would not go back as it felt very unsanitary and unprofessional. She also mentioned the girl preforming her service talked the entire time, which was no problem at all, but she would stop her service if she was telling the story which made the whole experience drag on. If you are looking for a spa package as a gift I would recommend purchasing else where as it was a bit embarrassing to hear these horrific stories after the experience.

My fiance has never come home so upset. Apparently the the unrespectable and customer serviceless woman doing her nails , embarrassed the hell out of her for having worn down nails, asking to take a before and after picture. What kind of customer service is this, to embarrass your clients and bring unwanted attention to them from everyone in the salon. Someone getting married and wanting to look their best should not have to receive treatment like this. You should be embarrassed by your classless employee. Shame on you.

I went to get my nails done for a wedding. The atmosphere was amazing. But the products they used were not curing properly. Now time is the wedding and it's been 3 days since my nail appt and my nails are chipping... and my mother inlaws nail chipped too. For the price of service I expected my nails to last .

as somebody who has severe anxiety and tends to self harm as a soothing technique, picking at my nails for example. I was completely mortified, embarrassed and ashamed when the technician called across the room “Grab the camera! Grab the camera! Is it charged? Charge it and bring it over, I want to take a before shot”. Perhaps, before you grab the attention of everybody in the room to look at me and my nails, maybe you should have asked permission BEFORE shouting for the camera. The only reason I didn’t walk out was because my sisters were treating me for my wedding. Thankfully the customer beside me was sweet enough to talk to me and I was able to get through the appointment. I cried when I arrived home.

Staff were extremely knowledgeable about skin care, their products, basically everything that had to do with their line of work. Got a facial (absolutely loved it) & ended up buying a few products from the Thalgo line they used. They offer wide range of services and the staff are great. Products they care are not cheap, but well worth the money. Definitely recommend, can't wait to come back

So my girl friend sends me this: “ I just had a Brazilian wax done , and I’m so upset ! There’s so many spots she missed , I have patches everywhere and they are clear to see ! And she didn’t even do my but area at all ! She just finished me and said she won’t have time to do my leg wax .. yes I came 15 mins late .. but anywhere I go they book me an hr and a half for full leg and Brazilian.. my apt 5:30 I came just before 5:45 . She’s done 6:20. she then stops mid wax and says alright I’m done i have another customer. I’m like um can u do the top u missed the sides to as I can feel the hair with my hands not even looking and she’s like oh yah haha . Gets that done before 6:30then leaves the room I get up go down stairs say well I wanted my lip and chin to she’s like well I have another person coming in but I’ll do that just don’t have time for ur legs .. the place is dead nobody is there .. so she dose my lip and chin .. horribly as well .. still I’m waiting for my ride and nobody comes in 15 mins later.. in my line of business I keep working on my customers till my next customer comes in .. but not her . I felt like she just wanted to leave early. I’m so upset ! Now it’s a long weekend and I just waisted almost 100$ to now shave myself! I will never go back ! “ She sent me this crying.. I’m angry! How can u do this to a customer!

My mother in law and I went in early in the morning and they did everything they could to accommodate us, including calling one of the girls in early! My experience was fantastic. I got gel nails and came home and didn't love them ( this was my first time having gel nails and I wasn't 100% on what they should look like ) I called them with my concerns and they got me in that very day to help fix my problem. They are absolutely amazing and so friendly! I will definitely recommend them!

I had such a wonderful experience at Renu U. The spa is incredibly charming and cozy. Nicole is so kind and her work is truly amazing - I got a lash lift and tint with a specific request to focus mostly on my outer lashes as I don’t usually wear makeup and I didn’t want anything too dramatic. She did exactly what I was envisioning and gave me a natural looking light brown tint with a gentle lift which really makes my eyes pop in a subtle way. I’m so happy with the results! I’d absolutely recommend anyone to book Nicole and her services - she’s the best ????
