I love going to Natural Balance Day Spa. I have been a client of Krista's for a year now and have enjoyed every visit there. Relaxing, light atmosphere love my experiences with Krista or her staff. Krista is always accommodating my crazy schedule as well. My daughter is totally hooked on going to the spa. Brings a smile to our face! You will enjoy your experience try it!

I have been coming to Natural Balance Day Spa since it opened almost! I love the atmosphere, the products, the service...the staff are wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable! I went to this spa with a friend for a girls day and it was amazing. I had an hour custom facial and my friend had an hour full body massage. My facial was amazing and expertly tailored to my skin/needs. I am told that the hour massage left my bestie feeling loose like a wet noodle LOL staff were talented, kind and went above and beyond. Product line was local (big plus) and high quality. Will def be going back. The heated beds alone made it worth it. If anyone asks me for advice on something to do I will be recommending this spa.

LOVE LOVE LOVE. I just started going to Natural Balance for the Clarifying Facial and I absolutely love it! The atmosphere is so calming and relaxing and the staff is super friendly! My skin looked and felt amazing after just one facial! I would highly recommend this salon!

The day spa is ok. I purchased a sample package for facial, massage, mani, pedi and the whole experience was a bit underwhelming. Yes, The staff is very nice and I found the pedicure was overall decent , But I didn't like how the pedicure chair was just a regular armchair, I'm used to a massage chair. I was very impressed when I saw the detail of work by another technician where they would constantly correct nail polish with the wooden tool however I found that the use of the tool lowers the attention to detail, I could apply nail polish better on myself. I expect higher service at a spa that would have a pedicure priced well above average. I don't have plans to return, I don't find the services worth the price.

Really liked this place! I'm quite fidgety and restless but the owner was very fast and efficient when doing my nails. And they look AWESOME! They had an amazing selection of colours. Nice peaceful environment, had to go in for a touch up on one nail and they were very easy and accommodating about it. Owner talked me through what they could do to make the application last longer as I am very rough with my hands (hence needing the touch up). Pricing in my opinion is very reasonable for a cleanup and polish application. Absolutely cannot wait to go back!
