Amazing nail and wax service!!! Totally blown away by the love and care for my nails and skin Nalini displayed. She is the sweetest soul. Very gentle, efficient, super knowledgeable about what she's doing and professional. I enjoyed our conversations and admire how family orientated she is. I normally don't write reviews, but felt compelled because of the great experience I had with her and how accommodating she is to fit me in when I need a last minute manicure or brow touch-up. Nalini is lovely and does incredible work. After my appointment, I can clearly see why she is so highly reviewed. She even made a tea for me during my mani pedi and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She double checked her work (not that she needed to), recommended perfect colours for my skin tone and was a pleasure to chat with. She recommended me a few ways to deal with my dry cuticles without trying to sell me anything, and she was overall very professional. I don’t get my nails done very often but Nalini may be the reason I start.

She’s overall a very sweet person, which is why this review is hard to make. Her Facebook page said one address and once i realized the address was wrong, I had to reach out to her to confirm location. She’s with primamerica so as soon as I sat down that was what the whole appointment conversation was about even with my efforts to change the topic (aka the famous introduction to get you in). She kept picking up phone calls throughout our session to tell the individuals on the other line she’s working. That may not bother some but is a personal pet peeve of mine when getting services. Felt the whole service was rushed through and had to stop her to confirm if the nail colour worked with my skin tone (did not want to be those people who wait until after to say something and have them undo an entire work, would rather have checked at the pinky but she was 3 fingers in). There wasn’t attention to details as there are polish on my skin. Again, overall sweet person, just professionally wouldn’t recommend.

Honestly friendly customer service.. but product wise does not have good quality nail polish it gets all streaky after a couple of days the colour fades out.. I’m disappointed 2 times in a row.. I pay 40$ for the colour to fade after a day to then have to get them re done somewhere else when the job should have been done right in the first place... she doesn’t even have the plastic nails to try different colours on your hands like cmon. I really wanted to like this place but Unfortunately if you’ve had lots of experience with nail salons her quality and brands of nail polish are poor.. I go to any other nail salon and they have TONS OF COLOURS!! And my nail colour looks perfectly clean and non streaky for way more then two weeks. Avoid this place if you want good quality nail colour that lasts.. sometimes you get what u pay for .
