I came to this spa some time last year to have my lashes done for the first time ever. I actually loved the look and length of my lashes after leaving my first visit, but as days went by I noticed huge chunks of lashes missing and I was under the impression they were to last 2-3 weeks. I spoke with a friend of mine who does her lashes regularly and she stated that the spa probably doesn't use individual lashes. I called the spa and the receptionist confirmed that they do, so I booked back for a fill thinking I just wasn't caring for my lashes correctly. This was not the case, the same thing happened just days after my fill. It looked so bad I used coconut oil and took them off myself at home. I later discovered the glow does not use inidividual lashes they use what is a called a "fan" at least 4-5 lashes glued together and then applied to yours, which is more damaging to your natural lashes as they are much to heavy for a single lash to carry and clearly look awful as they fall out on their own as you will have noticeable chunks of lashes missing. If you're looking for lashes for a weekend or special event glow is definitely the place for you! As I said, they do look great at first, there is just no longevity to them. I am leaving this review now as I have recently found a very informative lash tech who shows you everything she uses, explains everything in detail etc. and her lashes have lasted me ages before requiring fills. Had I not have found her I wouldn't have known better. Best to do your research/ask questions before booking!

I book an appointment for my eye brows and when I showed up they didn’t have me booked in and they booked me on a different date which I never agreed to I was very upset as I had a wedding the next day so I just left very upset never got a call from the owner to apologize for the mix up and then I called later to cancel and no one had the decency to get back to me to confirm that the appointment was cancelled poor communication on there part I will never go back to this establishment very disappointed ????

First time: The service was fair, the price was fair but when I had left I realized the shellac was not covering the entire nail. I called and arranged for it to be fixed and they were cooperative and had me in quickly. However the "fixing" of the nails made the worse then before. They were way to thick from the extra layers, uneven, and now it was not covering the nail in only certain areas making it even more noticeable. You could also see clearly where they were filled in because it much lighter. Not satisfied.

I personally wouldn’t go back. I don’t understand the “love” for this spa. The woman who did my nails kept complaining about her mask, the chairs were super uncomfortable, the beer tasted flat. My manicure didn’t last 24 hours and I was back fixing 5 nails. A week later the shellac was already peeling. I’m honestly not impressed at all. The amount of money that was spent here, I could have had my nails done twice elsewhere.

I really enjoyed my visit to the spa this past weekend. I booked myself in for lash extensions and a relaxation massage as a birthday gift to myself. The spa itself is so beautiful to be in. I had a really wonderful experience. Kendra did an amazing job on my lashes and completely gave me the look I was after and made me feel at ease about the process as it was my first time getting lashes. My massage with Amber was awesome as well, I felt beyond relaxed when leaving. As an RMT myself, the massage was wonderful and Amber did a great job. I will definitely be back!

Hi, I am not your usual kinda girl, I have never had a manicure or a pedicure or any of that kinda stuff, its not that I have not wanted to, but, for reasons like time, budget etc it has just not happened. I do a job that is taking care of our seniors (I love my job :)) that has me wearing scrubs everyday, I start very early in the morning and there is no time for make-up, so, I had heard about eyelash extensions, I did my research and decided that I would give it a try, problem was that most places want around $150.00.....then I read about the "GLOW and SPA" in a local newspaper offering eyelash extensions for $70.00, I went ahead and booked. What can I say.....I love them, I have had them done about 6 times this year and will continue too. Word of advise, book in advance if you have a special occasion coming up, my girl Natalie is brilliant and she gets booked up fast! Overall my first experience at Glow was quite good. Beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. The pedicure itself was wonderfully done. She did a great job, and I loved how it didn't feel rushed. My only negative was my polish application. Once I was in natural light I could see that it was uneven, and a bit clumpy in spots. I totally understand that she didn't want to get any on my skin, but it didn't really cover the surface of my nail. By the next morning it was already coming off. Still, overall I really enjoyed my time there and my one negative is not something that prevent me from returning. I'll just be sure to pay better attention I guess!

OMG absolutely amazing!! I LOVE spas so I have been to quite a few ;) and honestly this is the one of the nicest places I have been to. Definitely the nicest place in Barrie. The front staff was very polite and helpful. I got my eyebrows and my nails done, and the staff out did themselves. I was going to start going to one of the eye brow specialists in Toronto because I couldn't find anyone in Barrie but I found someone! I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone, and the prices are not crazy overpriced like over spas. Its worth every penny here and I found my new go to!! :) Look forward to seeing you girls 2 weeks from now! :D

I had a lovely mani/pedi today. The spa is decorated beautifully, can they please decorate my home for me?! The staff were friendly and did a great job on my nails. My nails and cuticles were in rough shape after the lockdown but they made them look beautiful and recommended a cuticle oil to keep them healthy. We did the paraffin wax on both our hands and feet. Highly recommend as I feel like silk everywhere! I will continue to support you ladies and can’t wait to come back ❤️

Such a beautiful spa!!! I had my permanent eyebrow makeup done by Kim. First, the spa is stunning, relaxing and the staff is so professional. Second, the procedure with Kim, though a little bit painful, but not bad, was lovely. Like talking to a friend I've known forever. We got talking about a cluster of broken blood vessels on my nose that I'm very self-conscious about and something that I've been living with and fretting over for years, and as we talked it through she told me she could fix it. I've been coming here for a couple years now, mostly for wax appointments. Getting waxed always feels awkward, but they do a great job and try to make it as comfortable as possible. I get my nails done here as well, and I love the eyelash and eyebrow tinting before an event (being able to skip mascara and eyebrow makeup is always a plus to me!). I also made a mistake once and showed up late to an appointment and felt awful, but the ladies who work here were very kind and did what they could with the time left, which I really appreciated. I feel like everyone here is very professional and I've never had any complaints at all.

Such a cute spot! I bought a bunch of the soy candles, which are my new favourite with all the variety of different scents I’ve never smelled anything better! I also bought some body bars, HAVENT tried them yet but they look amazing and smell amazing! I got my eyelashes done, and had a relaxation massage, done by 2 different people, on 2 different days, I can’t remember their names although all the staff is great, and super friendly. They also made me feel really safe with COVID. Amazing place, can’t wait to go back ????????

My first (and probably only) time at glow day spa was overall pretty good, however one little thing threw me off. The place was beautiful and looked very clean. I was waiting for my appointment in the waiting room and beside me were a mother and her daughter. Then, the receptionist offered them both a water/tea/coffee right in front of me but did not offer me one. I understand that an arm waxing appointment will take way less time than a pedicure, but as a new first time customer I felt a little disrespected. (Even if I was offered I would have said no anyway, but still!) It might seem like a little thing, but to me I’m very disappointed and most likely will not return. Such a shame because the place was so wonderful :(

I also liked the fact that I was shown all of the sterile packaged equipment that would be used for my application. She pays attention to detail and made sure that everything was perfect. The spa exceeded my expectations. It is so beautiful, serene and calming. It reminded me of a spa at a resort in Mexico. Meaghan was very good at what she does. I can honestly say that the eyebrow treatment I received was the best I've ever had. I'm very happy with her technique and the pedicure that I received as well. I unfortunately get ingrown toenails and she was able to deal with that issue proficiently and professionally. She also made a great colour recommendation. She's a natural. This was my first visit but definitely not my last.

Had the most relaxing Botanical Kinetics Facial yesterday. Products smell great and skin feels amazing after. Love the fact that the esthetician doesn't leave the room during the facial but rather gives leg, arm and head massage while the products work their magic. I went to Glow yesterday for the Luxury Revitalization Package. It was hands down the best spa experience I have ever had. The spa is gorgeous! I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff which made me feel welcome. Before I knew it my esthetician Brooke came to get me, introduced herself and told me what we would be doing. She asked me some questions about my skin and started pampering me. She was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. I was treated to a light lunch which was delicious. I went in to get a natural manicure done and was booked with Brooke. The atmosphere was beautiful and pleasant, allowing a nice relaxing feel. However, Brooke didn't speak to me the entire manicure asides from a few directions for me to follow and seemed to be rushing to get it done. It made me feel as if I were a burden by being there. After the nails were done, she just disappeared and never came back. After sitting there for a while, another staff member came by and let me know that my nails were dry and that I could go. After I had gotten home, I noticed all of my nails got little bumps/bubbles all over the polish. Not sure what that was about but I was pretty disappointed. I feel very ripped off and unhappy.

Beautiful layout and design. Warning to those sensitive to smells, there's tons of it here. For those not sensitive, it smells amazing! Cienna was my manicurist and was just so welcoming. She helped me choose a colour, she helped me relax (this was my first spa day out since Covid). As a group, they accommodated all 5 of us for the same time slot (we originally had 7). Love Love Glow Day Spa. Decided to try lashes as they came highly recommended. Unfortunately the bulk of them were off within a couple of days of my vacation. I absolutely loved the look at first but struggled with it once they started coming out. Cost a lot to have this happen.

First off, Kim G deserves 5 stars on her own and I only exclusively book with her for my eyebrows because she is the only one I trust! She's so great! I legit drive 45 minutes to get my eyebrows done by her instead of finding a new spa closer to where I live. However I am only giving 3 stars because I am disappointed with the spa as a whole and their poor customer service at times. Recently I had booked a full appointment (eyebrows with Kim and shellac nails) online for my university Graduation ceremony - a very important day. The email confirmed my appointment with Kim, however when it came to my notification email the day before the spa had switched out Kim for Claudia without my permission/notice. When I phoned to say, no eyebrows are booked with Kim, they blamed me for incorrectly booking the appointment online and never apologized. Despite having proof in the original email that I 100% booked with Kim, they attempted to tell me it was my fault, nothing could be done, make appointments by phone next time, etc. No apology, nothing done despite being a loyal customer for several years now. Really unfortunate and has left a bad taste in my mouth since!

The eyelashes I had put on yesterday by Mary Armstrong are HANDS DOWN the best ones I've had applied, and cost me only $70. I am more then happy with the service I received, and the price I paid. I am a very loyal customer to have, and have been trying a couple places for eyelash extensions and massages in Barrie, and am very happy to say, that I have finally found a place to go to after looking for a good place for over a year. I selected the Glow Day spa for my permanent makeup and was not disappointed. The staff are friendly and waiting times are so short! The customer service is amazing. I say so because I was leaving a message about booking my touch up eye brow appoint, but while doing so I guess the reception on my cell was un clear. We had been playing some phone tag. All they heard was that I thought my appoint was on a Sat....They did not catch my name and were unable to call me back to clarify....I just so happened to call back Sat morning to double check and Kim (The owner) went in early just in case I showed up, even though she wasn't suppose to be there so early. It just shows how dedicated she and her staff are. They weren't sure who I was, what I was showing up for, they just wanted to make sure they were there when I did :) Of course I apologized for the misunderstanding, but they were so friendly and understanding about the whole thing and we were able to schedule an appoint that morning for a future date when Kim was available. 5*****

Okay, so last Monday I came here to get my eyebrows done. I'll list all the positives first. They were super accommodating because I couldn't find an appointment time that worked for me for days, so I called and the receptionist was able to squeeze me in for an okay time that evening. When I got there the place was quite beautiful and everyone was super friendly. Kendra was the one waxing my eyebrows and she is an absolute sweetheart. Super kind and friendly. However, because of this I didn't have the guts to tell her that I was not happy with my eyebrows. My left eyebrow arch is too thinned and both eyebrows are completely different shapes. She also made the gap between them wider :( I was so sad to say the least because I was very clear with what I wanted and she seemed to really understand. Update: the manager Claudia personally called and spoke with me. She was extremely friendly and insisted I come see her so that she could make me happy with their services. She is very good at what she does and has fixed my eyebrows as best as they can be fixed after my first experience. I received 5 star treatment from the time I entered to the time I exited. I'm satisfied with the professionalism of the spa.

I went to glow day spa a few years ago for a manicure and pedicure; during my treatment the aesthetician placed a "warm" neck wrap on me. After a few seconds the heat had increased to an intolerable level and I informed her of this and removed the neck warmer. After going home I noticed a very large red burn/blister on my neck which was enough for me to be turned off this spa. Many years later I decided to give them another shot. I emailed and made an appointment, I was informed that I would have 2 aestheticians - one would perform the pedicure, immediately followed by a different one performing the manicure. I attended the spa for my appointment and was told they could not find my appointment. I read the email to the reception very clearly stating that I had an appointment on that date at that time to which she responded that it was not in their system. She informed me they were fully booked and could not accommodate my appointment. I was extremely frustrated and disappointed as I was having these services done for a charity gala I was attending. I was made to feel as if this was my mistake even though I had an email clearly stating that I had an appointment at that date and time. I was really hoping my second experience would change my mind about glow day spa, however my overall experience with them has been nothing short of disappointing and I would not recommend them.

I really enjoyed their little shop with all the beautiful candles and self care items. I will regularly be going back to stock up on items between appointments. Went to Glow Day Spa last week for the first time because a friend of mine recommended it to me. When I called Ashley W -shout out because she's amazing - handled my booking and answered all my questions with a literal phone smile if that's a thing. You walk in and you're totally transformed from Essa Road to downtown Toronto, I didn't know science had got that far yet but they must know a guy. The salon is BEAUTIFUL and all of the staff are super friendly and not to mention knowledgeable about the products they offer. As for COVID measures and what not they are ON POINT with their safety standards (checking temp. and filling out a form before your appointment) and were super adaptive to the current situation at hand. Cannot rave enough, there's no better place to go.

This has been my first time at Glow and I’m hooked!! I got my eyebrows tinted and waxed by Brooke a couple days ago and she did an amazing job. I am getting constant compliments about how natural they look and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Today I went back for a pedicure and a shellac manicure. Due to my mistake, I accidentally booked my appointment for next week. Without hesitation the wonderful woman at the front desk mentioned that they were all booked up but would try to fit me in as it is my convocation ceremony tomorrow. One of the aestheticians (Kendra) stayed after her shift had ended so that she could do my pedicure, which turned out beautiful. And Orla did my manicure which I love. Overall, this place has very friendly and pleasant staff who do amazing work. I will definitely be coming back.

Waited since before Christmas for an appointment with Claudia for my daughter’s first facial. When we arrived today she was seen by another esthetician. The receptionist told me it was booked incorrectly online (it wasn’t - I have the confirmation email with Claudia’s name on it) then I was told to “call in next time “ so it “wouldn’t get moved around”. Perhaps they should have told me Claudia wasn’t available today...I would have rebooked. I book appointments at my place of employment and would NEVER book someone with another provider without their consent. If you made a mistake Glow then you should acknowledge it - don’t try and make it mine.

I am THRILLED with the job they did!!!. They are light as a feather, look so super real and feel like my own lashes. I am heading on Holidays and happy to say I will be leaving my mascara behind. NO ALICE COOPER face this trip. I totally recommend this spa! The prices are totally reasonable too, considering there are other places that charge more and do don't give you the quality you get at GLOW DAY SPA. FIVE STARS!!!

I live in NY and when I went to visit my family in Toronto I saw my sister-in-law's eyes were glowing but I couldn't tell what it was because she wasn't wearing any make up. As I examined her, I noticed her eyelashes were long and beautiful and had this very natural look that it took me a while to realize she had extensions. I HAD to get them, I've always been self-conscious about my short lashes and this was my chance. The Spa is beautiful and clean, and the staff is very professional. Kim was awesome and treated me like family. She carefully applied my lashes and the results were just as expected, beautiful. They lasted about two months and I got tons of compliments. I had my first eyelash extension experience last week at Glow day spa in Barrie. They looked great! However, a few of the lashes were applied above the lash line. This made applying eyeliner difficult and painful. Because of this, I only wore makeup once since having them done. I also followed all other instructions, did not let water touch them for two days, have not been around any steam, no oil removers, soaps, products etc to be extra cautious. Am VERY careful not to touch, rub, do anything to irritate. I bought the black diamond serum as suggested and have applied as instructed daily. Three days after having them done the glue was clumpy and some of the lashes were already coming off. A week later and I have big noticeable spots of missing lashes. This cost me $129.00 and I have to go in for a fill tomorrow. I am so disappointed. Your website is IMO deceiving about price, quality and longevity. I am hoping the technician does a brilliant job tomorrow as I am going away for the weekend, but the fact that I have to go in at all is frustrating.

I went to Kim for permanent makeup - micropigmentation for my eyebrows at glow day spa back in October for my first treatment .. was so happy! Just completed my touch up appointment with Kim and I am mind blown!! My brows look so amazing now. You can see every hair stroke and they look so real :) I had very little hair before and was constantly drawing on my eyebrows maybe 2-3 times a day. Before the gym and after, sometimes even before bed because I hated my boyfriend seeing me without eyebrows. I hated having no brows. Going to Kim for this treatment was literally a life changer. I can't expresss enough how much it's changed my life!!! I feel so much better about myself and it saves me so much time in the morning after the gym and before work. I recommend it for anyone considering it - you WONT regret it!!!!! For 10+ years I would draw and fill in my eyebrows. I would avoid swimming and hot weather constantly as I did not want them to rub off. They were very accommodating in getting me in last minute before a wedding as the lady I usually went to was out of town. I thought I could get a fill but my original eyelashes were pretty much gone anyways so the girl kindly did a brand new set for me. They looked okay as I was leaving and they did the job for the wedding, however the work was poorly executed. The lashes were sooooo clumpy and twisted. It was like 5 lashes in a glue ball on my eyelash. It actually was a painful mess. My natural eyelashes were all glued together and just looked and felt horrible. The spa is beautiful, I just wouldn't recommend eyelash extensions here.

After waiting for 10 minutes ( which isn’t unreasonable) for my facial appointment I asked one of the staff if the esthetician knew I waiting. I was then informed that she was running behind and she would be at least another 15 minutes. I was asked if I wanted to wait or reschedule. At this point after waiting 25 minutes it didn’t make any sense to reschedule. I ended up waiting 40 minutes for my appointment. I was give 50% off my service after I inquired about some type of compensation. I have never experienced that type of service at GLOW in the past. The facial was wonderful, however the whole situation could of been dealt with differently or even avoided.

I was understandably nervous and everyone made me feel so comfortable and so welcome. Claudia did my wax, which was obviously the more nerve racking one, and she was outstanding. Quick and painless, extremely friendly and supportive. Lindsay gave me my facial, she was so gentle and soothing, to the point I thought I could take a nap! I had permanent eyeliner done by Kim recently and I love it! I wish I had done it sooner, it turned out absolutely perfect. I also had the pleasure of a mani / pedi as well and those services were also fantastic! I have psoriasis so I am picky with what products go on my skin, all of the products used were great with my easily irritated skin. I could tell they were good quality. The spa is absolutely lovely and the staff are very professional and kind. She also has a great variety of goods for sale in her spa shop for unique little gifts. Will be back for sure!

I enjoyed a 60 min. relaxation massage from Kendra! However, during the massage the room beside us had a very loud conversation going on. Not much relaxing going on when you can hear a full on conversation with the room next to you. Hopefully this doesn't happen to other clients in the future. Loved the atmosphere despite the mishap.

I had upper & lower eyes tattoo. This was done May 2015. It was done by by Kimberly. She said, at the time, that since I wear glasses it should last 7-10 years. It is completely unnoticed for a few months now. When I called she told me that she never said that & gave me personal woes of her botox. After a long conversation with her she said she would redo it for $300 (originally over $700) I didn't want someone with her bad attitude putting needles near my eyes.

Highly recommend any of the permanent makeup done by Kim the owner. I made the mistake most women make by over plucking my eyebrows in my 20's. I used to have thick beautiful eyebrows but now in my 30's, I've had to pencil in the missing areas every morning. I got tired of the fear of my husband seeing me in the morning or going in the water, so I did some research and found many good reviews from glow day spa. In the summer I took the leap and came to see Kim, and can only say good things about her, the whole experience and results from glow day spa. She took the time and care to explain everything and made sure before she tattooed my eyebrows that I was satisfied with the pre-look. Once it was all done , I went to a follow-up appointment included in the price and she touched up the remaining areas until I was 100% satisfied. All I can say is that I love my eyebrows once again, they looks so good and natural and I don't have to do anything to them ever. Kim did such an amazing job that I've gotten many compliments from strangers. I get up every morning carefree and in a few weeks I am going on a trip to Mexico with no worries of them washing off in the pool or ocean. You get what you pay for, so don't waste your time going somewhere just cause they are offering a cheap deal, you might regret it. Kim is a pro and it shows. After I had my eyebrows done I was so happy with the results that I decided to also get my upper eyelids done as I was also tired of every morning taking time to apply my eyeliner. I wanted to be low maintenance while looking high maintenance and again I was very pleased with the results. Now in the mornings all I apply is my mascara and off I go. In the distance future if I should ever have to do some touch ups from fading, I would definitely come back. So glad I found this place , it has made a world of difference in my life and definitely gave me a boost in my self confidence. Thank you.

My second time here and honestly it is just the friendly place I've ever been! I went for a half leg wax again and I was with Alexandra. She was so friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable right off the bat, chatting away as she waxed my legs. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my questions without hesitation. The staff at the front desk are always smiling and helpful. There was another group there celebrating a 50th birthday together and the staff was just as excited for her as she and her friends were! It's just a really nice environment to join! Alexandra was quick and efficient. Glow day spa is a great place to go if you need amazing spa services for a decent price. I will never go anywhere else for my spa day!

I always have a wonderful experience at Glow Day Spa....from the moment I walk in to the moment I leave. On July 7th I had a pedi appt with Hannah, who by the way was so lovely :). Anyway, when I left and got in the car I hit my big toe and scraped the nailpolish...yikes! I quickly went back into the Spa which was now closing and asked if Hannah could touch it up? Without hesitation Hannah grabbed the nail polish and touched it up beautifully..thanks so much!

Okay so the ladies in my family and I were huge advocates for the nail place in the georgian mall, but after checking out their website we thought it would be the best place to get our nails done for my wedding. Amazing does not even cut it. These ladies did a beautiful job on all of our nails, their drinks were delicious, and they all had the most friendly, smiling faces, even behind those masks! I recently went to Glow Spa for the first time for a 60 minute massage and had a great experience. They were very clean and are taking all the precautions for Covid-19 which made me feel more comfortable. The massage was also really great, the only thing I'll say is that it was cut a little shorter than one hour but other than that it was a really nice experience. I definitely plan on going back to Glow Spa.

Not even a week ago was my third and most likely last time of returning. The staff and place are incredibly great but I am very unhappy with my lashes. The first time I got them done they were nice and I loved them how ever, the second time I returned to get them touched up they didn’t really look the same as the first time. Not even a few days of getting them touched up I found that they started falling off and the glue would feel like it was scratching. The third time I went and got them removed and a fresh set put on, I was really disappointed to see that the set I got almost looked the exact same as the set I had before but I paid more. With this new set not even a week of having them the glue is again feeling like it’s scratching in certain spots, some lashes are starting to sit lower closer to my eye and most of the lashes in the corner of my one eye have fallen out.

I honestly was sure if I was going to share this review except this issue has resonated with me. I have gotten my eyelashes done a few times at Glow and it always had been amazing. This particular time I was getting my eyelashes done the day before my work Christmas party in November 2018. I had booked an appointment for 6:00pm on a Friday so I could come directly from work and then head to the cottage. On the Wednesday prior to the appointment the receptionist called and asked if I could move my appointment to 5:30pm, to which I agreed happily as I had only agreed to a 6:00pm appointment because earlier wasn't available on the online booking system. I arrived promptly at 5:20pm, where I waited until 5:55pm. When I asked the receptionist if it would be much longer she said "the person in front of you was late." Once I was in the room I told the woman that I had a couple of eyelashes (2) left on for the last set but that it was fine to leave them on. She told me it was no trouble and took them off, WITHOUT telling me that there was a fee, approx. $10 per eyelash to take them off. She continued and finished the set and they did look fabulous. She escorted me to the front and left me with the receptionist to pay my bill. To which I was surprised by the additional cost and still no one had acknowledged I was now leaving an hour later than I was supposed to. I haven't returned to Glow because of this fact which really makes me sad because they did such an awesome job on my lashes, but to not accept, or even acknowledge that they were late after moving my appointment up, or to inform me of the additional charge for the removal of two lashes really left a poor taste in my mouth.

I have been here many times with great experiences and no issues with my nails for a very good price. Today I Booked an appointment for shellac on nails. Unaware to me I also had to book an appointment to have my old shellac removed. They only had time to remove the shellac and not reapply and because of this I was charged 25 for just a removal instead of 10. The girl who took off the shellac was wonderful and explained that she was so sorry she couldn’t reapply so I’m not upset about that. Now I have to return and pay another 25 to have shellac on, so that’s now 50 plus tip instead of 35.

Beautiful place, very friendly. However, my pedicure was horrible (the massage, scrub etc. fine). The French polish was a botch job, the girl tried to fix it a few times and I could tell she was stressed and I ended up not correcting her but I was surprised the checking in staff said “looks great” .. it was dripping into the side of my toe (white portion). I had booked two services there so I went to do my manicure but refused the polish portion after because of my feet. These “glow” option of mani pedi cost me a whopping $158(ish). Yes, I still tipped on top of that and was quiet about it because i feel awkward in these spas complaining but I honestly get better service from the Georgian mall. Also the seats are extremely uncomfortable for a pedicure. I’m glad my husband gifted me this because it was hard payment to give with a quarter of the quality I’m use to from what would consider a lesser of a salon. By the time I got home I guess my toe nail polish hadn’t dried like she thought and it was smudged down. Will I got back? Maybe because of the line up of facials and other services and it’s honestly a beautiful place but I would suggest reviewing your technician prior? I’m not sure how to avoid the lack of experience.
