Extremely unimpressed with the services I received from this spa. I went in for a consultation for acne scarring and was told I needed to purchase a bunch of other services to help achieve better results. I did this and paid all services in advance in hopes to get the skin I've always desired but I ended up worse than when I came in! I took my own before and after pictures and it is absolutely devastating. I went to another spa for a second opinion and they advised me the services I was having done at envy me we NOT suitable for my skin complexion, that it can do more damage than good! I called Envy me twice and left messages asking for a call back and to discuss my concerns and my calls were never returned. I ended up calling a third time and was able to speak with someone at reception who admitted to me that my skin should have been examined a lot closer and that she would have offered me completely different services. At this point I did not trust this spa at all. Their staff are not consistent and have all given me different answers/recommendations. No one seemed to agree with the other or know where to start with me. I simply asked to refunded the money I had paid in advance for services I had NOT YET RECEIVED and they said NO! I didn't ask to be refunded for any services that were provided to me. I spent over $600.00 at this spa and they couldn't even refund me the $130 that was applied to my account as a credit. I do not recommend this spa at all. Worst customer service ever, and no attempts to resolve my matter by any of the staff.

I went for 8 sessions of laser hair removal at this medi spa and I can honestly say I saw NO results. Yes the price is cheap but I figured I would see slight results but no, there was nothing. I’ve spoke to another people at another spas and when you mention this business they laugh. I wouldn’t bother wasting your time or money going here - just choose a better spa from the get go.

I purchased a bundle of services including a manicure, waxing, facial and massage. The manicure went fairly smoothly, however it was when I went in for my waxing that there were major problems. I'm not sure if there was an issue with the warmer or something like that, but I was burned SEVERAL times. I have been for waxes at many other places in the Barrie area and have never been burnt, this was a whole new experience for me. There were many times when I thought I should just get up and leave, but I just kept thinking "I'm sure it won't happen again". My skin was swollen to a state that I had never seen before. Based on this experience I did not return for the other two services, which may have been money wasted but I like to think of it as saving myself from more pain. 100% would not recommend.

Was very disappointed with the eyelash extensions service. The technician forgot about my appointment all together more than once, causing me to drive out of my way for nothing as she was not there and ignored a few of my messages asking to get touch ups done. Therefore, I went out and bought some false lashes for myself, as they seem to be much more reliable (and cheaper).

The owner Marie is wonderful and accomedating and Christine the esthetician is very knowledgable and helpful. I had a great experience at Envy me and will continue to get my treatments there!

Lash Technician cannot take criticism in the least bit, as well as not very reliable. when i messaged her about it, she not only responded with hostility but lied to me as well. i understand mistakes happen, but you cannot forget about your client numerous times, and think they will come back again for service. overall it was a very unpleasant experience.

This is by far the best Medi Spa in Barrie. I have been to many where I found I was always being up sold and short changed in treatment time. The ladies here are all kind, accommodating and very generous. There is never any pressure and the prices are very fair. I've been coming here for over 5 years and had several of the various treatments available. I am very please with my results and highly recommend Marie and her staff. Thank you ladies.

My experience at Envy Me started off really well, I bought laser hair removal packages for a few different areas, I found the laser to be quite easy to sit through and noticed results after my first appointment. I have noticed over time that the hair does come back and the laser isn't as permanent as they would like to claim- after about 3 months of no appointments due to covid the hair growth is back to how it was prior to any laser. This however is not the reason I am giving only 2 stars, as I know everyone responds differently and it could take several more sittings until true results are seen. My issue with Envy Me is them trying to use clients' insecurities as a sales tactic. I was there for my laser hair removal appointment (one of the areas I paid for unfortunately being my face) and several times had my acne brought up, talking to me about treatment options they offer and telling me not to see my dermatologist and use them instead- not what I'm here for and told them I was not interested.. my next appointment 4 days later the laser technician said to me "aw you're breaking out again", that was firstly not true and secondly does not need to be mentioned- horrible etiquette in my opinion. You making clients feel insecure and pointing out their flaws will not keep them around or make them buy more, they will take their money elsewhere which is what I'm planning to do once I finish the services I've paid for, really unfortunate because I feel as though you had potential in the beginning. Also- be better at clients' names, I've been addressed by 2 different wrong names in my last 2 appointments.. check your schedule or don't address by people by their names if it's so hard, people spend a lot of money at your business and being called the wrong name is just not something that should happen.

Did Lazer hair removal on my full arms and underarm, just over year ago, paid $300. My lower part of the arm left lot of hair like untouched, mentioned the issue on my every 6th Weeks session. I was suggested 8 Lazer sessions, than they said 12, and more. Annemarie said the darker hair the better results, I already have dark hair, did this Lazer hair removal by the suggestion of the person who runs the business. The asain lady makes you think, she's in charge of the business in the Lazer room,but very different personalitie front of annemarie. Gave 1 ⭐ because I have used place when it first opened.

I’ve been having laser treatments at this spa for half a year. Firstly the owner Marie is amazing. Very accommodating and helpful. This is a fantastic environment that promotes relaxation and comfort. Ilham, best esthetician I’ve ever had. I’ve seen huge results, my only regret is not doing it sooner. Overall very happy with the services I’ve received and would recommend them to anyone. I’ve noticed on some google reviews people have left bad reviews under fake names.. if your going to leave a bad review give the company information to try and correct the dissatisfaction, not hide behind a fake name which makes me wonder if they’ve ever even been here under this ownership. Anyway, great job Marie! Thanks for all the work you’ve done, it shows through your customer satisfaction! Looking forward to trying more services in the future. Ps. The price... can’t beat it.

I’m so disappointed. I bought a facial using groupon. The deal said it was 60 minute long spa facial. I left after 30 minutes because the facial was over. My face hadn’t even been properly cleansed because I still had foundation and my bronzer all over face. She also didn’t remove my eye makeup. I have never had a facial where products were just smeared around my face into my makeup. Such a disappointment.

This was quite possibly THE WORST mani pedi I’ve EVER had. Do not waste your hard earned money here. The girl had NO CLUE how to do any techniques to ensure a well polished, well executed manicure and pedicure. I still had polish remaining on my toes from my last colour, my cuticles were barely tended to and the polish on my finger nails wasn’t finished! When I said this to her, she replies by saying that this “was her technique” as to which I replied, “but you’re not covering the whole nail with polish?!” I went to an event that night and showed friends the manicure and they were shocked that it was done at a “spa”. What a joke! Unbelievable! I want my money back!

Beyond satisfied with results of laser treatments. I have had six and saw results after one. From the time I was a teenager I struggled with unwanted hair. I had electrolysis (which worked, but was much more time consuming and painful), eventually gave up on that and had been shaving everyday for about 15 years prior to making my first appointment.
