I really had an amazing experience here. I have really sensitive skin and she took amazing care of me. It was almost painless. I will definitely be coming back again. I got my Brazilian and arms waxed and they are so smooth im very happy with the results. Bilyana was very kind as well she really goes amazing job and makes sure you are well taken care of!!! Wow, what an amazing service! I called Elixir Day Spa for a very last minute booking, and Bilyana went out of her way to accommodate me. I am beyond amazed how smooth my skin feels after waxing. Bilyana is very welcoming, friendly, and professional. Her spa is beautiful, and I felt very safe with all the safety protocols in place. I am a very picky person when it comes to hygiene and professionalism. I look for a place that is clean, quiet and conveniently located (behind Zehrs plaza-south end). Elixir Day Spa checks all of my boxes. Bilijana is professional and caring. I love her thorough consultation and friendly chatter. She gave me a facial and I left relaxed and "cleaned"- my pores were cleaned out without scarring or chemical burns (sensitive combination skin) and I liked the products she recommended for my skin type, customizing my regiment. That experience has left me positive feeling and I highly recommend her without hesitation! Great value, great service.

So happy that Elixir Day Spa is open again! I was missing Bilyana's services. This esthetician is always super clean and attentive to perfection in services, speed, kindness, professionalism and cleanliness. Even now with all the new covid rules, it is clear that the rooms are clean and easily wiped down between clients. The disenfectant and availability of facemasks offers an extra touch for those who don't bring their own. With extra space available for clients to wait if they are early, everyone can stay apart and feel safe. I just went to Elixir for the first time and was so happy with the service! I got a full leg wax and am very pleased with the results. My legs are nice and smooth and not irritated at all, even though I have really sensitive skin. It didn’t even hurt, which was a nice surprise! I felt really safe going there as well. Everything was clean and all of the safety protocols were properly in place. Super friendly environment too. I will definitely be going back to Elixir!

I went to see Bilyana at her own spa, Elixir recently, after not seeing her for many years because I moved to another city. She used to do my waxing, and as a fellow esthetician and Registered Nurse in the industry, I can tell you she is amazing. Best brazilian wax ever because she tends to calming the skin. Branching off into your own business is not easy, so her warmth and knowledge in treating clients with high standards is evident in her success. She gave me a bunch of Dermalogica samples to try the product before buying, which was greatly appreciated since my super sensitive skin reacts to so many things. She definitely sold me on Dermalogica, so this was a great choice of product line to carry. I miss having her nearby and would be there more often if I was. Great looking spa, clean and quiet; in a low key residential area which gives it a homey and comfortable feel. I believe she also won best Esthetician for Barrie in the last few years.

I recently was fortunate enough to experience my first facial with Bilyana. I am a 24yo male who has been dealing with ongoing acne since I was probably around 19 years old and in university. I am pretty self conscious about my skin and I really wanted to find a solution to my breakouts. I've been on a journey ever since to maintain my skin care, eating, and have seen numerous esthetician’s, but I can say with sincerity that Bilyana is among the best. Not second best, but THE best. You can tell she cares by the time she takes to discuss your skins history, describing how the products she uses function, and by her knowledge. It was evident to see Bilyana's passion towards her work and commitment towards her clients. She is great at recommending products but did not make it feel like I have felt, where I need to make a purchase. All in all it was a truly great experience and I look forward to seeing Bilyana again soon.
