Totally impressed with this treatment - it was very comfortable and painless compared to a prior session I had with SculpSure at different establishment. Always impressed with Heather’s knowledge and guidance relating to laser treatments. The spa was clean and offers a great range of services - I’ll definitely be back!

My friend told me about skin rejuvenation at Big Bay Medispa after I noticed how great her skin looks. She’s practically glowing! I booked an appointment with Kristine right away for Lumecca treatment. I’d never even heard of a photo facial before but I liked the idea of avoiding chemicals and my friend’s face just looks so clear and bright. It’s almost like lying out in the sun relaxing. I was worried the light would be too much and give me a headache but it was comfortable. My complexion really glows after the treatment. Kristine told me that it can be used on spider veins so I’m going back to have Lumecca used on my thighs, where I have a few spider veins.

Every year I work out like mad and every year I still can’t get rid of my cellulite. This year I decided to do some research to find a way to get rid of my ugly cellulite for good. I found the BodyFX system at Big Bay Medispa online and it had great reviews. There’s no way I’d go under the knife for something as simple as cellulite on my thighs so I really liked the idea of using radio frequency energy, deep tissue heating and suction combined with negative pressure. To be honest, I wasn’t sure that would work since it sounded new age to me but I was blown away by the results. Everyone at the clinic is really professional and they use medical grade sterilizers to keep everything really clean. Kristine B. explained how the heat was distributed to the skin and the fat under the cellulite, making it contract. Body contouring really made a difference for my cellulite and I’m eagerly waiting for summer weather to start so I can show off my awesome beach bod!

I finally found a place that can remove large areas of hair on my legs, making the appointment fly by. Big Bay Medispa uses an advanced system that was really gentle but cleared an impressive amount of hair. That saved me time since I didn’t have to wait while one bit of my leg was done at a time. I had the laser treatment done to remove hair two months ago and nothing has grown back. I’m extremely satisfied with the staff, the service, and the results. I highly recommend Big Bay Medispa if you’re looking for reliable, safe laser hair removal.

I got my eyelash extensions from Brittany and she did a fantastic job! I was nervous about having to sit in the chair for a while and have someone touching my eyelids but she made me feel comfortable, talked me through the entire process and made time fly by with conversation! I would highly recommend this lovely lady!!

Not mine, but my mother and wife's experience getting their nails done was horrible. My wife's whole wedding party, plus mother and mother in law went to get their nails done. They had booked well in advance, yet only one person was made available so the appointment took hours. Secondly the customer service was atrocious. They were rude, argumentative and when a request was made politely the person in charge was short, unaccomodating and rude. My mother ended up not getting the nails done in the end due to how long it was taking to get everyone's nails done and the fact they didn't want to offer a certain type of nail polish to her as it was only available to the bride which had was contary to information given over the phone prior to booking. There are plenty of nails places in Barrie, I don't recommend this one. They're cheap and certainly not cheerful.

Brittany is amazing at her job. I had a facial with her and it was the most relaxing facial I have ever gotten. I really felt like I got my money’s worth with her, not only does she have me leaving with the most glowing clear skin ever but she always is so attentive to your needs and really listens to what you want. Her personality is very calming and nice to be around. All over a fabulous, serene experience. If you’re looking for a someone skilled to do facials, I highly recommend brittany!

Rude service Called today 11/15/18 at 1 pm and I asked a question about the laser hair removal. The women who answered just said it was $150 per session and that most women need more then 6 sessions to get see results. Ok . But then when I mentioned I’m pregnant and wasn’t finished speaking she then cut me off saying exactly this .. “ ok First off your not aloud to do laser hair removal pregnant” if she never cut me off and let me say that I’m pregnant but I am looking to book an appointment for when after I’m due (because I know you can’t have it done when pregnant) then she probably would have had my service but because of the atttitude let’s say my response is “first off , you just lost a customer” .. not professional

Brittany has changed my life, not only do I recieve efficient consistent style, Brittany is a lovely young woman with passion for detail in everything. Also she cares about you and the outcome of all services with honest trustworthy attributes. I recently have been dealing with Heather as Im trying some new exciting procedures. The consultation with Heather left me feeling like i was in full knowledge of all procedures and not pressured into any quick unwanted decisions. been emailed like 5 times asking for a review now so i guess i'll do one lol. The facial itself was really great. over an hour, thorough, nice massage. The lady was nice. I was however disappointed with the fact that I could not get any skin care advice unless it pertained to the products Big Bay Medi Spa sold. I'd made it pretty clear i didn't want to spend $300 on a skin care regimen. Since advice on how to care for my skin was half the reason I went, can't give 5 stars
