Enjoyed my stay , parking was situated in front of my room, the staff were courteous and the room was clean with WiFi for my son to play with his ipad

It was the most disappointing Comfort Inn of all our stays. By chance, the staff was very kind.

On ne peut pas manger sur place, il faut retourner manger dans notre chambre. Il y a un micro-onde pour réchauffer notre sandwich muffin-oeuf. Mais il y a 1 seule chaise pourtant dans notre chambre, une sofa aurait pu être ajouté. Il n'y avait pas de savon dans la chambre. Ils étaient en rupture de stock dans cet hôtel. On l'a su quand nous avons la question à la personne à l'accueil. Quand nous avons fait notre entrée, elle nous n'avait rien dit. Le WIFI est de la .... (inutilisable). Quand j'ai posé la question à la personne à l'accueil, ils nous ont dit que le réparateur s'en venait pour réparer cela. Il savait que c'était problématique dans certaines section de l'hôtel (notre section) Positif : Le personnel est très aimable, accueillant et sympathique. Si je reviens, pas sûr que je vais choisir cet hôtel,

A nice, comfortable stay. However it should be noted that there is no elevator - as such you must request to be on the main floor, else you will be placed furthest away from the stairwell upstairs.

Horrible like most Comfort Inn. Old (but clean). Noisy AC. Outdated bathroom. Breakfast out of coffee at 7:30... Stinks. Overpriced! 140$ in Baie-Comeau, really?! I guess peoples standards are just very low in regions. Makes me want to open a Hilton across the street... Don't stay here.

Pour avoir pu essayer plusieurs chambres, le problème est le même partout. Ç' est aussi mal insonorisé. On entend tout tout tout. On se fait réveiller par des gens qui parlent,, marchent, ou un chien qui jappe dans la chambre d'en face! La lumière du corridor passe dans le pourtour de la porte. Impossible de dormir dans le noir. Lit confortable, bon accueil, déjeuner correct, propreté impeccable.

The Comfort Inn in Baie Comeau was a great place to stay.

Comme la plupart des hotels Comfort-Inn, ils ont de la constance, pas extrèmement luxueux mais assez propre et confortable comme dit le nom. J'aime la valeur sûre, on sait à quoi s'attendre. Seul hic, le bruit dans les corridors, il y a des clients qui ne savent pas vivre et qui parlent fort et claquent les portes dans la nuit.

Bien dans l'ensemble au niveau de la propreté et du confort. Chambre bruillanteau matin. Système de chauffage déficient; très chaud à l'arrivée et très froid pendant la nuit...

Modèle trop américain. Aurait avantage à s'adapter à la culture québécoise. Le rappel de la réservation par courriel est en anglais. Ce qui est inacceptable. Cette entreprise doit se conformer à la langue du pays dans lequel elle s'installe.

STAY AWAY!!! I got totally ripped off at this place. I called to have a reservation made and was told the price would be $105.99 plus tax and $10 for my pet. When I got there, they had my name completely wrong and the price had gone up to $126.99 plus, $25 for my pet. I was tired from driving all day and accepted that. They told us we would have a complimentary hot breakfast in the morning, When I got up next next morning to have my breakfast, I was told there wasn’t enough guests to justify cooking one. They had oatmeal with no hot water, and some Old fruit. So I decided to check out and continue on with my day, when I got my receipt, they billed me $179.99. The customer service would not explain to me why the increase in price happened. So I left and checked my credit card statement later that day to find out they had billed me twice, once for $155 and once for $179.99. I am still currently trying to get my money back. An absolute horrible experience, I am a frequent traveler and will never stay at a Comfort Inn ever again.
