My fiancee and I stayed here for a night while travelling throughout Nova Scotia. We were particularly impressed by the size of the property, the sparkling Christmas lights that greet you near the front entrance (what a lovely touch!), and the Victorian-inspired furnishings. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was thoroughly hot -- always a plus! The resort maintained a level of sophisticated charm throughout. The view was beautiful; it's very close to a lighthouse. I can't comment on the food or drinks here, as we opted to eat in Sydney. However, the resort seems to house a pretty well-established restaurant. Would recommend!

Not a great experience i was only there for two days and yet 2 different rooms (we were supposed to be in one) and both rooms had problems. the first room was fine until we tried to take a shower and we could only get cold water. so we went to the front desk and they gave us a new room. this room seamed better this time until i went to bed and pulled back the sheets and there were a bunch of brown stains i couldn't do anything it was like 12 so i had to get towels and put it on top of the bed and went to bed. another thing that happened is that the WiFi shut off at 12 and dident come back on till i called the front desk at 8 in he morning. not a pleasant experience especially for the price very disappointing.

My family’s stay at the Inverary was wonderful. The cabin we had was perfect for our needs, which also included accommodating three small dogs! With a BBQ on the front porch, comfortable beds and a quaint kitchen it had everything we needed to enjoy time with the family. This would have been great in itself but we chose this location to self isolate for 2 weeks during COVID and couldn’t have asked for more accommodating and caring staff. Everyone bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable during our stay. We were treated as friends and cared for like family in true maritime style! Once we were able to venture outside we found the grounds and restaurant to be beautiful! The food is some of the best we had in Baddeck, huge portions and well worth the money. Live entertainment and the view from the restaurant was icing on the cake. Thank you for such a wonderful visit and we will be sure to come back! Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to stay in Baddeck.
