Horrible people that think it’s ok to bully and belittle old staff…. And they started getting bad reviews on their fb page because of it so they deleted the review section only goes to show they don’t want people to know the truth about them…. Only giving them 1 star because I can’t leave a comment without giving a star but they don’t even deserve the one

I went during COVID and found Ocean Quest to have all the bases covered . I felt quite safe. The staff (especially Jessica) was most professional. I had a relaxing visit with great results. A bonus was the view of CBS from my treatment room.

The interior design is really lovely, rustic with a modern aesthetic twist. I've had a few services there. My waxing tech, Heather, was great. It's always very clean and professional in the lobby and rooms. I'm not sure if they have the pedicure chairs yet, but it would be nice if they do get them. I had a full pedicure and it was very nice...I just prefer the massage chairs. It would also be nice to be able to get a snack or smoothie like at the Monastery once Covid restrictions are over. Other than that, my experiences there have been lovely.

Ricky Stanley and the Ocean Quest provide a fantastic scuba diving and friendly Newfoundland hospitality. Rick is a tremendous ambassador for scuba diving and tourism in Newfoundland. The Ocean Quest lodging is comfortable and we'll set up for individuals or groups of divers. For non-divers there is lots to enjoy including a spa on sight and a variety of experiences such as snorkeling with whales and icebergs (in season ). The Ocean Quest dive charters are first rate and well equipped with friendly helpful staff who are experienced scuba divers. The shipwrecks in the area are teaming with history, sea life and challenging diving for both advanced and technical divers. Ocean Quest also has a fabulous dive shop in St Johns that is worth visiting.

Ocean Quest service providers are professional and skilled. The product is of high quality. The atmosphere is lovely, with a great view of the ocean depending on your service! My suggestions for improvements would be to hold more promotions for returning customers and changes to the online booking system, as it seems to show open appointment times that are not actually available.

My daughter and I had a fantastic time aboard the zodiac whale watching adventure. Johnnie O and the entire crew were attentive, professional, and oh so much fun. We cannot say enough how wonderful it was getting up close to the whales and how knowledgeable the crew was about marine life and condition. I thought it would be nice to treat my wife to be to a luxury service at this spa a few months back. She came home in near tears because she witnessed a staff member make another staff member cry. The woman berated this girl for a full fifteen minutes, while upper management said nothing to help. The young lady was so distraught she dashed out of the building. No staff should EVER have to endure this, and no client should ever have to witness it either. The staff member being mistreated looked incredibly frightened and seemed to be frozen in one place. I’m no expert on spas, but this sounds hardly relaxing. This place should be reported. Please avoid. Also, her service was late and not relaxing at all, because she then had to receive her service from the bully staff! Avoid at all costs. My fiancé shouldn’t cry after a spa treatment it was supposed to be for our wedding!
